THE GOD OF STRATEGY   (c) Morris E. Ruddick     "Then David gave Solomon the plans for all that he had by the Spirit. 'All this,' said David, 'the Lord made me understand in writing, by His hand upon me, all the works of these plans.'" 1 Chronicles 28: 11,12,19   One of the greatest virtues of God's game-changers has been the ability to respond to current developments in a manner that resets the course of the future.   When David was made King and brought all Israel together, the clan of Issachar served as his special advisors. Their gift was in understanding the times in order to know what should be done. They were the planners and forecasters. They evaluated and they made predictions.   The tribe of Issachar served as the observers of the dynamics and trends tied to the events of the day. Together with the prophetic insights and David's abilities to discern the heart and intentions of the Lord, the result combined as a gift to the community. The opening scripture then describes how David captured in writing these matters he got from the Lord for the next generation. All together, they combined as the elements forming the strategies shaping Israel's future.   The Components So it is that in this time of global turbulence, we see the unfolding of the restoration of the components of this cooperative effort between the Lord and those who are called by His name. The Lord is the God of strategy.   It includes the restoration of the anointing of Issachar to discern the times and advance change. It combines shrewd evaluation with prediction, but is ultimately driven by the prophetic. It manifests with the actions of game-changers.   When out of balance it represents analysis that results in interim, albeit man-made efforts. When properly enshrouded in the prophetic it becomes revelation that predestines the future ordained by God.   This grasp of anticipating the future, which merges forecasting and the prophetic into God's plans for the future, is a vital differentiating factor between God's game-changers and those whose impact of leadership may simply be less than global in nature. It is encased by a big-picture outlook that triggers the application of the diversity of gifts to spawn the type of change that challenges the status quo.   The Gifts Throughout the history of God's people, the Lord has given gifts to men. These gifts have combined natural "gifts" or abilities with spiritual ones. For the game-changers, more often than not, they've been applied during times of duress, enhancing their dependency on God. The application then, guided by the God of strategy, eclipsed by the prophetic, has been the catalyst for paving the direction of societal change.   It represents the discipline of the process in reaching for God in concert with the action needed to implement God's prophetic strategies. It defines the heroes of faith. In viewing the primary feats of the heroes of faith, we observe a progression of strategy.   Abraham began the legacy by his sensitivity to God and radically obeying God's voice. He honored God with his willingness to get out of the box by leaving everything familiar to him. He established the community model for God's people to live in self-sufficiency, as a people of God. Isaac's response to God amid a time of famine unveiled the secret of God's economy. He supernaturally prospered through God, gaining the respect of the regional power-brokers observing him.   Joseph demonstrated how stewardship and an identity and faith in God can influence and release God's authority to harness the spiritual climate and resources of a pagan society. Joseph then managed the largest wealth transfer the world had ever seen.   Moses outlined the framework for the Abrahamic model to inoculate God's own from the subtle wickedness of the world and become a society of the righteous, living for God. David demonstrated the leadership response to God's guidance and then shaped a society of diverse factions into a Kingdom of God's people, that would prompt awe for God and His people from all those around them.   Each involved strategies that changed the course of events for the people of God. Jesus then raised the bar to the challenge of strategy and opened the gates to the authority that governs cultures, economies and seats of power. In so doing He set up the Kingdom standard for applying righteous power in a corrupt world.   The Uniqueness For each it involved understanding the times and knowing what to do, not as an analytical precept, but as a strategy discerned and acted on from the heart of God.   When game-changers such as these go into action, the change begins with a shift in the spiritual climate. In each instance spiritual climate change came as a result of the response of God's people interacting with and obeying Him. The implementation of God's strategies then influences a mix of the cultural, the economic and of power. Technology-advances factor in as accelerators to the change. The status quo is both the blind-spot and the resistance in the application of God's strategies for change.   However, beyond the role of the game-changing heroes of faith, there is another way to look at the impact of the God of strategy. It is the change brought about by the community of those known by His name. God's heart has always sought for it to be His people who would respond to His path of strategy, becoming as a light on a hill.   If we fast-forward to the book of Revelation, in between the lines is the story of the people of God, together with the angelic hosts experiencing this pathway of oneness with Him. It is God's strategy triggering the final face-off with and death-throes of the forces of darkness and its minions.   The Tripping Point What has made the heroes of faith stand out from the crowd has been their ability to determine and act on the tipping points rather than the tripping points. They have been the ones unconstrained by the spiritual myopia that has plagued far too many.    