Bonnie Jones: God Says: "I'm Redeeming the Time and Restoring the Foundations!" - The Elijah List

Bonnie Jones: God Says: "I'm Redeeming the Time and Restoring the Foundations!"

The Elijah List

Steve ShultzFrom the desk of Steve Shultz:
Many of Bob Jones' prophecies are yet to be fulfilled...but we will continue to see many of them come to pass and in our day!
Bonnie Jones writes an excellent word about redeeming the time and also shares this revelation about Bob Jones:
In February 2014, on the night of Bob's passing, the clock in his hospital room began spiraling forward. Both the hour and minute hands began moving forward quickly beginning at 11:55pm, stopping momentarily at 8pm. Then it continued in acceleration. It accelerated twelve hours in five minutes then synchronized at midnight.
At that time, I believed the Body of Christ was behind on God's eternal time-clock and He was accelerating it forward – bringing it into alignment with Him...
Folks, we are living in exciting times!

And the word of the Lord came to Isaiah, saying, "Go and tell Hezekiah, 'Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father: "I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will add to your days fifteen years. I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria, and I will defend this city."'
And this is the sign to you from the Lord, that the Lord will do this thing which He has spoken: "Behold, I will bring the shadow on the sundial, which has gone down with the sun on the sundial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward." So the sun returned ten degrees on the dial by which it had gone down. (Isaiah 38:4-8 NKJV)
Recently, my wrist watch stopped running at 12:15pm. Not to worry since in eight years I've never had to replace a battery. However, over the course of the next five hours it reversed time and reset itself at high noon. In the reversal and resetting process, the second hand remained on the nine (or 45). Interestingly enough I began asking God what He was saying in this. He said, "I'm redeeming the time and restoring the foundations!"
"Let God reverse the curse of sickness, disease, poverty and all assignments of the enemy. Let sickness and disease be destroyed and let His Body of Believers live in divine healing, health and wholeness."
At that time, I believed the Body of Christ was behind on God's eternal time-clock and He was accelerating it forward – bringing it into alignment with Him.
Since that time the Church at large has been accelerating spiritually like never before. God is now establishing His Government in the earth in apostolic power.
2017 - Year of Divine Order
2017 is a year to redeem the time and restore the foundations. I believe God is turning back the hands of time for the Body of Christ just like He did Hezekiah. He was told to put his house in order and that he would die and not live. Yet, in his brokenness he cried out to God and He heard him.
Have we not been crying out to God for mercy, grace, justice, revival and restoration of all things? Have we not cried out for the great harvest of souls? Have we not cried out for our loved ones deliverance and the prodigals to come home? Indeed we have and God has heard our plea and is answering our prayers. God turned back the time on the sundial ten steps and extended Hezekiah's life fifteen years. Will He not do the same for His children today?
Steve ShultzI believe God is turning back the hands of time to give His Body opportunity to enter into that eternal realm of glory with Him. In this world of chaos, confusion and corruptness we have a divine escape-route called Jesus Christ. When we enter into His presence and into His glory all things are made new. God is redeeming the time and restoring the foundations. What does this mean? He's turning back the hands of time to redeem everything that was lost due to the fall and restore the foundations of creation. (Photo via Pixabay)
"For by Him all things were created that are in Heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him." (Colossians 1:16 NKJV)
"For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, you are God's building. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 3:9-11 NKJV)
God is eternal and we were created in His image therefore making us eternal beings as well. God's desire for His children is to enter into the eternal or glory realm with Him where there is no sickness, disease or effects of the enemy. That's why God requires an account of what is past because in eternity it was perfect.
"That which is has already been, And what is to be has already been; And God requires an account of what is past." (Ecclesiastes 3:15 NKJV)

