"Get Ready For the New!" Amanda Wells, Brisbane, Australia - The Elijah List

"Get ready for the NEW! You have to come out to come in!" These were the words I heard so clearly as I was ministering on a recent weekend. Come out of the season you are in, the constraints and contentment of this season, because we are invited to come into His glory realm and get ready for the new move that awaits us!
God is longing for His people to start to see the world from His perspective! There is an invitation for us to discover our place at the Throne of Grace and take hold of the realm of eternity, where there are no limitations of the past or present and where we release Heaven onto earth!
The Year 5776
We have entered the Hebrew year 5776; the Hebrew letter vav is the number six. The mystery ofvav is that it is a hook that joins Heaven to earth; it is the divine hook that binds Heaven and earth together. (Photo via Wikimedia Commons)
Man was created on the sixth day, because we were created to be the connecting hook of Heaven to earth. Man was to work for six days, our work; the place of our assignment is about to become the hook that connects Heaven to earth.

Get ready; Heaven and angels are in the field of your God-given assignment.

The hook, the vav, was lost through Adam and his sin; it is now restored through Jesus Christ, and this year is the year to reach into Heaven and release the supernatural that the world is crying out for!
Seize the Process to Your Suddenly
It's time to seize and see the potential of the small "moments" that happen in our lives instead of trying to wait for a BIG moment to change everything. The small moments are an introduction to a process that eventually changes everything.
Every suddenly in Scripture was preceded by "process." After days of continual prayer in a small upper room, they were all in a place of process before thesuddenly occurred.
Jesus was "led" (a small moment He seized upon) into the wilderness, which directed Him into the process of the wilderness. Afterward, He suddenly walked into the temple and released the glory of God for the first time in 400 years through His voice.
Awakening
An awakening is stirring in the Body of Christ! Awake, your "suddenly" is about to happen. The process you have been through has been for a purpose.
Isaiah 48:3 I declared the former things long ago and they went forth from My mouth, and I proclaimed them. Suddenly I acted, and they came to pass.
When the suddenly came in the Book of Acts, it came through sound, the voice! When the great company of heavenly host suddenly started singing to declare the birth of Jesus, it came because an angel had heralded the birth by speaking.
Time to Declare
It's time to start declaring your release from the season you are currently in and your entrance into your new season. It's time to arise and declare that the glory of the Lord is upon you.
Every voice is unique; we are created with a sound that is designed to release the realm of glory, power, and light of God. Just as God released light through His voice, we are created in His image with the same unique ability to release sound. (Photo via Pixabay)
Adam and Eve recognized the realm of glory when they heard the sound of God in the Garden. In this awakening we need to be able to discern His presence and recognize His heartbeat in the process! Then release the new sound and see the glory realm suddenly loosed in our midst.
I hear God awakening and calling His Body to "taste the powers of the age to come" and bring forth a "witness" of His glory to all nations. There is coming such a shift that as the Church awakens with a new sound we are going to see an explosion of creative miracles, healings, finances released, and the raising of the dead.
Your spirit man is at home in the glory realm, the eternal realm. When we enter this realm, we enter into the realm of revelation where we begin to think from the supernatural dimension! It is the realm that is around the Throne of Grace. This realm holds creativity and creative miracles.
Awake, awake, look up, suddenly there is an open Heaven above you; angels are preparing to visit you. In every nation of the earth, in every hidden corner of the globe, the King of Glory is coming in, and when He does the realm of glory will be fully released, Heaven will invade earth. (Photo via Pixabay)
The convergence of Heaven and Earth, it's a season of acceleration. We are entering into a time of experiencing the "power of the age, the eternal glory realm to come"!
Come out to come into the new, and see His glory loosed on the Earth!

A Head Start In Heaven - Now Think On This by Steve Martin

A Head Start In Heaven
- Now Think On This
by Steve Martin

"…but I wish to give to this last man the same as to you. “Matt. 20:14 NASU

As was my usual custom, when I cleared the parking deck ramp, after leaving the uptown Charlotte, North Carolina office, I turned on the radio news. Seemed to be the same usual as usual. Before much too long I turned it off to have some “quiet time” while travelling southbound down the busy late afternoon NC I77 traffic toward home.

Thankfully I began humming in my head a song by Joshua Aaron, a Messianic Jew, singing about his bride and his promise to her, for a long time. Forever in fact. The song, My Beloved (Wedding Waltz) kept going over and over in my head. I was singing along, “I am no longer mine, I am yours forever. I give it all to you, my beloved.

