The Lord is dealing with hearts right now...in areas we need to be healed of. AND this is actually a very good thing as God wants His Body whole!

If you've been dealing with deep wounds and disappointments, you're going to want to read this word by Lana Vawser in which she shares:

The Lord is calling the warriors walking through this season to focus on stepping in! Focus on stepping into the secret place more than ever before. Position yourself before Jesus and He is going to meet you and overwhelm you with His love. Many warriors are being called to rest, and move into a hidden place before the Lord, so He can heal their hearts and souls.

We've posted several words this week about how important it is have intimacy with the Lord as He's calling us into the secret place with Him. Your Healing is Upon You But It's Coming in a Whole New Way!

On a morning I heard the Lord say, "A new breed of warriors are arising." When I asked the Lord about these warriors, I saw they were "secret place" warriors. They were ones who have heard the invitation of the Lord to step deeper into the secret place and are waging war from the secret place.

I had a vision where I saw in the past how some warriors have run into battle, and have run in to "take out the enemy" and to "take back ground" from the enemy. Yet, as they would run into battle, wielding their swords, they have ended up being wounded, assaulted, traumatized and more.

"...in the secret place, God is uprooting, cementing truth and rebuilding again."

When I asked the Lord about this, I noticed part of their hearts were exposed. Part of their hearts were uncovered, they weren't covered with truth. I began to realize that these were areas of their hearts where the revelation of God's love and nature hadn't taken root as deeply as it should.

These warriors were running out into battle to face fears, overcome and slay the giants before them. However these uncovered openings in their hearts (where there were wrong views/concepts of God) empowered lies about His goodness and love. These became areas of fear that were hindering them from approaching Him with confidence. When they went into battle, their past experiences, hurts and disappointments were being used by the enemy to terrorize and assault these warriors.

The Lord reminded me again that the revelation of His goodness and his love affects everything. The Lord began showing me how even right now many warriors are going through the fire and how many are wrestling with giants. They are wrestling with fears regarding how they have run into battle in the past to try and overcome, and how that seems to be the" logical way" to overcome. Yet, there is fear in stepping out again because of the trauma they experienced in the past. Many are wrestling with the belief: "The only way I am going to get free is to step out again."

Freedom is Found in Stepping In!

I felt the Lord say, "The freedom is found in stepping in!"Instantly, I remember the quote by Graham Cooke, "Your intimacy with Jesus is your greatest weapon."

The Lord is always calling us to live outside our comfort zones; to live in a place of total dependence upon Him. Right now, many warriors are wrestling with the question, "How do I take steps out in the natural to get free and get breakthrough?" But I feel the Lord saying to you, "The stepping out in the natural isn't going to deal with the root. It is in facing the fear, the wrong beliefs, the hurt, pain, trauma and fear in the secret place with Me that is going to set you free!"

The enemy is wanting many warriors to step back onto the battlefield. Through some ways, these battles have been fought in the past with the intention to get free and overcome, but the past stepping out hasn't brought freedom but pain, trauma and wounding because of the uncovering of the heart (which is the enemy's strategy again) but there is a new strategy upon the warriors. (Photo via Max Pixel)

The Lord is calling the warriors walking through this season to focus on stepping in! Focus on stepping into the secret place more than ever before. Position yourself before Jesus and He is going to meet you and overwhelm you with His love. Many warriors are being called to rest, and move into a hidden place before the Lord, so He can heal their hearts and souls.

Rest is the Key for You Right Now!

The reason the Lord is focusing upon the stepping in rather than stepping out right now, is because there are cracks in foundations that He sees. These "cracks" in foundations need to be healed by the revelation of His love and kindness so you can be strengthened, healed, filled again and then sent out again.

Don't allow the enemy to tell you that by focusing on the stepping in that you are losing ground. The opposite is true. You are gaining ground by stepping in. Don't let the enemy tell you that you won't get your breakthrough by stepping in. Right now, for many of you, your breakthrough will come in double portions in the secret place.