Reversing the Hands of Time
In July 2008, the Lord told me to study the book of Ruth and turn it back! Turn back to the promises of the Cross. I believe that in this time of great harvest all things are being redeemed and restored like in the book of Ruth. She went from widowhood and lack to owning the field where she once labored. Boaz, her near kinsman, redeemed her and set her on high.
He reversed the hands of time in her life and restored all that she had lost in her lifetime. She went from lack to abundance and from being downtrodden to fullness of joy.
"God's desire for His children is to enter into the eternal or glory realm with Him where there is no sickness, disease or effects of the enemy."
In this day if we have ears to hear then we will hear the voice of the Bridegroom wooing us to come into His chamber where He will reverse the time lost due to the fall. He's calling us into that eternal garden of God's love where all hope is the fullness of His glory and all things are restored.
He's the God of restoration – restoring health, hope and prosperity. He's restoring families, minds, faith and love.

Blind eyes are opened and the leper is cleansed, limbs are plentiful and His faith flows through our veins. In God's eternal realm of glory all things are made new and there is no lack.
I believe there's grace right now to reverse the hands of time fifteen years like in the day of Hezekiah. For every high place we failed to take, we will now place His flag of victory and the enemy must surrender. There's grace to move mountains (Mark 11:24). We must stop talking to God about our problems and speak to our obstacles about God and decree His word. Faith shall increase and we will enter into the "faith of God".
Midnight and High Noon
Isn't it amazing that both instances with time (Bob's clock and my wristwatch) both involved twelve o'clock; midnight and noon? I believe God was establishing His divine order in government and apostolic ministry. First, He had to fast forward the Body of Christ to get her synchronized with Him. And now, since that's established, He's able to restore her to the perfection she was created to be.
Bob always said, "I don't want to see another revival, I've seen enough of them. I believe in the restoration of all things. And God will restore everything to His perfection."

Steve ShultzDo you realize it has been three years since the wall clock in Bob's hospital room accelerated until the time my watch reversed? Isaiah told Hezekiah the word of the Lord that on the third day he would go up to the house of the Lord and He would heal him and add fifteen years to his life. Third day – third year! Is this not our invitation to come up to Him so He can redeem and restore His Body like in the days of Hezekiah? (Photo via Wikipedia)
"Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father: 'I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord. And I will add to your days fifteen years.'" (2 Kings 20:5-6 NKJV)
Reverse the Curse
Let this year be the beginning of time reversal so blessings shall be released. Let us enter into that place of God's glory where there are endless possibilities. Let God reverse the curse of sickness, disease, poverty and all assignments of the enemy. Let sickness and disease be destroyed and let His Body of Believers live in divine healing, health and wholeness. Let us not only believe for but also enter into age reversal where our body, soul and mind are renewed and filled with His knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the ages.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation." (2 Corinthians 5:17-19 NKJV)

Is Chaos in Syria Fulfilling Bible Prophecy? - CBN News

Is Chaos in Syria Fulfilling Bible Prophecy?
CBN News 04-09-2017

The Syrian conflict — and the U.S. decision to strike a base inside the embattled country — is leading to increased concerns about the future of the nation’s civil war, the state of the humanitarian crisis and the best political path forward for diffusing the situation.
But in addition to the ongoing chatter about practical and logistical steps countries like America should take to remedy the crisis there has also been an intense theological debate brewing, with Christians debating whether the events unfolding on the ground in Syria could have some sort of connection to the Bible.
While some point to the current crisis as evidence of “prophecy” — a biblical prediction of an event that has yet to unfold — others decry this notion as irresponsible and wrong-headed. Let’s start by examining arguments made by author Joel Rosenberg, who has has pointed to Old Testament scriptures like Isaiah 17 and Jeremiah 49 to potentially assess the current events unfolding inside Syria.
“We’re watching Damascus unravel…is that the prelude to the completion of those prophesies?” he rhetorically asked, pointing back to Isaiah and Jeremiah, which both say that the city will be “destroyed.” “We don’t know, but Damascus is the oldest continuously inhabited city on the planet…so the fact that it is coming apart is quite extraordinary.”

