Reconnections. They are Happening. - Now Think On This by Steve Martin

Reconnections. They are Happening.

Steve Martin

“Therefore, say that Adonai Elohim says this: ‘True, I removed them far away among the nations and scattered them among the countries; nevertheless, I have been a little sanctuary for them in the countries to which they have gone.’ Therefore, say that Adonai Elohim says this: ‘“I will gather you from the peoples and collect you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give the land of Isra’el to you.”  (Ezekiel 11:16-18, Complete Jewish Bible)

In these last days (which I firmly believe we are in) the Lord Himself is bringing back His people from all over the world, those who have been living outside of Israel, the Diaspora, to their promised land. It is known as aliyah. Jews are returning to that which is rightfully theirs.

Our ministry, Love For His People, is a strong supporter of this movement, this regathering.

The Bible is clear about how the Almighty God fulfills His purposes and plans. If you want to know what He is doing in the Church, the Body of Christ, then watch what He is doing in and for Israel. As He brings His people back together there, to serve and fulfill His end-time prophetic words, so too He is bringing back His broken body, those who also have been scattered, the Church here on earth.

For a time, these two actions on His part may have seemed far apart, with no connections between them, but now we can truly see them as one. The overall big plan.

To the Jewish people, the Lord God of Israel had His prophets proclaim this day we are now seeing, several centuries before. “Again He said to me, "Prophesy over these bones and say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.' "Thus says the Lord God to these bones, 'Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. 'I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord.'" (Ezekiel 37:4-6, NASU)

The Jews are coming home. Open your eyes and see it being manifested right before us.

He is reconnecting these that have been separated over these many, many years. The Lord is the main Reconnector. From the first century, when the scattering occurred in 70 A.D. from Jerusalem, Israel, through our time we are now living in, nothing anymore will keep His broken body from coming back together.

Watching the Jews return to Israel is an awesome scene. Knowing many there that have already is even better.

So too it is so with believing Gentiles. I see it happening. I see the Lord, as if conducting a very large symphony, orchestrating the move of this person and that person, from all nations of the world, being joined back to the Life Source, bringing about His end of days plans that were long ago prophesied.

As it is happening in Israel, so too the Lord is bringing back His saved ones who once had fellowship together – in churches, congregations, small groups, whatever. I see Him reconnecting lost friends and families, regathering them as before.  His heart is to rescue, deliver, restore, and re-join the arms, the legs, the feet, the entire body, back to the Head, Who is Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach. Once separated, now together again.

Thus, the One New Man, believing Jews and Gentiles together, will be raised up and become as one. His one Body of Messiah is being restored.

“Christ brought us together through his death on the Cross. The Cross got us to embrace, and that was the end of the hostility. Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals. Through him we both share the same Spirit and have equal access to the Father.

That's plain enough, isn't it? You're no longer wandering exiles. This kingdom of faith is now your home country. You're no longer strangers or outsiders. You belong here, with as much right to the name Christian as anyone. God is building a home. He's using us all — irrespective of how we got here — in what he is building. He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation. Now he's using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day — a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.” (Ephesians 2:16-22, THE MESSAGE)

My long-time prayer has been to see former friends and families joined back together in true fellowship. Where once had been hurt and break-up, causing the dismembership of churches and relationships, our loving God is restoring, renewing, reclaiming, and reconnecting.

My heart is excited as I see long-time friends, even from 20 years ago, rejoining in the local churches, to once again serve together in harmony, friendship, and having active “Jesus” life that our Father has so longed to see. He is sending His Holy Spirit among the ones once off wandering, to bring them back together again. It is an awesome time to see and experience. He is an Awesome God Whom we serve.

If you had been, and still are, separated from that which once gave you life, ask Him again for the spiritual healing in your heart, and renewing in your broken spirit. He will restore you. He will reconnect you. That is His heart, and He wants to see you brought back into the fold.

We welcome you, be ye Jew or Gentile. This is the reconnection time all over the earth. Come back. Get reconnected.

Shalom and ahava (peace and love in Hebrew).

LoveMusic! - God of Wonders - Paul Baloche

God of Wonders
Paul Baloche

Nov. 11, 2017

Greetings LoveMusic! listeners.

In the year 2000, the song Open the Eyes of My Heart came out, and churches all across the world sang it for the next 15 years and still counting. As a result, Paul Baloche, now an Integrity Music worship leader, became known by many from his home in Lindale, Texas.

A year later in 2001 he introduced to Christian contemporary music followers, and worship leaders across America, the next wonderful song to be added to churches' popular song lists - God of Wonders. Being a subscriber to Integrity Music's Hosanna! Music, and as worship leader myself, it was soon added to my song list for Sunday morning.

What a great song. Thank you Paul!

Sing along as you did back then, and rejoice that we serve the Almighty God, the God of all wonders!

Ahava and shalom,

P.S. And after you have listened to God of Wonders, listen to this one too! Jesus You Are (written by Paul Baloche.)