I feel the Lord wants to soothe, comfort, and breathe upon many wounded, weary warriors right now. The Lord has seen your faithfulness. The Lord has seen how you have run into battle, faced fears, and continually positioned yourself to obey Him; to pour out and fight for others. He sees your faithfulness. He sees your heart! He sees that you want to please Him and do all that He wants you to do.

"The revelation of His goodness and kindness will change everything! Wounded, weary warriors, it's your time to come alive in His presence."

Condemnation and fear of disobedience and "missing it" is chaining many warriors right now. I want to break that off you in Jesus' name! I declare over you: that as you prioritize the secret place, as you focus upon spending time with Him more than ever, as you let Him love you—and let Him love you through the walls you have put up between you and Him because of disappointment, fear, trauma and wrong views of Him because of past experience—He will set you free!

He will bring breakthrough. He will bring peace. He will bring joy. It's just coming in a new way!

Run to the Secret Place: The Quiet, Come-Away Place

Where you have always pushed through and kept going, running head on at the giants and the battle and getting wounded but still going, God is bringing you to the quiet come-away place. The place by the still waters where He will restore your heart and soul. He wants to pour into you!

A lot of fear and issues that many of you are facing right now (much of the torment of the enemy) has found its ground/root in foundational cracks. Yet in the secret place, God is uprooting, cementing truth and rebuilding again.

You "stepping in" to the secret place, you taking more time to rest and allow the Lord to bring rejuvenation to you, is not a step back, it's a position of being catapulted further forward than you ever have been. In and through the secret place, you will go further than you have ever been.

Wounded, Weary Warriors, He Wants to Heal You!

Your healing season is upon you! Your freedom season is upon you! It's not about running out and slaying the giants on the battlefield in the stepping out, right now, it's the stepping in place that is your place of victory and freedom.

He's going to show up in the secret place, in the garden of intimacy. It might be scary to be real and vulnerable with Him and for some of you to open up your hearts to Him again, but He will tenderly love you through it. He will whisper His words of truth, life and love to you. The weariness and wounds will melt away by His love. You will know fear no more because you will see Him like you have never seen Him before. He will show you how He is breathing upon your dreams, not attempting to take them away. He will show you His pleasure for you, rather than you being plagued with fears that if you open up and invite Him into the deep wounded, hurting parts of your heart and soul, that He may say He isn't pleased or delighted and that you are disobeying or missing it. (Photo via Pixabay)

For many of you, the scariest place right now is allowing Him into those wounded, fear-filled, hurting places of your heart—the real broken places. In some ways, it would be easier to do what you have done in the past to overcome, but there's a new strategy upon you. It's to open up those parts of your heart to Him and let Him in, and watch and see the resurrection life that will burst forth and the healing that will come.

Many of you have held it together for so long "fighting the good fight" when your hearts have been breaking inside and you have been so wounded. Let Him come, soothe your hurting heart and soul and make you whole. His plans for you are good, to prosper you, and not to harm you (see Jeremiah 29:11).

The website of the Israeli Embassy in China on the Chinese social network (Wibu) is the most popular of all foreign embassies with 1.9 million followers. The US Embassy has only 1 million followers.

Foreign embassies in China do not understand how the Israeli embassy achieved this popularity.

The Wibu social media network has 600 million registered users of which around 300 million are active.

The Israeli Embassy in China has 1.9 million followers, in second place and very far behind the Israeli Embassy is the Canadian Embassy with 1.13 million followers with the US Embassy in China in third place with 1.035 million followers, almost half those of Israel. In fourth place is the Brazilian embassy with half a million followers, in fifth place is the Japanese embassy with less than half a million followers, followed by South Korea with 396,000, Cuba with 289,000, France was in ninth spot with 255,000, and the Russian embassy was in 10th place 167,000.

An article entitled "What's new in Wibu" tried to analyze what makes the Israeli embassy in China so popular. The answer given is that in general Chinese citizens have a very positive attitude towards Israel. In addition, activities of the Embassy in Beijing and the Consulate General in Shanghai were widely appreciated. One of them was when the Shanghai Consulate published a video clip of hundreds of Israelis (including Prime Minister Netanyahu) holding up signs in Chinese thanking the Chinese people for the shelter they gave the Jews during World War II. After past Israeli president Shimon Peres passed away, half a million followers visited the embassy site and recorded their condolences hailing Peres as a great friend of China.