Following Russia’s air strikes targeting rebels in Syria in October 2015, questions began reemerging in evangelical circles about whether events surrounding the country’s ongoing civil war, which began in 2011, were tied in any way to biblical prophecy.
Rosenberg published a blog post in the wake of the air strikes claiming that Russian president Vladimir Putin is “working hand-in- glove with Iran’s government” in formulating operations in Syria. It came the same week as reports that Iran was waging a ground attack, while Russia was carrying out assaults from the air.
“The Hebrew prophet Ezekiel wrote 2,500 years ago that in the ‘last days’ of history, Russia and Iran will form a military alliance to attack Israel from the north,” Rosenberg wrote. “Bible scholars refer to this eschatological conflict, described in Ezekiel 38–39, as the ‘War of Gog & Magog.’” He added, “Are these sudden and dramatic moves by Moscow and Tehran…simply coincidental, or [do they] have prophetic implications?”
Rosenberg’s question is at the center of the very debate surrounding Iran, Syria, and Russia and their perceived involvement in the end times—one that has attracted a great deal of attention both in Christian circles and in media over the years, as I covered in my book “Armageddon Code.”
Putin led 2013 deal to remove all chemical weapons from Syria. Clearly, that wasn't done. Consequences? http://www.foxnews.com/world/2017/04/06/us-launches-missiles-into-syria-in-response-to-chemical-weapons-attack.html …

US LAUNCHES MISSILES INTO SYRIA IN RESPONSE TO CHEMICAL WEAPONS ATTACK

For those who believe Syria will play a role in eschatological (end times) scenarios, Isaiah 17:1–3 is paramount. It reads, “See, Damascus will cease from being a city; it shall be a ruinous heap. The cities of Aroer are forsaken; they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and no one shall make them afraid. e fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Aram; they shall be as the glory of the sons of Israel, says the Lord of Hosts.”
The Syria example is perhaps a perfect paradigm to see how those with divergent theological viewpoints approach the same texts in very dierent ways. Consider that the first portion about a “ruinous heap” has some wondering if the present Syria crisis was prophesied in the Bible, but some scholars have countered that Damascus was already destroyed and that this verse refers to an attack by the Assyrians that unfolded in 732 BC (we’ll get there in a second).
Specifically noting Isaiah 17:1–3 and Jeremiah 49:23–27, Rosenberg explained in a separate 2013 blog piece that—despite some experts referencing the Assyrian attack—Damascus’s destruction has not yet happened. Jeremiah 49:23–27 pledges judgment upon Damascus, proclaiming that it has “become helpless” and that a fire will be kindled in its walls.
“These prophecies have not yet been fulfilled. Damascus is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on earth. It has been attacked, besieged, and conquered,” Rosenberg wrote. “But Damascus has never been completely destroyed and left uninhabited.”
Listen to Rosenberg’s recent interview with Faithwire:
But not everyone is on board with the claim that the Old Testament could be describing future—or even current—events that will befall Syria. “Bible Answer Man” Hank Hanegraaff also spoke about supposed biblical prophecies associated with the end times back in 2013 on his radio show. A caller asked about claims that the Book of Isaiah details coming destruction for Damascus, a notion to which Hanegraaff pushed back.
“So, what you’re saying is they’re tying in the passages in Isaiah to what is currently happening in Syria…and this is just a classic example of newspaper eschatology and shame on the pastors that are doing this, because it either is a case of them not knowing the word of God, which seems unlikely to me, or simply wanting to invite sensationalism and sophistry,” he responded. “If you look at what the Bible actually says, it is very clear that the fulfillment comes in the biblical text as well.” And Hanegraaff wasn’t done there.
“This whole notion is fulfilled in biblical history when the king of the Assyria captured and destroyed Damascus…if you look at Isaiah chapter 7, there’s a permutation of this as well…you see the fulfillment in the very next chapter, Isaiah chapter 8,” he continued.
Hanegraaff went on to say that some pastors’ decisions to transport pieces of prophecy to the 21st century are irresponsible. He called the action “embarrassing” and said that those pastors and Bible experts who embrace the idea are “dragging Christ’s name through the mud.” He simply doesn’t believe that, on these matters, the Bible’s writers were looking so fervently into the future, and he contends that they were speaking about prophecy that would unfold in the immediate and that has already come to pass.
Rather than reading the Scriptures for what they are, he believes that some theologians are “reading into the Scriptures their own eschatological views.”
Dr. Candida Moss, a professor of New Testament and early Christianity at the University of Notre Dame, also penned a 2013 article attempting to debunk claims that Damascus may play a role in the end times — and she said that the city has already been repeatedly conquered.
“Isaiah lived and wrote in the eighth century BCE [BC] and scholars think that the original prophecy referred to the conquest of Damascus by the Assyrians in 732 BCE [BC],” she wrote. “But that’s not the only time Damascus has seen conflict.”
Moss went on to list those who had conquered Damascus, including Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar and Alexander the Great. She also explained that, in the 7th century, Damascus was in the middle of a Muslim siege led by General Khalid ibn al-Walid. Later the Turco-Mongol armies of Timur conquered it around the turn of the 15th century, killing the entire population and apparently erecting a tower built with severed heads.
In the end, the debate is fascinating, as both sides—comprised of individuals who agree on central Christian doctrine—couldn’t disagree more about the alleged signs and symbols present within the Bible’s complex text.