Today, one of greatest challenges and sources of confusion is the Body's grasp of the prophetic. Despite God's intention of the prophetic being the tipping point, instead it too often has become wrought with clutter and short-sighted prognostications.   The prophetic is not an analysis or consensus. It is the heart of God acted on that comprises the strategy of God. More often than not, it comes to the forefront in the midst of times of turmoil. It is the foundation for God's unfolding will that reshapes the economic, cultural and power factors driving the course of events in the world.   However, with the shift materializing that changes the spiritual climate, the factors that should be the tipping point instead become the tripping point: namely the dimensions of the cultural, the economic and of power. In other words, there has been a tendency to major in the minor things and miss the focus that ought to be given to major, big-picture things.   Within the cultural is one's worldview. Across Christendom today there is a subtle skewing of doctrinal precepts interpreted through the prism of a Western worldview. This blended perspective not only dilutes the power of God, but impedes the change intended within the cultural setting.   Within the economic setting is much the same thing. Success and money create a blinding to the realities of the economic infrastructures that hinders the change needed to be acted on in those infrastructures. This Western "overshadowing" is evidenced even in Israel. It influences believers on all corners of the globe.   It is the same in seats of power. As the changes in the world's framework accelerates the manifestation of the age-old challenge to God and His people is again rearing its head. The power shift underway is being driven by distorted views of cultural or economic models that may have shaped past exploits. This myopia and confusion has penetrated the ranks of God's people, impeding the amassing of the prayers and the move of God needed to precipitate the real shift of power and God's strategy.    The root snares among the community of faith have long been and continue to be the desire to be like everyone else. Among the leaders in Jesus' day, it was the idols in their minds that came with the seduction of power. For God's people both the identity and the strategy must be in and from God.   The Tipping Point The need is for what makes the Lord to be the God of strategy in the cultural, the economic and power structures. The call is for those known by His name, in humility, crying out to Him for the hunger that will bring forth His presence and intervention. Israel is the focal point, with the people of God seeking His face with the right focus.   In both 1948 and 1967, the crucible of the shift in the spiritual climate has manifested with war in Israel, accompanied by significant moves of God in the Body. These dynamics have changed the equilibrium of the equation. These are a part of the birth pangs.   Yet the carry-through to the tipping point ushering in the strategy impacting the cultural, economic and that of power requires more. This is where the way of the Kingdom, Jesus' central earthly message, combined with maturity in the prophetic becomes critical to God's way of strategy. It is where the premise of "he who loves his life will lose it, but he who hates his life will gain it" becomes significant.   Times of revival or renewal in the Lord are not driven by seeking ideals or their conception of solutions, but rather the One who creates the ideals and solutions. When we abandon our comfort zones and precepts, it demands a humility and commitment to His pathways. This humility and unreserved commitment to the God of strategy opens the gates and paves the way for the new thing God seeks to release among us. "Yet once more, in a little while, I will shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry land. I will shake the nations, so that they will come with the wealth of the nations and fill this house with glory." Haggai 2:6-7   It is the simple things that confound the wise. A wall-hanger in my office states: "Seek not after ministry, but after the fruits of a disciplined life." When combined with the words of Jesus, "seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness and all these other things will be added," it incorporates the pathway needed for God's strategy of change.   We have reached a climax in which the change needed will only come from the God of strategy. God's change will shake up the status quo. It will bring restoration of His ancient paths and release the power that raised Jesus from the dead. It will trigger the mantle dormant within the covenant descendents of Abraham. It is a timely message. It targets God's empowerment of today's Joseph-Daniels, as well as God's economy. From a personal standpoint, the foundation of the pieces I prayerfully scribe for SIGN has been driven by my time in seeking the Lord -- to better know Him and His ways. In this process, I've learned to rest in His presence and not force issues. The goal is to better understand God's heart in preparing for the times we've entered. This is a new day. The bar has been raised with a major shift in focus. The Church has become global with distinct expressions reflecting significant differences in their power structures, cultures and economies. It is crucial in this hour to appreciate the role of the different expressions of the Body, while also understanding our own roles, tactically and strategically, as we heed God's instructions to mobilize and deploy. The aim of SIGN is to provide timely prophetic insights to enhance this mobilization and deployment. Within the new day we have entered, SIGN will be giving keen focus to strategies for the hour. The SIGN ministry is close to its twentieth year of operation. From the beginning it has drawn prophetic intercessors and leaders from almost every continent seeking God's insights into understanding the times in order to know what to do. Because it reflects God's focus, it has given keen focus to what the Lord is doing in the marketplace and Israel. It is my prayer and I would seek yours as well, that I incisively glean and impart