Several articles about the Israeli Embassy were published in the Chinese media and by several leading Chinese bloggers.

Among other things, the Israeli Embassy website offers, pictures of the Golan Heights, pictures of Tel Aviv at night, pictures of the Old City of Jerusalem, historical information about Israel, a list of the most popular names in Israel, an explanation of Chanukah and donuts, photos of extinguishing the fires that recently ravaged Israel, many posts on Israeli innovation, explanations regarding the operation of Shabbat elevators, explanations why Israeli cows produce the most milk per cow in the world, posts about the Israeli culinary scene, posts about Chinese bloggers visiting the country and more.

The site is meticulous in maintaining contact with its followers and also conducts award-winning campaigns, advertises sets of Dead Sea products, Israeli wine, magnets, tickets for Israeli cultural events and even airline tickets to Israel. Among other things, the site ran a quiz with questions such as how many Israeli cities the Chinese followers know, their favorite Israeli dishes, etc.

As part of the launch of the 10-year visa agreement between Israel and China last November, a number of participants were flown to Israel in an online campaign, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism, El Al, Hainan and Dan Hotels. The embassy asked visitors to send videos explaining Israel. In response, hundreds of videos were received, from which four winners were chosen and provided with an air ticket and a stay in an Israeli hotel.

The Ticking Time Bomb That Will Wipe Out Virtually Every Pension Fund In America Posted: 30 Mar 2017  Michael Snyder  THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG Are millions of Americans about to see the big, juicy pensions that they were counting on to fund their golden years go up in flames in the biggest financial disaster in U.S. history?  When Bloomberg published an editorial entitled “Pension Crisis Too Big for Markets to Ignore“, it simply confirmed what a lot of people already knew to be true.  Pension funds all over America are woefully underfunded, and they have been pouring mind boggling amounts of money into very risky investments such as Internet stocks and commercial mortgages.  Just like with subprime mortgages in 2008, this is a crisis that everyone can see coming well in advance, and yet nothing is being done about it. On a day to day basis, Americans generally don’t think very much about pensions.  Most of those that have been promised pensions simply have faith that they will be there when they need them. Unfortunately, the truth is that pension plans all over the country are severely underfunded, and this has already resulted in local fiascos such as the one that we just witnessed in Dallas. But what happened in Dallas is just the very small tip of a very large iceberg.  According to Bloomberg, unfunded pension obligations on a national basis “have risen to $1.9 trillion from $292 billion since 2007″… As was the case with the subprime crisis, the writing appears to be on the wall. And yet calamity has yet to strike. How so? Call it the triumvirate of conspirators – the actuaries, accountants and their accomplices in office. Throw in the law of big numbers, very big numbers, and you get to a disaster in a seemingly permanent state of making. Unfunded pension obligations have risen to $1.9 trillion from $292 billion since 2007. And of course that $1.9 trillion number is not actually the real number. That same Bloomberg article goes on to admit that if honest math was being used that the real number would actually be closer to 6 trillion dollars… So why not just flip the switch and require truth and honesty in public pension math? Too many cities and potentially states would buckle under the weight of more realistic assumed rates of return. By some estimates, unfunded liabilities would triple to upwards of $6 trillion if the prevailing yields on Treasuries were used. That would translate into much steeper funding requirements at a time when budgets are already severely constrained. Pockets of the country would face essential public service budgets being slashed to dangerous levels. So where are all of these pensions eventually going to come up with 6 trillion dollars? That is a very good question. Ultimately, even if financial conditions stay as stable as they are right now, a whole lot of people are not going to get the money that they were promised. But things will get really “interesting” if we see a major downturn in the financial markets.  According to Dave Kranzler, if the stock market were to fall by 10 percent or more and stay there for a number of months, that “would cause every single public pension fund to blow up”.  