Tales of Faith, Love and Hope in Charlotte Chaos - CBN News Charlene Aaron

Tales of Faith, Love and Hope in Charlotte Chaos

09-23-2016
CBN News Charlene Aaron

Pastors and faith leaders in Charlotte are offering hope and spiritual healing in the wake of the killing of Keith Lamont Scott, a black man shot by a black police officer.
Police say a gun was recovered on the scene. His family, however, insists he didn't have a gun, but a book.
Violent protests erupted in the city Wednesday as a result of the shooting.
Dot Cannamela lives in the same neighborhood as Scott and she told CBN News that God protected her by delaying her commute by 15 minutes that night.
"I prayed with a pastor friend of mine for safety and protection. I didn't have a good feeling," she recalled.
The neighborhood is by UNCC and dozens of people came out and harassed officers and lab workers. Cannamela said what she experienced could only be described as chaos.
"The violence and destruction, people cannot imagine," she said. "There was vulgarity...I was called names that I don't even want to tell you," she added.
Cannamela said that the violence and tension was so high that she could not approach the victim's family to share the words of encouragement the Lord put on her heart.
"I want to give encouragement, plant a seed with people, (to) my brothers and sisters in the Lord and people unsaved that we can overcome and God is in control".
"I believe the leaders in this town, in this state, in our government they (shouldn't) take this lightly and my prayer to the Lord is that we try to be in peace and unity and show love to people. What we need to try to do here is show love to people. That's what Christ represented," she added.
North Carolina's governor has declared a state of emergency, calling in the National Guard and state police to help restore order.
Pastor Kirby Anthony of R5 Church said he felt God compelled him to attend the protests Wednesday.
In an interview with CBN News he said, "Last night me, myself and a couple of brothers from our church decided to go down into uptown for one reason and one reason only, to pray and to be a light for those that were there."
"To be a light for the police officers and a light for the protesters," said Anthony.
He shared what he saw at the protests, many of which, he said, were peaceful.
"We saw some people protesting silently, obviously we saw the police officers, who at that time were very reserved, standing in a straight line, just standing there quietly and then we did see some protesters that were down there. You could tell they were there just to cause trouble," he explained.
The shooting death of Scott came just days after another officer-involved shooting in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Terence Crutcher was shot and killed by an officer Friday.
In both cases, police said they felt threatened and were forced to take lethal action.
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association sends it Rapid Response team of chaplains all over the world to minister in crisis situations.
The team deployed to Ferguson, Missouri and other cities that have seen unrest after police shootings. The team was in its hometown of Charlotte to offer a beacon of hope admist the protests.
Kelly Burke, Manager of Emergency Response and Logistics for BGEA's Rapid Response team told CBN News, "We had our chaplains spread out in some teams."
"Some were in the area where the shooting took place last night where they heard the shot. They saw some of the windows broken," Burke said during the interview.
He recalled that one man had asked for prayer.
"He just said I'm overwhelmed with life right now. And that's a constant theme that we hear often", said Burke.
When asked how churches can help bridge the gap between law enforcement and the inner city communities.
"To be engaged," he answered.
"Our Decision America tour right now that Franklin Graham is a part of is largely that. It's just that the church, and it's kind of a reactive impluse that we all have, to maybe withdraw and maybe get inside the church and maybe while things are tense and caotic out there on the streets," he said.
"They're tense and caotic on the streets because they don't know the hope. They're looking for answers. They're looking for solutions."