As you may know yourself, your mind often goes onto another subject. Most of the time they don’t seemed to be related, but as I traced back my thoughts later, they were. It was the Holy Spirit giving me a little revelation blessing of His Word. Follow the thread as it unwinds.

A close friend’s father had passed on to eternity two weeks earlier, and I began thinking about her loss. With my own dad having crossed over to his eternal reward in heaven over 15 years ago, it occurred to me that my dad had already a head start in heaven. He was already enjoying eternity that I know will someday be mine too. Only because Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.

Then somehow (Holy Spirit in action) I got to thinking about the parable Yeshua (Jesus) shared with His disciples about the workers, or laborers as He called them, in the Gospel of Matthew. Here is the story, which you probably know well.

“When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, 'Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last group to the first.'  When those hired about the eleventh hour came, each one received a denarius.  When those hired first came, they thought that they would receive more; but each of them also received a denarius.  When they received it, they grumbled at the landowner, saying, 'These last men have worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the scorching heat of the day.'

"But he answered and said to one of them, ' Friend, I am doing you no wrong; did you not agree with me for a denarius?  ‘Take what is yours and go, but I wish to give to this last man the same as to you.  'Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with what is my own? Or is your eye envious because I am generous?'  So the last shall be first, and the first last." Matthew 20:8-16 NASU

Now in times past, when trying to understand this Scripture, I couldn’t justify in my mind how the owner could be so unjust. Or even generous, as it says he actually was. After all, if I worked a full day on my job, beginning at 7:00 am, and another got hired and started at 3 pm, and then both of us got off at 4 pm, I would expect I’d get paid for eight hours, and he for only one hour. But if we both got paid for eight hours…

Catch my figuring at what seems unfair?

So back to the “head start in heaven” thought. Still driving down the road at the 65 mph going rate, it seemed the Holy Spirit wanted to enlighten me on that Scripture, to further my understanding. He started to say that those who have gone on ahead of us to their eternal reward, that being heaven and His presence, are enjoying their time even now. Though some have been there for centuries, once you and I who know the Lord get there, it will be as if we had been there just as long as they have too. There won’t be any “unfairness”, for His reward (pay) at the “end of the day” would be the same for each of us. (Now I know there are different crowns passed out to each for their labors on earth, but that is for another message.)

The head start in heaven, because of eternity’s timelessness, makes it seem as if it is all the same time for all. I know, my head spins too just trying to imagine that. Heaven and eternity are bigger than we can comprehend at this point. It is because His thoughts and plans are so much greater than ours.

It amazes me how the Holy Spirit speaks to us as we give Him moments to do so. In just a short amount of time, whether it is during a drive down the interstate after a busy work day, or starting the morning off in a Bible reading and prayer time, little things like that revelation above encourage us. And yes, I sure am looking forward to heaven.

And I know He is looking forward to us being with Him there too!

Martyrdom - Now Think On This by Steve Martin

Martyrdom
- Now Think On This
by Steve Martin

“And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.” (Rev. 12:11-12 NASU)

Fear, especially of death, can grip a person, a city and a nation. It can keep you from doing the right thing, or speaking the truth when it is your time to stand for truth. Fear keeps us from love, and from walking in righteousness and justice.

Do you know who is the one who is the most fearful of all? It is the devil. The master of fear is the one who is the most afraid of all, for he fears the Almighty One Who will end his reign of terror on the earth. Out of this eternal fear and hatred, he continually seeks to kill, destroy and martyr the saints of God who have taken the Name of Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

During this short time of hellish destruction, while he yet been given time on the earth, men, women and children will give up their lives by the edge of the sword, rather than give up their souls to eternal hell. Because they are called Christians, these believers of Jesus will die by the hands of hateful “followers of God”, or more accurately, believers of Allah. These evil ones have masked themselves as the conquerors, when in fact their soon coming end will result in eternal damnation, along with Satan himself.

While it is gruesome to see our brothers and sisters blood flow from beheadings and ruthless torture, we need not fear that which may come to us too. We have a promise we can stand on.

“…they did not love their life even when faced with death.” (Rev. 12:11) Our temporary life on earth is nothing compared to the eternal life in heaven with our Lord. Therefore we can stand without fear when faced with death. For this reason, heaven rejoices at the death of a godly one.

