"You are today like the stars of heaven in abundance." Deut. 1:9 (Israel365)

I said to you at that time, saying "I cannot carry you alone. The Lord, your God, has multiplied you and behold! you are today like the stars of heaven in abundance."

DEUTERONOMY (1:9)

Today's Israel Inspiration

The beautiful metaphor comparing the Children of Israel to the stars of the heavens is not to be understood literally, for at that time, and throughout history, the Jewish population has never been nearly as great as the number of the stars! Rather it is a blessing that Israel will be as permanent as the heavenly bodies (by the Jewish commentator Rashi). The Israeli pro-life organization EFRAT helps bring the blessing of a new baby into the world, supporting needy woman considering abortion so they need not "carry alone."

Blessings Each Day

This inspiring video displays the Jewish tradition of making blessings and instilling an “attitude of gratitude” in our lives.

New Research Supports Creation

A recent experiment carried out by the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics has uncovered scientific evidence supporting one of the most religiously controversial theories of the origin of the universe.

“Proves the Character of Your Organization”

It’s great to hear from so many of you - stay in touch and let us know where in the world you are enjoying Israel365!
I am, without apology, a Zionist. The Hebrew Scriptures tell us that we are to pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6).  There is such great support for Israel in the evangelical Christian community. Acknowledging such a strong ally in positive terms proves the character of your organization.  To ignore the value of such staunch allies because of theological differences would be foolish. I look forward to your mailings every day. I hope some day to be able to go to Israel and see her with my own eyes. Shalom, Andy Knaster, Baltimore, Maryland
