SHALOM! “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." (Matthew 22:36-37) We are to worship God wholeheartedly with all that we have, and no less importantly, with all of our minds. At our Bible College, we stretch our students to give their very best intellectually as they study God's word with us. Not just for the grades (though they are important) but in the quest to know him and glorify him in our lives. Dr. Erez Soref, President of ONE FOR ISRAEL  Arab and Jewish students challenged to excel for Jesus "I'M DROWNING IN ASSIGNMENTS!" The students do not have an easy ride here at our Bible College, but many are finding that they are able to exceed beyond what they thought they could do. We are determined to make sure that each one is getting the most out of their time with us as they study God's word. This year, some are working towards a joint honors degree in Theology and Education, studying Theology with us and Education and Teaching at our partner college. This additional track will furnish their Bible knowledge with training in how to work with groups of children and teenagers, and how to pass on educational information effectively. The new joint honors program will open up many opportunities for our students when they graduate with a broader set of skills. It's hard work to keep up with all the reading and assignments, but in this short window of time, we encourage the students to give it their all. We know that their diligent efforts will reap great dividends in their personal lives, and in the kingdom of God. Some tell us that they are already using the 'tools' they've been given in class, and are applying what they've learned to serve, guide and bless others in ways that they couldn't before. We come from different backgrounds, and have different areas of speciality, expertise, and passions. Sometimes we have different opinions! But we are all united together in one cause: preparing our students to be leaders in Israel.