Pastor Anthony said that anger what is fueling the black community in light of black men killed by white, and sometimes even black police officers.
"I believe the gentleman who got shot in Oklahoma, one of the gentleman in the helicopter said he looks like a 'big dude or a bad dude or something.'  Well he's not just a bad dude," said Anthony.
"That's somebody's father. That's somebody's son. That's somebody's neighbor. And so when you see them get killed it angers you."
There is also another cause for the anger among blacks said Anthony.
"The legal system that failed, in a lot of people's opinions, to prosecute these officers for the way that they handled the situation and the way that they took the individual's life," he commented.
Meanwhile, communication and humility between officers and the black community is part of the solution Anthony told CBN News.
"The officer when he goes out into the community, he needs to check his attitude," said Anthony.
"Are these just people that you're lording your authority over and nobody has a right and you have all the power. I think that's a very dangerous attitude to have."
He said blacks have a role to play in moving forward as well.
"At the same time there are plenty of us in the black community that when we look at these officers we can't just look at them as the enemy."
America's inner-cities are in need of people who will go and show the love of Christ, Trent and Carmen Post told CBN News. The couple head Make Your Mark, an international, non-profit ministry based in Charlotte.
The couple moved into downtown Charlotte more than a decade ago, with no other ambition than to renovate and re-sell an old home. Within months, they started sharing their lives with drug addicts, prostitutes and street kids who feel they have no hope.
"They feel like that, they feel marginalized, they feel forgotten about, they have no voice and we like to stand in the gap and we know Jesus does, too," Trent said.
He emphasizes that the key to understanding the needs of people in the inner-cities is relationship.
"We always say, 'The world needs more Jesus is flesh.' And Jesus didn't just come out and pray. He engaged people, he loved them, he fed them, he healed them...it was relationship."
Carmen said a Facebook post showed her the need to drop her defenses, let go of her need to be right and listen to the pain of others. After she wrote, "All Lives Matter" in relation to a "Black Lives Matter" post, one of the mother's of a child in their ministry responded in pain and anger.
"All I could do was selflessly understand her and put myself in her shoes and put anything that I thought away, and, you know, I think that's what it takes. I think it takes us as believers like to put what we think, what we've been taught, like put it away for the Gospel.  We don't have to be right, we don't have to prove a point,  but put it away for the Gospel so that people are feeling loved."

The Collapse Of Italy’s Banks Threatens To Plunge The European Financial System Into Chaos - Michael Snyder THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

Italy Flag Map - Public Domain
Posted: 07 Mar 2016   Michael Snyder  THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

The Italian banking system is a “leaning tower” that truly could completely collapse at literally any moment.  And as Italy’s banks begin to go down like dominoes, it is going to set off financial panic all over Europe unlike anything we have ever seen before.

I wrote about the troubles in Italy back in January, but since that time the crisis has escalated.  At this point, Italian banking stocks have declined a whopping 28 percent since the beginning of 2016, and when you look at some of the biggest Italian banks the numbers become even more frightening.  On Monday, shares of Monte dei Paschi were down 4.7 percent, and they have now plummeted 56 percent since the start of the year.  Shares of Carige were down 8 percent, and they have now plunged a total of 58 percent since the start of the year.  This is what a financial crisis looks like, and just like we are seeing in South America, the problems in Italy appear to be significantly accelerating.