"These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful."
(Rev. 17:14, NASU)

Our brothers and sisters in the Middle East, Africa, China and more, are with the Lord, and He with them, for they have been called and chosen. They will be faithful even to the end, as they face the edge of the sword. The lord of Lords and King of kings’ strength and love will empower them to give their lives for the greater glory, to later join Him in heaven when others will be judged and condemned to the eternal lake of fire for their murderous actions.

We need not fear our coming time of martyrdom, should that also be the end of this temporal life for us. I for one do fully expect that at some point I too will be called upon to proclaim my faith in Jesus, and be killed as a result of my conviction and belief. By His compassionate grace, I will look into His eyes of love, rather than the eyes of the evil doers.

“Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve Him; they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever.

And he said to me, "These words are faithful and true"; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show to His bond-servants the things which must soon take place.

"And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book." (Rev. 22:1-7 NASU)

A glorious time awaits those who give their lives for the One Who gave His life for us. These are the faithful and true words that we can believe, now and forever.

Now think on this,

Coffee Time with Jesus - Now Think On This Steve Martin

Coffee Time with Jesus
Now Think On This
Steve Martin

"Now come and have some breakfast!" Jesus said. None of the disciples dared to ask him, "Who are you?" They knew it was the Lord. Then Jesus served them the bread and the fish. This was the third time Jesus had appeared to his disciples since he had been raised from the dead.” John 21:12-14 New Living Translation

I had just finished making the 6-cup pot of coffee, went and got the Charlotte Observer Sunday paper for Laurie on the front yard, and sat down in my black prayer chair in the front room. I had already been up for a few hours to work on some social media for our ministry Love For His People. Now I was ready to spend some quiet time with the Lord.

But before I did, I picked up my iPhone 4 to send a photo to my long time, best friend Kevin in Illinois. He was working again that morning, the 5 am to 5 pm weekend shift. I like encouraging him with artwork I get off Facebook, with sayings, Scriptures, photos, etc. It gets lonely for him at times, being single for the last 26 years and longing for a wife.

The picture I sent Kevin had a cup of coffee on it, with words declaring the goodness of the Lord. With all the coffee drinkers out there, I also put it on my Facebook page after I had text Kevin with it. Then the Lord spoke to me, something like this. “I enjoy it too when you have coffee with Me.”

Wow. I never thought of it that way. Our Lord Jesus enjoys it when we just sit quietly, drinking a cup of coffee with Him. That surely brings a pleasant thought to my mind and warms my heart. And from what I know of our Father, it surely does to His heart of love too.

Our God, ever present with us, enjoys us so much that He even wants to just spend those times we have, sitting with a cup of java, reading the paper, and starting the day off before it gets too busy. He enjoys the time we give Him. Even the simple, short moments out of our day.

I think of Jesus’ time when He walked the earth with His disciples. Being the Son of Man, I believe the Scriptures that say He had emotions, physical needs, and a manner of life around Him that we face daily. That is why He came, to pay the price required by a Holy God, so we could enjoy eternity in fellowship with Him in heaven. His death and resurrection made the way for this to happen. His love for us was, is, and ever shall be that much. Awesome Lord.

As our personal Lord and Savior, Messiah, Yeshua Ha Mashiach, we have the opportunity now to spend time with Him, as we walk this planet. The eternity in our hearts began anew when we have repented of our sins, accepted His costly shed blood for the forgiveness of our sins, and now can walk the chosen path He has planned for us – to share His love with those around us.

I used to not be a coffee drinker. But I have come to like the taste, with plenty of cream in it, and enjoy the mug full almost every day. Now I know that even in those times, I can invite the Lord to sit with me, talk of the day to come, and just share a bit of our hearts together. He tells me things to be aware of, who to pray for, and how to encourage another that needs His touch today.

It is not a religious thing at all. It is my Friend sharing time with me. And I with Him.

Have a cup of coffee, and enjoy your time with your Friend. You both will enjoy it.

Whose building are you building? Steve Martin

I am surrounded by those whose pride is in buildings they raise, which may last maybe 70 years, if that. I am humbled by the fact that my building will last for eternity. I have learned where to focus my efforts, and Whose building I am to be building.

What we build now will be what we have when we go on from here. If it is still standing.

Whose building are you building?

Matthew 7:24-27

Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)
24 “So, everyone who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on bedrock. 25 The rain fell, the rivers flooded, the winds blew and beat against that house, but it didn’t collapse, because its foundation was on rock. 26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not act on them will be like a stupid man who built his house on sand. 27 The rain fell, the rivers flooded, the wind blew and beat against that house, and it collapsed — and its collapse was horrendous!”
