Jerusalem Inspiration

Psalm 126 refers to Zion which is one of the
Bible’s names for Jerusalem and is closely related
to the Hebrew word for special and distinctive,
מצוין  / me-tsoo-yan. This teaches that God’s
holy city is not just a location, it is a way of life.

God created a special place on earth which
would be the ideal incubator for spiritual growth.
The word Zion therefore describes not only
where we live but how we must live.

"Just to Be in Israel and Savor It"

Stay in Touch »

I love seeing the pictures of Israel, especially Jerusalem
where I left my heart some 23 years ago. I visited Israel
nine times during the 1980's -- I have many pictures,
although sometimes I went without a camera, just to
be there and savor it. Your sites bring back so many
memories. Marianne H.

I love Jerusalem365. I travel to Israel each year and
this site brings back many memories. Thank you!