So what makes Italy so important?

Well, we all saw how difficult it was for the rest of Europe to come up with a plan to rescue Greece.  But Greece is relatively small – they only have the 44th largest economy in the world.

The Italian economy is far larger.  Italy has the 8th largest economy in the world, and their government debt to GDP ratio is currently sitting at about 132 percent.
There is no way that Europe has the resources or the ability to handle a full meltdown of the Italian financial system.  Unfortunately, that is precisely what is happening.  Italian banks are absolutely drowning in non-performing loans, and as Jeffrey Moore has noted, this potentially represents “the greatest threat to the world’s already burdened financial system”…
Shares of Italy’s largest financial institutions have plummeted in the opening months of 2016 as piles of bad debt on their balance sheets become too high to ignore.  Amid all of the risks facing EU members in 2016, the risk of contagion from Italy’s troubled banks poses the greatest threat to the world’s already burdened financial system.
At the core of the issue is the concerning level of Non-Performing Loans (NPL’s) on banks’ books, with estimates ranging from 17% to 21% of total lending.  This amounts to approximately €200 billion of NPL’s, or 12% of Italy’s GDP.  Moreover, in some cases, bad loans make up an alarming 30% of individual banks’ balance sheets.
Things have already gotten so bad that the European Central Bank is now monitoring liquidity levels at Monte dei Paschi and Carige on a daily basis.  The following comes from Reuters
The European Central Bank is checking liquidity levels at a number of Italian banks, including Banca Carige and Monte dei Paschi di Siena , on a daily basis, two sources close to the matter said on Monday.
Italian banking shares have fallen sharply since the start of the year amid market concerns about some 360 billion euros of bad loans on their books and weak capital levels.
The ECB has been putting pressure on several Italian banks to improve their capital position. The regulator can decide to monitor liquidity levels at any bank it supervises on a weekly or daily basis if it has any concern about deposits or funding.

A run on the big Italian banks has already begun.  Italians have already been quietly pulling billions of euros out of the banking system, and if these banks continue to crumble this “stealth run” could quickly become a stampede.

And of course panic in Italy would quickly spread to other financially troubled members of the eurozone such as Spain, Portugal, Greece and France.  Here is some additional analysis from Jeffrey Moore
A deteriorating financial crisis in Italy could risk repercussions across the EU exponentially greater than those spurred by Greece.  The ripple effects of market turmoil and the potential for dangerous precedents being set by EU authorities in panicked response to that turmoil, could ignite yet more latent financial vulnerabilities in fragile EU members such as Spain and Portugal.
Unfortunately, most Americans are completely blinded to what is going on in the rest of the world because stocks in the U.S. have had a really good run for the past couple of weeks.  Headlines are declaring that the risk of a new recession “has passed” and that the crisis “is over”.  Meanwhile, South America is plunging into a full-blown depression, the Italian banking system is melting down, global manufacturing numbers are the worst that we have seen since the last recession, and global trade is absolutely imploding.

Other than that, things are pretty good.

Seriously, it is absolutely critical that we don’t allow ourselves to be fooled by every little wave of momentum in the stock market.

It is a fact that sales and profits for U.S. corporations are declining.  This is a trend that began all the way back in mid-2014 and that has accelerated during the early stages of 2016.  The following comes from Wolf Richter
Total US business sales – not just sales by S&P 500 companies but also sales by small caps and all other businesses, even those that are not publicly traded – peaked in July 2014 at $1.365 trillion, according to the Census Bureau. By December 2015, total business sales were down 4.6% from that peak. A bad 18 months for sales! They’re back where they’d first been in January 2013!
Sales by S&P 500 companies dropped 3.8% in 2015, according to FactSet, the worst year since the Financial Crisis.
I know that a lot of people have been eagerly anticipating a complete and total global economic collapse for a long time, and many of them just want to “get it over with”.
Well, the truth is that nobody should want to see what is coming.  Personally, I rejoice for every extra day, week or month we are given.  Every extra day is another day to prepare, and every extra day is another day to enjoy the extremely comfortable standard of living that our debt-fueled prosperity has produced for us.