the wisdom of God in each future SIGN post. Our need for the Lord today is greater than it has ever been. Morris __________________________________ "My people have become lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray. They have made them turn aside on the mountains; they have gone along from mountain to hill and have forgotten their resting place." Jeremiah 50:6 The world we live in has changed dramatically. Turbulence has been amassing with an increase of the hazardous. The impact of media-spin just adds fuel to the fires of the realities. Some have commented that the recent tanking of China's stock market exceeded the US crash of 1929. Yet neither the meltdown nor the consequent ripples speculated by many due to the Chinese nose-dive has materialized. What's the difference? China has averted panic because they control their media. Despite huge losses, their sights have stayed focused on a bigger picture economically with much larger stakes. Getting the Focus Right Yet, in the midst of all the global economic and power shifts and hurdles, Israel faces realities tied to its very existence. It begs the question of the matters receiving our attention amid the gathering sea changes rife with information pollution. The issue involves rightly discerning our tactical thrust so to be poised and prepared for the Lord's instructions for next steps in this time of change. The opening scripture from Jeremiah deals with just such a topic: getting the focus right. It places a high standard on spiritual leaders cutting through the distractions in establishing right priorities for the sheep for whom they are responsible. The spiritual leaders have the duty to prepare and equip their people tactically. They also are responsible for the wisdom needed for the places of rest. These are the safe places needed to be refreshed and properly poised to anticipate and respond proactively and strategically to God's "next steps," the consequent shifts, along with the onslaught of evil schemes. "He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with His feathers and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You will not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you see the recompense of the wicked." Psalm 91:3-8 The Age-Old Context The context for Jeremiah's prophesy was God's judgment on Babylon and Chaldea. Babylon and Chaldea represent the age-old alliance between mammon and sorcery. This unholy alliance goes back to the days of the Amorites, when fallen angels produced a defiled race whose DNA railed against God and His people. All this was compounded by the subsequent infiltration-advice given by Balaam to Balak. This dynamic has been one of the evil one's repeated strategies over the centuries. Its intent has been to weaken God's empowerment of His people and redirect the anointing to work against them. This is what manifested with the infiltration of the Nicolaitans in the early church, whose doctrines and deeds began polluting the truth and power of the Kingdom message so central to the early church. "'And I will repay Babylon and Chaldea for all the evil they have done in your midst,' says the Lord." Jeremiah 51:24 "The evil done in your midst" points to this subtle infiltration. It targets the tares among the wheat. Jesus notes a time when His angels will be sent to remove the lawless offenders. God's judgment is His strategic-response on the Babylon-Chaldean alliance. The impact is designed to amplify the tactical efforts of His faithful warriors. "With you I will shatter nations and with you I will destroy kingdoms." Jer 51:20 Today's Response to the Realities So as this day approaches, what is the pathway and the response of those called by His Name to facing today's global realities? Jeremiah's prophesy was couched with some hard words for the priorities being given by the leaders. They not only missed the mark, but they made God's people vulnerable to the enemy's schemes. They failed to provide the focus and with that, the safe places, places of rest needed to be ready for God's subsequent steps. These are safe places employed during times of great turbulence. These are the safe places from which God's people will advance. At the core of Jesus' message were the principles on how to employ Kingdom power in a corrupt world. These were not intended as defensive measures, but rather the proactive means to overcome the enemy's schemes and to advance the Kingdom. These principles do not conform to the way the world exercises power. They require something more. Jesus clearly stated that He had come to destroy the foundations of the devil's works. It involved the demonstration of the Spirit and power. Like Jeremiah, Jesus spoke words of judgment on the focus and blindness that described the shepherds of His day. With His victory over death, the balance of power shifted. Those he had trained were empowered to turn the world upside down. They did. The Stewardship of Power The behind the scenes battle then was redirected to target the stewardship of power. Power can be seductive and the mantle of shepherding God's people carries high responsibility. Shepherds have a mantle designed to prepare and equip God's people, not as followers, but as a band of leaders prepared for the changes of the times. The task of leading the sheep beyond being followers is significant to God's purposes. The Gospel accounts outline a sequence of Christian maturity. Beginning with being a follower, one progresses to disciple, then servant. Servants graduate to be friends of God, with the design for them finally becoming the sons that all creation awaits. Idealism has never lacked in providing prime candidates for the defiled counterfeits, even within the context of the Body. Maturity brings the right focus and the discernment to expose the infiltrators. Over the centuries, every people and nation has responded in one way or another to the bondage that has long gripped the world. Wielders of power have generated a range of mass movements, national, social and religious. Counterfeit movements have produced the