Dear Believer,

We are in a season where the Lord is releasing dreams and visions as never before! As a prophet, I am excited that God is speaking clearly concerning our new season through our dreams. Did you realize that every time God gives a dream, it is actually an opportunity to shift into destiny? Yes, every dream is like a door opening into greater revelation. Question is: are we really listening when He speaks to us? 

This is an updated article concerning hearing God's voice through dreams and visions. I have taken the time to update the article and add new insight, and I truly believe that this is a NOW word, as He continues to pour our His Spirit on all flesh, especially upon our children and the next generation!

We Can All Hear God's Voice!

Each of us has been equipped by God with the ability to hear His voice. The problem is so many of us don't realize He is speaking to us in our dreams. For many years we have treated our dreams as "junk mail" and tossed them aside without taking time to study and discern the dreams properly. We must begin to take our dreams more seriously.

Remember, it was through a dream that the Father spoke to Joseph (the earthly father of Jesus), and gave him specific direction to save Jesus' life! Knowing this, we should never treat our dreams as unimportant, but rather fine-tune our spiritual senses to hear His voice more accurately.

Many of my dreams actually equip me for spiritual warfare. By this, I mean that God often speaks to me in a dream concerning situations in the Body of Christ which require prayer for breakthrough. Many times the Lord exposes personal strongholds through dreams. For instance, if someone struggles with a religious spirit, it might be revealed through a dream symbolically, such as dreaming of someone who is so bent toward tradition that he/she resists the present move of His Spirit. Or, if someone struggles with a Jezebel spirit, one might have a dream of someone who is controlling and manipulating.

"Let's not treat our dreams and visions like junk-mail and toss them to the side."

One of the most common dreams I hear from others are dreams that involve seductive scenes. These types of dreams are not always revealing a stronghold of sexual impurity, but rather exposure of a seducing spirit which entices us to "go back." The devil does NOT want us to possess our Promised Land! If he can seduce us into apostasy, convincing us to remain lukewarm, he will steal our destiny!

Dreams of Open Doors

We are in fresh season of both "seeing" and "hearing." By this I mean that God is confirming His Word through what we see in dreams and visions. In this season, God is confirming that we are entering a time of "new beginnings." A few months back (right before the Jewish New Year), I heard the Lord specifically say:

"My Church is entering into a season of new beginnings. I am bringing forth many suddenlies and Kairos moments. I will catch My children up if they have lagged behind, it will be a catch-up time. They will no longer feel left out or left behind. Regardless of past mistakes, they will not be hindered in their forward progression if they will simply have faith! I will open many doors: doors of breakthrough, doors of finances, doors of opportunity and enlargement. What has been shut will now become opened."

Believers, let your faith arise! God is releasing the key of David to us again, so that we can open doors that no man can shut (Rev 3:7). Therefore, there are many Believers who have been having dreams about keys and doors; this is confirmation to the Word of the Lord that many are prophesying right now. (Photo via freedesignfile)

Let me ask you a question: are you being accountable to God concerning your dreams? Do you write down your dreams, pray over them, and ask God to reveal the interpretations? So many times God uses His night voice to speak to us. In our dreams, God will give specific direction about which doors to walk through. Yes, the enemy can open doors also, but a dream will reveal if it is one that will benefit or hinder us.

God Will By-Pass Our Minds to Speak Truth Through Dreams and Visions!

Dreams and visions are part of God's plans of restoration. Since it is our season to see, we must also understand that God opens our spiritual eyes for a reason.

Do you recall the tribe of Reuben? Reuben was one of the twelve tribes of Israel that descended from Jacob. Every tribe of Israel had an inheritance of land given to them by God. When Moses selected the twelve spies to scout-out Canaan, there was one leader from each of the twelve tribes who was to cross over into the Promised Land for an exploration. From the tribe of Reuben, a man named Shammua was selected (see Numbers 13:1-5).

Reuben was the "seer" and the "discerning tribe." This tribe was anointed by God with the ability to see as God Himself sees. Within their prophetic destiny was the ability to see the victory in the Promised Land. However, Shammua, the leader of the tribe, came back to Moses with a negative report. He was unable to fully "see" the victory and the promise of God concerning their Promised Land. Keep in mind that the name "Shammua: means "devastated and desolate." It is connected to a word that implies being "stooped over" or "bent." Shammua had a "bent toward negativity, even though his spiritual DNA had a bent toward godly destiny!

Believers, many of us are spiritually "bent" in our belief systems, especially concerning our potential to possess our future and our destiny. When we get a prophetic word concerning our Promised Land, do we believe God and begin to possess it or do we negate it due to fear or doubt?

Many of us are like the 10 spies who returned with a negative report! But God has a way to awaken us! He will by-pass our minds at night and gives us a dream that will shift us, direct us and speak into our potential!

