The New Nano Bible Collection is Here ✡ "They Tried Hashem" - ISRAEL365

And the name of the place was called Massah,

‘Is Hashem among us, or not?’

Today's Israel Inspiration

When the people of Israel ask "Is Hashem Among Us?", they are not in fact questioning their faith in God. This question was a natural outgrowth of the presiding worldview regarding God’s interaction with Man. In Egypt, and civilization in general, God and nature were viewed as static, with unchanging rules governing nature. The newly-freed Children of Israel are therefore questioning God’s involvement in day-to-day affairs. In turn, Hashem is educating the Nation about His supremacy and control over nature and all the workings of the world. God created water and it is in God’s control to give it forth or to withhold it. This message becomes embedded in the psyche of the Chosen Nation and its practical application bears fruit in the Chosen Land where the Jews pray daily for God to water the earth. Keep God and His Bible close to your heart each and every day with the new Nano Bible collection.

Shabbat Inspiration

In today's verse from this week's Torah portion (Exodus 13:17-17:16), the Jewish people are not questioning their faith in God. Rather they are wondering to what extent God is involved in their everyday lives. This question was a natural outgrowth of the presiding worldview regarding God's interaction with Man. In Egypt, and civilization in general, God and nature were viewed as static, with unchanging rules governing nature. The newly freed Children of Israel are therefore challenging God's involvement in day-to-day affairs. In turn, God is educating the Nation about His supremacy and control over nature and all the workings of the world. God created water and it is in God's control to give it forth or to withhold it. This message becomes embedded in the psyche of the Chosen Nation and its practical application bears fruit in the Chosen Land where the Jews pray daily for God to water the earth. Patterns of Evidence: The Exodus DVD

Patterns of Evidence: The Exodus by Timothy Mahony, is a video examining a plethora of information gathered during twelve years of research and travel, in an attempt to unlock and reveal evidence of one of the most well-known stories within biblical history, The Exodus of the Jews from Egypt. Literary, archaeological and historical records were examined to determine whether or not the famous story of the Exodus of Israelites from the land of Egypt is fact or fiction. The story of the journey into this investigation is available to you here on DVD. It is one that will intrigue you and help you to understand the patterns of evidence discovered.