zealotry of the Judases, the Nazis, the suicide bombers and those innumerable sheep following a range of causes for change to doomsday prophets. The enduring solution will only come through God. The realities of this hour give sobering evidence of the need to advance in maturity beyond the confines of followers and disciples. The issue for the Body is getting the right focus and priorities for the saints to steward His power. Mobilizing and preparing the saints to deploy is central to this stewardship of power. Such deployments require the seasoning and anointing that combine maturity and consecration. The undefiled maturity and consecration needed for Joseph's alliance with Pharaoh was significantly more than that required in his stewardship in Potiphar's house. So it was with Jeremiah's prophecy about the aimless, loss sheep. So it will be with God's judgment against the Babylonian-Chaldean alliance and the polluted infiltrators embedded amongst God's household. The Gateway The task hinges on the shepherds breaking the mold of the illusions of success in ministry, properly assuming the calling to lead by serving and then embracing the Kingdom mantle to lead the sheep into the unpolluted realms of truth, the places needed to spiritually and maturely discern the realities and strategies clearly. The response to these unpolluted regions of truth is to bring us into His presence. This is the place of unfettered peace in which we abide in Him. In indicating that He was the door of the sheep, Jesus unveiled that He was the good Shepherd, that safe place where we learn to abide. He told us that He would not leave us as orphans, but would send the Holy Spirit to abide with us, "Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My instructions and keeps them [abides], it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him." John 14:19-21 In this same sequence in John, Jesus told us that with the Helper, the Holy Spirit would come His peace. "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you." John 14:27 Fully grasping the significance and extend of His peace is critical to abiding in His place of rest. When Moses was on the mountain in God's presence and the Israelites wobbled and made the golden calf, a man called Phinehas interceded and made atonement for the Israelites. This act touched the heart of God. The Lord spoke to Moses to tell Phinehas that because of Phinehas' zeal for God's honor among his people in making atonement for them, that the Lord was making a covenant of peace with Him. It was a covenant of a priesthood that would extend to he and his descendents throughout the generations (Numbers 25:10-13). Isaiah 53:5 refers to this peace with the Messianic prophecy of: "The punishment that brought us peace was upon Him." Malachi also referred to the covenant of peace. "My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, that he might fear Me. So he feared Me and was reverent before My name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and equity, and turned many away from iniquity." Malachi 2:5-6 His peace is in His presence. It triggers oneness with His heart, the mercy that intercedes when judgment is at hand. His rest that brings sanctification. "Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations that you may know that I am Yehovah-Mekiddish, who sanctifies you." Exodus 31:13 The setting described in Jeremiah's prophecy is the setting reflected in many segments of the Body across the globe today and even more so in Israel. The setting among God's people is replete with "zeal without knowledge" as described by Paul. Far too many are on very low batteries spiritually-speaking. Some are burned out due to lack of maintenance for the level of zeal with which they are operating. Some are burning out because they are running with twenty and thirty-year old operating instructions and they need a fresh word from on high for today's times. Far too many are in a condition that is blind to the enemy's schemes to distract and deceive. Distractions and deceptions breed discord, division and vulnerabilities in facing the realities. On the other hand, the maturity that fosters truth and His peace provides the firm ground for the pathway to provide the seasoned and empowered responses needed for the challenges and tribulations Jesus foretold for this hour. The Model The setting for Acts 15 was a time of great turbulence and change. The leadership reflected by the Apostle James is a model for the days upon us. When Barnabas and Paul shared with the gathering about the miracles they were experiencing among the Gentiles, the leadership was being confronted with something that challenged their doctrines and traditions. The messages given to the churches in Revelation add to these insights. They point to the snares: from the persecution imposed by imposters hating true believers to the embedded infiltrators within: the Balaams, the Nicolatains the Jezebels. In times of change the bar of the mantle for leadership is raised. Leading God's people into safe places has nothing to do with avoiding tribulation and turbulence. From the father's heart evident in James in Acts 15 we realize that it has everything to do with hearing His voice and being prophetically in tune with the flow of the Spirit. It has everything to do with pruning tradition to make way for the restoration of the ancient truths that will demonstrate His power. It has everything to do with searching the Scripture to grasp the implications that the words of the prophets have on the change underway. It has everything to do with the sanctification and consecration needed to close the gates to the infiltrators in order to mature, prepare and deploy the saints for the work of the Kingdom. "To Shebna, I will throw you away violently and there you will die. On that day, I will call my servant Eliakim. I will clothe him with your robe and strengthen him with your belt. I will give your responsibility into his hands. He shall become a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the house of Judah. Dear Lover of God's People,