Now, please hear me! Because at times we may not properly hear God's voice, we must be sure to be attentive to our dreams and visions. The Lord has given each of us a promise of breakthrough. This is our season of enlargement and increase. We must be open-minded concerning the various ways that God wants to speak to us – dreams and visions will prove to be a reliable source in this season!

God Wants to Reveal the Condition of Our Hearts

"Dreams and visions are part of God's plans of restoration."

Do you remember Nebuchadnezzar and how God had to speak truth to him through his dreams? At first, Nebuchadnezzar would not heed the words of correction and direction given from God as Daniel interpreted the dreams. The King recognized Daniel's awesome gift and exhorted him. Daniel corrected the king telling him that it was not his own (Daniel's) wisdom which was able to interpret the dream. But the dream was given and interpreted by Daniel, so that the king would know the thoughts (condition) of his own heart.

"But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart." (Daniel 2:30)

The very same can occur in our own dreams! God may be attempting to expose hidden motives while we dream. Or maybe, God may be talking to us about our future business ventures, financial breakthroughs and blessings that will soon manifest. Whatever He is speaking, we need to be hearing!

Helping Our Children with Their Dreams

Many of us have nightmares. However, it is much more prevalent with children. But, we don't have to allow nightmares to terrorize us or our kids! In my new book, Understanding Your Dreams: How to Unlock the Meanings of God's Messages, I go to great length to help you understand your dreams. I discuss the different types of dreams one may have, such as dreams of angels, dreams of houses, dreams of falling, and much more.

I discuss the different types of "destiny dreams" that empower us to fulfill destiny, as well as warn us of the enemy that steals our destiny. I also discuss how God can empower all of us through nightmares by learning how to exercise our spiritual authority and rebuke the enemy while we are still dreaming! I want to show you ways to empower yourselves and your children to overcome nightmares and those night scares!

We are all called as sons and daughters by God. We have been given victory over the enemy. This book will help you and your children see who they are in Christ and empower them to defeat the fear "threats" presented in nightmares.

Angels of Blessing and the Month of June

People of God: Hold on, hold on, hold on – for the Lord has dispatched angels of blessing to go before you and to bring recompense, restoration and increase back to you! Where the enemy has come and thought he plundered you, now the Lord has released these angelic hosts and they are going back to the enemy's camp and they are taking the spoils and bringing back all that was stolen.

"It is not surreal, it is supernaturally real!"

The enemy is being paid back for touching you. The enemy is being paid back for tormenting you. The enemy is being paid back for stealing, killing and destroying in your life. The enemy is being paid back for lying to you. The enemy is being paid back for attempting to kill you.

The Lord is rising in your defense! This past while has been so dark for so many, but I heard the Lord say that, "The level of darkness you have experienced is because of the major breakthrough that is being released in your life." It's not something that the Lord is saying "is coming," it's something that is "upon you."

There are going to be major demonstrations of increase, of the blessing of God, of recompense, redemption and restoration for you. The night has turned into day.

I saw these angelic hosts going up and down timelines and they were taking back everything that was stolen to bring back to the people of God. I saw these angelic hosts even going back into generational lines and closing doors as the people of God interceded and stood in declaration upon the Word of God.

I saw the Lord pronouncing blessing over generational lines and a line in the sand being drawn that decreed, "From this point on there will be blessing upon blessing."

Recently, the Lord spoke to me that there is a great battle on right now attempting to distract God's people. Don't look at the distraction. Keep standing upon the rhema Word the Lord gave you, for significant breakthrough and turnaround is upon you. (Photo via The Elijah Shopper. Angel Among Us by Jennifer Page)

Where there has been a dark cloud of heaviness, the Lord is decreeing a cloud of joy!

This isn't just a new "season" for many of you, it's a "new era." What you are moving into now, the land of blessing, increase, abundance, opportunities and destiny, is nothing like you have ever experienced before.

June, "The Month You Will Feel Like Pinching Yourself"

The Lord spoke to me about June and I heard Him say, "June, the month you will feel like pinching yourself." The atmosphere around me was filled with joy and the feeling of "exceeded" expectations and joy!

"There are going to be major demonstrations of increase, of the blessing of God, of recompense, redemption and restoration for you. The night has turned into day."

There is going to be so much breakthrough in joy that you will have the sense of "pinching yourself" because it feels surreal...and I felt the Lord say:

"It is not surreal, it is supernaturally real!"

There is going to be extravagant joy in June as the blessing, increase, recompense, redemption, restoration, favor and abundance of provision of the Lord's hand increases on a level many have never experienced before.

I saw June like a beautiful rose that was opening up and I heard the words, "June, the month of divine bloom."