And Kranzler is also deeply concerned about the tremendous amount of exposure that these pension funds have to commercial mortgages… Circling back to the mall/REIT ticking time-bomb, while the Fed can keep the stock market propped up as means of preventing an immediate nuclear melt-down in U.S. pensions (all of which are substantially “maxed-out” in their mandated equities allocation), the collapse of commercial mortgage-back securities (CMBS) will have the affect of launching a nuclear sub-missile directly into the side of the U.S. financial system. The commercial mortgage market is about $3 trillion, of which about $1 trillion has been packaged into asset-backed securities and stuffed into yield-starved pension funds. Without a doubt, the same degree of fraud of has been used to concoct the various tranches in these CMBS trusts that was employed during the mid-2000’s mortgage/housing bubble, with full cooperation of the ratings agencies then and now. Just like in 2008, with the derivatives that have been layered into the mix, the embedded leverage in the commercial mortgage/CMBS/REIT model is the financial equivalent of the Fukushima nuclear power plant collapse. I have previously talked about the ongoing retail apocalypse in the United States which threatens to make so many of these commercial mortgage securities go bad.  It is being projected that somewhere around 3,500 stores will close in the months ahead, and this is going to absolutely devastate mall owners.  In turn, it is inevitable that a lot of their debts will start to go bad, and pension funds will be hit extremely hard by this. But the coming stock market crash is going to hit pension funds even harder.  Stocks are ridiculously overvalued right now, and if they simply return to “normal valuations”, pension funds are going to lose trillions of dollars. We are talking about a financial tsunami that will be absolutely unprecedented in our history, and yet investors continue to act like the party can last forever.  In fact, we just learned that margin debt on Wall Street has just hit another brand new record high… The latest data from the New York Stock Exchange show margin debt, or cash borrowed to buy shares, hit a record $528.2 billion in February, up from its prior high of $513.3 billion in January. Of course my regular readers already know that margin debt also shot up to dramatic peaks just before the last two stock market crashes as well… Prior periods when margin debt hit records occurred around stock market peaks, including 2000 when the dot-com stock boom went bust, and 2007 when stocks began to crater amid early signs of trouble in the housing market ahead of the 2008 financial crisis. Margin debt jumped 22% from the end of 1999 before peaking in March 2000 at $278.5 billion, the same month stocks peaked. In 2007, margin debt shot up to $381.4 billion in July, three months before stocks topped. We are perfectly primed for the greatest financial disaster in American history, and yet very few people are sounding the alarm. This massive financial bubble is a ticking time bomb, and when it finally goes off it is going to wipe out virtually every pension fund in the United States.

Even with a 52-seat Republican Party majority, the U.S. Senate isn't as pro-life as you might think.

Thursday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell had to go to the bullpen, pulling in Vice President Mike Pence to cast the deciding vote on a joint resolution to disallow an Obama administration rule that required states to provide Title X funding to abortion providers—much of it going to Planned Parenthood. More than a dozen states have already adopted laws that pull that funding, but under the Obama rule—enacted in the final weeks of his presidency—states would have to forfeit the federal funding in order to fulfill their commitments to voters to fully "defund" Planned Parenthood.

Ahead of the vote, the Family Research Council urged its members to put pressure on their senators to vote in favor of the resolution. That wasn't enough to convince Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) to vote for the measure.

With all 48 Democrats and independent Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Angus King (I-Maine) also voting against the resolution, the vote was deadlocked at 50-50. Pence cast the deciding vote in favor of the measure, which now goes to President Donald Trump for his signature—which should be a foregone conclusion, given Pence's vote.

Because the resolution was identical to one passed in February in the House of Representatives, under provisions of the Congressional Review Act, it was not subject to Senate cloture rules and could not be filibustered by Democrats.

A Noahide and former criminal investigator believes he has deciphered an enigmatic 2,000-year-old message known as the Dead Sea Copper Scroll, concluding that it is a treasure map leading to the hiding place of the lost temple utensils. But while archaeological experts agree with his theory, the political complications of the region make it unlikely that the treasures will be revealed any time soon.