 

For several months the Lord has been sharing with me either in night visions (dreams) or in prophetic impressions and scripture regarding Africa, Australia and China, The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany and Canada.

 

I will share here in this message, only what the Lord impressed me with and will not attempt to interpret what the Lord has not shown to me. I only see in part and willingly submit these insights for others to pray over, inquire of the Lord over, and discern His heart in the matter.

Prophetic Insights Regarding Africa

 

Africa will be brought to the forefront of the media as continual savage and brutal guerrilla warriors and evil groups with blood lust in their hearts vie for political power and black market trade.

 

There are several tyrannical leaders who have continued to shake their fists at God who will be brought down in power due to health contradictions and loss of support. This will be a plot set forth by the hand of God.

 

"As I have observed, those who plow evil and those who sow trouble reap it." Job 4:8

 

The Father hears the tormented cries of the desperate hearts in intercession and will not withhold His hand of judgment and power.  An exposing of blackmail, illegal trade and embezzlements, will begin to have a snowball effect in the nation while simultaneously a wave of hunger for purity and forgiveness from God will be escalated.

 

"You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the LORD is their refuge." Psalm 14:6

 

Signs and wonders in the area of healing, creative miracles, and supernal provision of food and water will become a floodgate for revival and deliverance as the favor of God is abundantly poured out. This abundant favor is due to the intercession of the saints in Africa and others hidden as well, in other nations who pray for Africa.

 

A fresh focus on mercy and grace will overtake the dictatorial and hierarchical form of church government in Africa. The Lord specifically says that those who have been paralyzed and dwarfed in their freedom to preach the gospel of the Kingdom in Africa due to religious control and restraints will have a supernatural deliverance out of this bondage.

 

"From the LORD comes deliverance.  May your blessing be on your people." Psalm 3:8

 

Home gatherings and small intimate groups of hungry saints will begin to break out across the nation. Miracles will occur, worship will be a passionate feast and no longer time restricted. 

 

I see in the spirit, large open field areas with African saints gathering in large groups simply raising hands in unashamed worship and adoration without time restraints. It sounds like one voice in unison before the Throne of God and the Light of God surrounds them in purity and joy as they cry out in praise and intercession for their nation.

 

"All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, O Lord; they will bring glory to your name." Psalm 86:9

 

Children in many regions of Africa will begin to have visions of heaven and of Jesus.

 

They will prophesy boldly and preach with an anointed fervor. This will cause a great fear of the Lord in the hearts of those who practice dark magic and witchcraft, and evil spirits will be driven out of bodies and minds as the Word of God is proclaimed.

 

It will be as if a large fist has come down from Heaven and has smashed and scattered the plots of the wicked only to open up and gently hold those near to the heart of God through humility.

 

"Do you hear what these children are saying?" they asked him. "Yes," replied Jesus, "have you never read, 'From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise'?"Matthew 21:16

 

Prophetic Insights Regarding Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania

 

The Lord impressed me with a picture of large gatherings in denominational cathedrals filled with believers worshipping and praying. These people were of many colors and creeds, but were exhausted from religious exercises. They wanted unity.

 

A Ram's horn began to be shaped into a Shofar and someone was blowing it like an alarm over and over again!

 

The sound coming up from these people gathered in prayer becomes a roar of repentance and intercession. It grew louder and louder as believers were crying out to heaven for protection and wisdom.

 

The Lord would speak to Australia and says these words.

 

"Prayer is the only hedge of protection you actually have. You will tabernacle with me in the place of Prayer.

