Merciful One will lead them - Israel365

Their Merciful One will lead them, and along streams of water will He guide them. ISAIAH (49:10) כִּי מְרַחֲמָם יְנַהֲגֵם וְעַל מַבּוּעֵי מַיִם יְנַהֲלֵם ישעיהו מ’’ט:י kee mi-ra-kha-MAM yi-na-ha-GAYM vi-AL ma-bu-AY ma-YIM yi-na-ha-LAYM

Today's Israel Inspiration In this verse, God is referred to as “The Merciful One” or מְרַחֲמָם / mi-ra-kha-MAM in Hebrew. The Hebrew word for mercy, רחם / ra-KHAYM also means a ‘womb’ because of a mother’s natural mercy for her offspring. Isaiah is teaching us that God will provide for us and show mercy just like a mother has great compassion for her child. Unfortunately there are close to 40,000 abortions in Israel every year.