The Copper Scroll, discovered in 1952 near Qumran on the shores of the Dead Sea, is an archaeological mystery. Though considered part of the famous Dead Sea Scrolls, the Copper Scroll differs in that it was found in situ—on location—and that unlike the other Dead Sea Scrolls, written on papyrus, the Copper Scroll, as its name suggests, was inscribed into a thin sheet of copper. The Hebrew used in the scroll also indicates it was written in a later period than the Dead Sea Scrolls.

There is a great deal of controversy surrounding the Copper Scroll. While the other Dead Sea Scrolls contain religious and biblical works, the Copper Scroll is simply a list of 64 locations and corresponding amounts of gold and silver.

The predominant opinion states that the gold and silver listed in the scroll was money accumulated from the Bar Kochba Revolt against the Romans after the destruction of the second temple. But the expert opinion has a glaring flaw: One of the locations is described as holding priestly vestments.

At first glance, Jim Barfield seems like the most unlikely person to unlock the mystery of the temple vessels' hiding place. He is not Jewish, does not speak Hebrew and is not an archaeologist. But Barfield's other qualifications enabled him to unravel a mystery that has baffled archaeologists for over 50 years.

With so much material to choose from, presenting the full story of Jesus Christ on screen has always been a difficult task for filmmakers. The makers of the Lumo Project series, however, decided to take on the challenge through four separate movies based solely on the biblical text. Billed as a word-for-word adaptation of the gospel narratives, the latest release, The Gospel of Mark, recently released to home video in the United States following The Gospel of John.

According to David Beatty, the films' director, the grand scope originated thousands of years ago, as the life of Christ spilled out over four separate biographies by four separate writers, each with his own perspective.

"It's a bit like having four people witness a crime or a car crash or something," he said. "They've all seen the same event, but they have four slightly different perspectives to it. That gives them all a unique point of view. I think having the opportunity to do that four times, I don't think there's anywhere else you can do that."

The release dates are being spaced out in order to let each film have its own audience before all joining together as one series. The director chose The Gospel of John to lead the series and then The Gospel of Mark to follow because of their differences.

"John, the last gospel to be written down, according to scholars, it's a very cerebral gospel, a very philosophical gospel," he said. "It's full of very long passages where Jesus gives very long speeches explaining what He's doing and what's going through Jesus' mind. It also comes in very late to Jesus' story."

Following that, he said, The Gospel of Mark "has got the whole story."

"It's very fast-paced, very action-packed," he said. "It's almost as if Jesus is a superhero. He goes through event after event after event, healing, healing, some sort of ministry, healing, whatever. It's a very different feel to it."

As the life of Christ plays out on screen, Beatty believes it harkens back to the original oral tradition of the gospels, as they were passed down for many years before being put to paper. Those gospels were performed as they were told, giving more of an interactive and living experience rather than reading words on paper.

"You're actually experiencing them with other people," he said. "That was the motivation in doing this."

The films were shot in such a way that narration is layered over top of the spoken dialogue, making dubbing for various languages an easier process. The makers are aiming to make the films available in various languages and are now actively working on dubbing in Brazilian-Portuguese, French, Danish, German, Dutch, Spanish and Finnish.

Underneath the top narration, Beatty was faced with a dilemma. Not having the time or resources to teach the cast Aramaic, but also forgoing any modern languages that would "distract" from the biblical text, he found a middle ground.

"We created our own language," he said. "It's a bit of method acting, really. I provided the key cast with as many Aramaic words or as many Aramaic-sounding words as possible, and then they could use those to create their own language. What they would do is learn their lines, which would be the lines that are the Bible for whatever scene they were doing, and then literally translate those into this mad- up language, if you like."

The Gospel of Mark is available from Lionsgate through DVD at Walmart, digital HD and On Demand. The DVD includes behind-the-scenes bonus features, including "Building Jerusalem," "Composing the Gospels," "Filming the Gospels" and more.

Every so often I pull up Google Earth on Israel and go to the parks and various other things. I am always awed by what the people of Israel have accomplished with the help of God. I seems as if there are lots of resorts.vacation spots to visit.
