Jerusalem Inspiration

During the entire Hebrew month of Nissan there is a special mitzvah, commandment, to make a blessing upon seeing the blossoming of fruit trees.  As it is the start of spring and the trees have been bare all winter, we are instructed to recite this blessing of praise expressing our awe and admiration for the renewal of life in nature.  Celebrate the season of renewal by planting a tree in Israel.

Pomegranate Necklace Made With Roman Glass

The Rimon (Hebrew for pomegranate) Necklace is a blue and green Roman Glass ensconced in a beautiful Sterling Silver pomegranate. Roman Glass was discovered during archaeological digs in Israel and date back to the Roman era, nearly 2,000 years ago. Thanks to the perfect balance of geological and climatic conditions, Israel is one of the few places in the world that was able to form and preserve the amazing colorful glass.
