Will Israel See a Divide to 12 Tribes Once Again? ✡ "These are the Generations of Aharon & Moshe" - ISRAEL365

Now these are the generations of Aharon and Moshe in the day that Hashem spoke with Moshe in Mount Sinai.

Shabbat Inspiration

These words introduce the count of the tribe of Levi. However, the Bible goes on to count only the descendants of Aharon and not those of Moshe, Levi’s most famous offspring. According to the sages, Aharon’s descendants were considered to be Moshe’s as well, since Moshe was the one who taught them God’s word. Aharon was their biological father, providing them with a physical life, while Moshe became their spiritual father, providing for them a life of fulfillment and holiness. Without a spiritual life, their physical lives would have been lacking, devoid of meaning and purpose. How great it is to spread God’s message to others, for in doing so you are giving them life. This coming Tuesdaynight is the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, known as Feast of Weeks, the time when the Jewish people rejoice over the giving of the Torah, the source of all spirituality, at
Mount Sinai, just 7 weeks following the Exodus from Egypt.

Thousands Pray at the Western Wall on Jerusalem Day

Thousands of Jews flocked to the Western Wall to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Jerusalem’s unification in holy prayer.

Major Demographic Shifts Indicate Israel Will Soon Redivide Into 12 Tribes

As Israel’s population increases, manifesting God’s promise to Abraham, the scales are tipping and very soon the majority of the world’s Jews will be living in Israel. Not only does this in itself fulfill prophecy, it will bring about the conditions that Jewish law states are the prophesied Third Inheritance of Israel, creating a new, end-of-days reality in the Holy Land.

What is the Festival of Weeks?

Leviticus 23:15 teaches that from the time of Pesach (Passover), until the time of Shavuot (Festival of Weeks) the Jews shall count. The word Shavuot means “weeks.” It marks the completion of the seven-week counting period between Passover and Shavuot. This fifty day period is a time of preparation from the time that the Jews were freed from slavery in Egypt until they receive the Torah at Mount Sinai and were unified as a nation. With the Festival of Weeks just seven days away, the Israel365 store is counting down with 7 of our best selling product on sale for just $49!

Today's Israel Photo

Howie Mischel's photo depicts the reading of the Torah at the Western Wall. We publicly read from a scroll during prayer services every MondayThursdayand Shabbat, so that never more than a few days passes without a public reading. This coming Tuesday, Jews will celebrate the holiday of Shavuot, the day when the Torah was given at Mount Sinai.