God of Wonders
Lyrics
Lord of all creation
Of the water, earth and sky
The Heavens are Your Tabernacle
Glory to the Lord on high
God of wonders, beyond our galaxy
You are holy, holy
The universe declares Your majesty
You are holy, holy
Lord of Heaven and Earth
Lord of Heaven and Earth
So Early in the morning
I will celebrate the light
And as I stumble into darkness (I will call Your name by night)
I will call Your name by night
God of wonders, beyond our galaxy
You are holy, holy
The universe declares Your majesty
You are holy, holy
Lord of Heaven and Earth (Lord of Heaven and Earth)
Lord of Heaven and Earth (Lord of Heaven and Earth)
Hallelujah to the Lord of Heaven and earth
Hallelujah to the Lord of Heaven and earth
Hallelujah to the Lord of Heaven and earth
Sing God of wonders

Franklin Graham: 'We're on the Precipice of Anarchy'
07-19-2016
CBN News Mark Martin

A nationwide return to God is America's only hope for the future, evangelist Franklin Graham said in a Facebook Live prayer event before the start of the Republican National Convention.

"This nation -- it needs a spiritual healing from Almighty God," Graham said before praying. "Our country -- I don't have to tell you -- is in trouble... And the only hope for this country is God. It's not the politicians. It's God."
Graham is hosting prayer events before both parties' conventions.
"God uses politicians, and we pray for the politicians that they'll listen to God's voice and that they'll hear His voice," he continued. "And how important it is today that the politicians listen to God."

Graham said America has been running away from God.
"The secularists, the progressives, many of these people, most of them are people that would be atheistic, and we have taken God out of our country," he said. "We have taken Him out of our nation; we have taken Him out of our government."
"We have taken Him out of the education system, and our country is beginning to implode," he continued. "We're on the precipice of anarchy."
"It seems as though our country is just unraveling," he said, citing the violence in Baton Rouge, Dallas, and Orlando. "We are losing God's blessing; we're losing His hand of protection."
In addition to discussing the United States as a whole, Graham also talked about American leadership.
"We need a president who believes in God and respects God and God's laws and His commands and His decrees. How important that is," he said.
Graham also spoke about the importance of prayer.
"We know that God hears the prayer of one righteous person," he said. "Can you imagine if two or three people are gathered together in His Name? The Bible says that the Lord is right there in the midst of us."
"But can you imagine if there's hundreds of us right now, or maybe thousands, maybe even tens of thousands who are praying that God will hear our prayers and answer our prayers?" he asked, before leading participants in prayer.
At the writing of this article, Graham's Facebook prayer event had nearly 1 million views and growing.
"Our Father and our God, we come to You today to thank You for Your grace, mercy, and bountiful provision," he opened the prayer. "No nation on earth has been blessed as much as the United States of America. We praise You today, and we give You the glory."
"You have given us so much, but with it, You have given us great responsibilities, and it's these responsibilities that it seems Father that we're falling short," he continued.
"We remember the words of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who said, 'What should it profit a man (or a nation) if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?" Graham prayed.
"Father, we're guilty of bowing down to the false gods of materialism, sensual pleasure; we've legalized the killing of children in their mother's womb; we've legalized same-sex marriage, and Father I know that this grieves Your heart. As a nation and as a people, we seem to be in danger of losing our souls," he continued.
"Who can save us? There's only one, and that is Your Son, Jesus Christ," he prayed. "He alone can comfort and heal the human heart. He alone can forgive sin and give a new life through faith in Him."
Graham went on to pray for wisdom on how to help those struggling with poverty in the United States. He also prayed for those seeking justice.
"We know that there are millions who feel that the justice system in this nation is stacked against them, that their voices are not heard," he said. "We know that you're a just God, a loving God, and we ask that You show us how to fix the inadequacies of our legal system that are stacked toward the rich, the affluent, and the politically connected, and tilted away from the poor and the downtrodden."
Graham also lifted up our leaders to the Lord.
"The problems of this world cannot be fixed by governments alone," he prayed. "We need You to guide and direct our leaders."
"We pray now for the delegates as they are gathering there in Cleveland at this great convention, that You will humble their hearts, that they will look to You for wisdom and guidance," he continued.
"We especially want to pause and pray for those who will be nominated this week for president and vice president of the Republican party for the nation, for Donald Trump, for Gov. Mike Pence," he prayed. "This has been a long journey, Father. There is so much division that has come into this political season, and it has shaken the Republican party to the core."
"And Father, it needed to be shaken," he continued. "Our political system has become corrupt. I pray that Donald Trump and Gov. Mike Pence will surround themselves with Godly men and women."
"We ask that You would guide them and the political leaders of this Republican party and across this country with Your wisdom from on high," Graham said.
The evangelist also prayed for the protection of all candidates running for public office this election season, both Democrats and Republicans.
He also prayed for the safety of law enforcement officers working in Cleveland at the convention and around the nation.
In addition, Graham prayed for the election.
"My prayer, Lord, is that you will lead the American people to choose a president who can bring about real change, racial healing, and prosperity to all Americans," he said. "My prayer is that we will be one nation under God, who can truthfully say once again, 'In God we trust.'"
"We thank You, Father; we thank You for hearing our prayer, and we pray this in the Name of Your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen," he concluded.
Graham will hold another live prayer event on Facebook next Monday, July 25, before the start of the Democratic National Convention.
