A Basket Of Flowers

One day a rich man gave a poor man a basket full of rubbish. The poor man, smiling, took the basket and went his way...

The poor man cleaned the basket and filled it with beautiful, fragrant flowers. He went back to the rich man and gave him the pleasant flower basket.

The rich man, surprised, enquired of the poor man why he would return such a beautiful basket after giving him only garbage?

The poor man replied, "Everyone gives from what he carries in his heart!"