So much is going to bloom in you, through you and for you in June! The aroma of Jesus, the Rose of Sharon, is going to increase so much in your life and through your life in June. A beautiful, deep, rich, new refreshing place of encounter with Jesus and place of deep intimacy will bloom!

Worship is Going to Lift Off the Hooks of the Past and Take You Higher Than You've Ever Been

I saw in June specifically, as God's people really press in deeply into worship (increasing our time and pressing deep in worship), hooks that have been used previously to "trigger" God's people into fear and torment (things used to hold them back, keep them on the ground, stopping them from flying), are suddenly lifting off and the Lord will take His people higher than they have ever been. He will take them higher in their perspective, their freedom, their joy, their peace, their revelation of the Word and significant increase in favor. (Photo via Pixabay)

Where these hooks have sucked the life out of many of God's people, causing a deep weariness and hopelessness of constantly being "pulled back" and a feeling of wanting to give up, these hooks will be removed once and for all! The Lord will give you greater hope, clarity, vision, joy, insight and wisdom for the future than you have ever had – to go further with Him than you ever dreamed.

Worship is a very strategic key to breakthrough always, but especially in June. Worship Jesus! Worship Jesus!

June: The month where you will feel like you are pinching yourself because of the amazing breakthrough, healing, joy, increase and abundance that He is releasing.

Prophetic Word: 'I Am About to Do a 7-Day Turnaround'

Recently, the Lord spoke a word to my heart, so powerful and clear. I can only remember a handful of times in my life that I have even heard the Lord this plainly. I was about to walk into the prayer room at our church, I was several feet away from the prayer room door and I heard the Lord say, "Tell my people that I am about to do a seven-day turnaround". With huge excitement in my heart, I ran into the prayer room as the Lord continued speaking to me.

He immediately reminded me of the night before. The previous night, I did my final rounds at the house, made sure my wife and children were asleep and then I got into bed. I laid there for about one minute and the Lord spoke to me, "Get up, I would like to talk to you." So I got up, went into our prayer room at the house, and the Lord spoke this to me "Every word I have spoken to you in the private place will come to pass." Then I began to pray into that word. I felt deeply impressed to tell people to remember every prophetic word that bore witness with their spirit when it was given to them. Now is the time to look back at all of their old prayer journals.

Then the next day, I received the seven-day turnaround word. The Lord was prompting me to tell people that prophetic acceleration is coming, a seven-day turnaround, where God will suddenly fulfill the promises in the prophetic words that people have been hanging onto and praying into for many years. The Lord is getting His people ready for a mighty move of His Spirit. Get ready for your seven-day turnaround!

I was reminded of many of the prophetic words God has spoken to me. The first one I remembered was when God told me about the key to breakthrough is fasting. So many of God's people do not understand the true power that is released while fasting. Immediately, I thought, What if people fasted and prayed over the next seven days for their turnaround?

Then I was reminded about a prophetic vision I had just recently. In the vision, I saw a huge tidal wave crashing over the people of God. As I saw this tidal wave in the Spirit, I knew that it was made up all of the prayers, promises and prophetic words from past seasons. The Lord spoke clearly to me that every promise and every prophetic word that has been given in past seasons, will come to pass in this next season. This seven-day turnaround is the fulfillment of that vision. Expect to be overtaken by the Spirit of God fulfilling His promises to you. Your 7-day turnaround is coming.

As I continue to pray I felt the Lord say, "Do not allow your circumstances, conditions or situations to affect your spirit. Stay focused on what My Spirit is saying and deny every soulish or fleshly thought." Be vigilant during these next seven days, pay no attention to your critics because any attack the devil can scheme up, He will throw your way. This is a season that you will have to be strong and prepared for warfare. Remember Ephesians 6:11, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." These next seven days, you will have to stand against the enemy's schemes, tricks, strategies and attempts to get you off course.

The Lord told me to declare that "The cave, wilderness and valley seasons are coming to an end." So many people are so close to giving up on their God-given dream, purpose, calling and destiny. Many people are so close to having their God-given breakthrough at any moment. Then the Lord spoke to me and said, "Many of My children are barely hanging on. Many are barely hanging on for their ministry, business, marriage and prodigal sons and daughters." Because of the delay in their breakthrough, many people's emotions are out of alignment, and their finances are not prioritized correctly.

The presence of the Spirit of God remained strong during this encounter. The Spirit prompted me to urge people to properly align with all the prophetic words and promises that God has spoken to them. The Lord prompted me to tell people in this season do not give in to the soulish realm or to your thoughts and emotions. Instead, stay focused on the Spirit of God and be completely Spirit-led during the next seven days. Stay strong and stay the course with the Lord. Contend, fast and pray over the next seven days. Let faith arise and believe God for the seven-day turnaround!