Most Americans have absolutely no idea how spoiled we really are.  Even just fifty years ago, life was so much harder in this country.  If we had to go back and live the way that Americans did 100 or 150 years ago, there are very few of us that would be able to successfully do that.

So enjoy the remaining days of debt-fueled prosperity while you still can, because great change is coming, and it is going to be extremely bitter for most of the population.

Tried By Fire - Coming Forth as Gold by Elaine Tavolacci

Tried By Fire - Coming Forth as Gold

by Elaine Tavolacci

The Elijah List

There is a book in the Bible about a man named Job. He was a blameless and upright man who had experienced a great loss in every area of his life. He went through a horrendous trial for nine months. The end of the story tells us that Job was rewarded with double of everything that he lost. Job said at the end of this trying time that he shall come forth as gold because he knew that he didn't do anything to deserve that injustice. He also understood that God's plan for his life could not be thwarted or cancelled. When God gives you a promise, it will come to pass no matter what your circumstances look like in the natural.

The Lord says, I hear your cry and I hear every prayer. As you call out to Me in the fires of affliction, I will respond. Though the trials seem to multiply, I am with you through them all. Just as the refining of gold removes impurities, those things in your life that are unacceptable shall be removed. In the same way that refining gold separates the pure from the less precious metals, I am removing the dross from your life. I am releasing you into royalty, which comes forth from purity.

Trust Me to strengthen you as you are refined in these trying times. Disregard the opinions of those who doubt My word. The opinions of others cannot negate nor cancel out My plans. Just as Job, when you are tried you will come forth as gold. In the same way that gold is symbolic for a covenant in a wedding band, I am establishing My covenant with you. Do not focus on your past so that you will not be delayed from moving into your future. I will bring you through those difficult seasons and remove those things that are confining and restricting you from moving forward. Allow Me to free you from all doubts and fears which are imprisoning you. As you trust Me, you will be released from the restraints which are holding you in bondage.

Shake it Off

Shake off the despair and heaviness that tries to attach itself to you. Be careful not to go back to your old ways of living or allow the enemy to intimidate you by trying to steal your identity in Me. The enemy could not terminate anything that I have for you, as long as you do not yield to him. Learn how to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, rather than be critical of them. Bless them that curse you. Listen for My voice, so that you will no longer be misled by the voices of unbelief. I Am the God of liberation, and as you refuse to submit to anything contrary to My word, I will deliver you from all the chaos in your life.

You will be unchained from those things that are harming you. I am the supplier of all your needs. Trust me for your healing. Trust Me for your deliverance. Trust Me for your financial needs. Trust me in your marriage. See yourself healed and made whole. See yourself prosperous. See yourself strong and able to stand against any adversity that comes your way. See yourself as more than a conqueror. See yourself as the blessing that I have created you to be. As you acknowledge the glorious future that I have for you, your life will be transformed and you will see My plans come to pass in your life and ministry says the Lord.

Job 23:10-12 But He knows the way that I take; When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot has held fast to His steps; I have kept His way and not turned aside. I have not departed from the commandment of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth More than my necessary food.

Job 42:2 Job replied I know that you can do all things; no plan of Yours can be thwarted.

Job 42:12 -17 Now the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys. He also had seven sons and three daughters. And he called the name of the first Jemimah, the name of the second Keziah, and the name of the third Keren-Happuch. In all the land were found no women so beautiful as the daughters of Job; and their father gave them an inheritance among their brothers. After this Job lived one hundred and forty years, and saw his children and grandchildren for four generations. So Job died, old and full of days.
