Donald Trump Jr. Slams BBC For Misreporting Jerusalem Terror Stabbing
Sunday, June 18, 2017 | Israel Today Staff
US President Donald Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr., leapt to Israel's defense on Saturday after the BBC blatantly misrepresented Friday's ISIS terrorist stabbing in Jerusalem.
The BBC's original headline read: "Three Palestinians killed after deadly stabbing in Jerusalem"
The headline, which is all most people read these days, gives the impression that Palestinians were the victims.
Trump Jr. made sure that as many people as possible knew the truth.
He immediately tweeted in response to the BBC: "You mean after they stabbed a female Israeli police officer to death... right? This is as close to being misleading as possible."
Killed in that attack was 23-year-old Border Police officer Hadas Malka, who was responding to a shooting attack in Jerusalem's Old City when she was ambushed.
ISIS later claimed that both incidents were part of a coordinated assault on Israel's Jews.
A number of Israelis spoke out to thank Trump Jr. for taking such a stand.
And he was happy to do it.
