Today's Israel Inspiration Today's verse gives a crucial message to the Nation of Israel during the recent spate of vicious terror attacks. We recall God's eternal promise that He "will not cast off forever" and His people will be redeemed. Last week, a 13-year-old Jewish girl was murdered while asleep in her bed by a Palestinian terrorist, and a father of ten was shot and killed in cold blood by terrorists while driving with his family before the onset of the Sabbath. The nation of Israel is in mourning, crying out to God, pleading for the suffering to come to an end.
