Israel365 Provides Hope for Haifa ✡ "Spark of His Fire"

For a fire is kindled in My nostril, and burneth
unto the depths of the nether-world,
and devoureth the earth with her produce, and setteth ablaze the foundations of the mountains.

Hope for Haifa

The song of Moses, the source of today's verse, comes at the conclusion of Israel's sojourn through the desert under the leadership of Moses. The message of fire and utter destruction that would befall the enemies of God is eerily similar to the reality Israelis faced two weeks ago as hundreds of fires were set all over the Holy Land, causing tens of thousands of people to flee their homes. Israel365 sprung into action and last night distributed over 300,000 shekels worth of shopping cards and gifts to deeply appreciative men, women and children in Haifa. The most heartbreaking moment was when one of the Haifa residents told Rabbi Tuly that it wasn't about the money they lost, it was the memories. With tears in his eyes, the elderly man described how the Chanuka Menorah that his grandfather gave to him was completely destroyed, and Rabbi Tuly then handed him a new Chanuka Menorah from the donations contributed by generous readers of Israel365.

Along With Gifts of Judaica, Clothes and Home Goods, Israel365 Gives Hope to
Fire Victims

A bag filled with Judaica and other special gifts purchased with the donations of generous Israel365 customers awaits at least 60 families who lost their homes due to the hundreds of terrorist blazes that plagued Haifa communities two weeks ago.