 

You must have a passion and flame inspired through unity in prayer as I increase your momentum in prayer for your nation and other nations."

 

"Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD." Psalm 27:6

 

"Repent for embracing false gods, eastern religious influences, and relaxed attitudes towards exploited pleasure and sexual freedoms.

 

Return to me Land of the Holy Spirit and I will cause the South winds to blow rain upon your crops, and Rain from Heaven's hands into your places of prayer."

 

Come back to simplicity and stalwart integrity.

 

Who has bewitched you into complacent action in purity of heart?

 

Cast off the garment of seduction and put on the garment of praise and begin to violently accost the powers of "spiritual hypnosis" through cleansing your hearts of hidden idols and pleasures. Replace them with grace, self-control, mercy, and loving kindness."

 

"They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them." Psalm 106:36

 

He in turn will water the seed of heartfelt prayer, expressed in unity and others will be drawn to the amazing results of prayer.

 

Australia will also have a backlash of premeditated Islamic uprisings from hidden irritants now well entrenched in the nation.

 

 

Believers must now make a decision for either tolerance or truth. Complacency will be addressed by the Lord through young fiery men and women of God who do not fear even death for the sake of the Power of the Cross and Resurrected Savior.

 

A Clash of cultures will bring about a wave of salvation and powerful demonstrations of the Holy Spirit.

 

Tasmania and New Zealand

 

You will have what appears to be in a spiritual sense, "Wildfires lit by the Hand of God." Young people praying day and night along side elderly humble saints, who have prayed for years that God would revisit them in power, will experience heavenly refreshing and fresh worship music will be released in these sacrificial gatherings of prayer.

 

"Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord." Acts 3:19

 

Australia! Let the Glory of the Lord Rise Among you!

Prophetic Insights Regarding China

 

In a night vision I was shown an enormous rusty colored Dragon standing on its hind feet. The closer I was "zoomed in" to look at the dragon the bigger it appeared. The dragon had thousands of sharply pointed scales on it made of iron and the color of the dragon was derived from the color of rust on iron.

 

The dragon was extremely sophisticated and moved very sleekly and arrogantly as if it knew it was a huge, well-armored creature.

 

Standing at the base of the feet of the dragon a short distance away were men from leadership in different nations. They were all dressed in "Power" suits, (dark business suits, white shirts, subdued ties).

 

Each man was holding a large bow and arrow, and they were pulling tightly and were aimed at the dragon. On the shaft of each arrow the flag of the individual persons nation was hanging from it. I saw President Bush, a male German ruler, Switzerland, Brussels, France, and Britain all represented.

 

These powerful men with the bows and arrows were shooting the arrows at the Dragon only to have them pitifully bounce off of its iron armored scales.

 

Revelation 13:4 "Men worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, "Who is like the beast? Who can make war against him?"

 

This amused the dragon!

 

It knew that it had risen in power and armament as well as knowledge and intelligence regarding it's relations with other "Power" countries, and was now laughing at the presumed attempt to control the Dragon.

 

After I woke from this dream I was also impressed by the Lord that there was going to be a big exposure of the abuse of slave-like labor practices in China. This will stir up the exposure of China's human rights abuses and startling and hideous practices of human experimentation and torture will be revealed.

 

The growth of the underground Chinese church will begin to sway the current lock down on Christians in worship.

 

There are going to be signs and wonders in the sky above China that will cause people to fall on their knees in either worship or terror as God begins to orchestrate a move of unsurpassed Redemption.

 

"Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness; Tremble before him, all the earth."Psalm 96:9

 

"God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will." Hebrews 2:4

 

The Lord has heard the cries of those martyred for His namesake and is coming with great power and exposure in China.

 

Governmental rulers who have stalked and tracked down preachers of the Gospel will be caught in the act of abuse and human trafficking.

 

"A man tormented by the guilt of murder will be a fugitive till death; let no one support him." Proverbs 28:17

 

There will be a window of great opportunity in China for a season as the Lord draws the lost to His heart.  Pray for Divine Protection, strength, and boldness among the saints in China!!

 

"Then I was told, You are to make a fresh prophecy concerning many peoples and races and nations, And languages and kings." Revelation 10:11

 

The United Kingdom

 

There will be a ROAR of prayer heard from desperate hearts in the UK. Prayer will be a way of life in many small Hamlets and Villages, and many homes will become chapels of healing and miracles.

 

Central London will have an epic move of God as He sends in intercessors in tandem with relevant and fiery Revivalists who will have such a strong presence of God with the Power of Holy Spirit, bringing conviction that even the hardest atheist observing it all will be made to run away in terror at the potent power of God falling upon the people.

 

Joel 2:25 "And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten - the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, my great army, which I sent among you."

 

Houses of hope and care will spring up in smaller surrounding areas, where these whom have once been bound will be cared for and restored.

 

"Brethren, if any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit] should set him right and restore and reinstate him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also." Galatians 6:1

 

Ireland

 

There are many hidden and faithful leaders who have weathered political and spiritual storms for decades who are now well prepared and ready for the Father's divine plan for their lives.

 

Ireland will begin to export teams of Apostolic and Prophetic missionaries into the USA and Europe.

 

These people will have a razor sharp ability to cast out religious spirits hindering moves of God. They will bring with them the fresh songs of praise and worship now ready for the hungry ears of the true worshiper.

 

The "cynical" Irishman will now become the grand believer declaring, "With God all things are possible"!

 

There will be a spotlight on Ireland with new technologies being developed and "mined" there. With it, doors will open for many to travel to Ireland and find Father and Mother mentors, ready to restore, train, and release.

 

France

 

The Father Once Again calls France, "A nation now in chaos."  But as an underground stream flows swiftly and quietly, so do those who have determined to pray and intercede with heart wrenching pleas for the Father to move within their land.

 

A spiritual passivity will begin to be addressed and shaken off of the hearts of fearful and hidden believers.

 

There will begin to be a few strong and ethical governmental leaders rise up who will begin to risk addressing the rapidly encroaching militant attacks against the people of France and its outlying regions.

 

There will be community vigils of prayer in local churches and the repenting of passiveness and elitist thinking.

 

German and French believers will begin to view one another in a Kingdom perspective and join in prayer and service to one another, creating a groundswell of food pantries with farmers and dairies that will create CO-OPs.

 

The key to breaking the spiritual stagnation in France will be the humbling of hearts before the Throne of God, and reaching out beyond its own borders.

 

Ephesians 2:14 For He is [Himself] our peace (our bond of unity and harmony).  He has made us both [Jew and Gentile] one [body], and has broken down (destroyed, abolished) the hostile dividing wall between us.

 

Germany

 

Germany will have a large revolt and uprising from among the youth as the economy continues to stress and bend.  Looting and the stealing and selling of automobiles will become a raging epidemic.

 

"For when the world with all its earthly wisdom failed to perceive and recognize and know God by means of its own philosophy, God in His wisdom was pleased through the foolishness of preaching [salvation, procured by Christ and to be had through Him], to save those who believed (who clung to and trusted in and relied on Him)." 1 Corinthians 1:21

 

Simultaneously, young street evangelists who have been well trained as well as well educated, will be commissioned to reach out to those rioting and manifesting.

 

Government leaders will not know what to do with the uproar, and sanctions against open religious expressions will be put in place.

 

Nevertheless, young Pauls and Silas's will not fear what man can do to them and will continue to flow in the power of Evangelism, seeing the hand of God spare the lives of many.

 

Jonah 3:2 "Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach and cry out to it the preaching that I tell you."

 

Canada

 

Canada will experience one of its most prosperous seasons ever known, for a short season.

 

The Lord would have Canada know that they must deal fairly with the wealth that they will produce, and pay back the First Native families, and with Godly equity.

 

If this is not addressed with wisdom and integrity, Canada will have to pass through the sorrows of disobedience.

 

Canadian Intercessors are being awakened and called up to stand in the place of prayer for its leaders and tribes.

 

Now is not the time for silliness and laughter.  It is a sober day, with a command for sober prayers.

 

A Scripture for Canada at this Time

 

"Accordingly then, let us not sleep, as the rest do, but let us keep wide awake (alert, watchful, cautious, and on our guard) and let us be sober (calm, collected, and circumspect)." 1 Thessalonians 5:6

 

"Get up! Stand UP! Be Purposeful!" says the Lord.

 

How do you not know that through your borders I can bring a North American Wave of Justice and Restoration?"

 

"So brace up your minds; be sober (circumspect, morally alert); set your hope wholly and unchangeably on the grace (divine favor) that is coming to you when Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is revealed." 1 Peter 1:13
