What Does God Do Every Day? ✡ "It Is A Land Which Hashem Your God Looks After" - Israel365

It is a land which Hashem your God looks after, on which Hashem your God always keeps His eye, from year’s beginning to year’s end
Deuteronomy 11:12 (The Israel Bible™)

What Does God Do Every Day?

This is the only time the Bible tells us how Hashem (God) “spends His time.” From the beginning of the year until the end, it says, the Creator of the universe focuses “His eyes” and attention on Israel. If we combine this idea with that mentioned in verse 22 instructing us to walk in Hashem’s ways and hold fast to Him, we must likewise keep our eyes focused on Eretz Yisrael (The Land of Israel) “from year’s beginning to year’s end.” This verse inspired Rabbi Tuly Weisz to publish The Israel Bible which highlights the unique connection between the Land, the People, and the God of Israel. The Israel Bible enables hundreds of thousands of people all over the world to connect with Israel each and every day of the year.

Dwelling in God's Safety ✡ "In The Land That Hashem Your God Is Giving You" - Israel365

Therefore, when Hashem your God grants you safety from all your enemies around you, in the land that Hashem your God is giving you as a hereditary portion, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.

Today's Israel Inspiration

One of the three commandments that the people of Israel are to fulfill after conquering the Land of Israel is to obliterate the Amalekites. Amalek is more than just a nation – it represents an ideology antithetical to that of Israel's: Absolute denial of Godliness in this world and a total lack of morality. Jewish tradition believes that a nation of Amalekite proportions exists within every generation. The Nazis who were responsible for the murder of millions of European Jews during the Holocaust represent Amalek in our generation.
With the return of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel, they must fulfill the Biblical commandment of ridding the world of evil Amalakite ideologies and instead spread light and Godliness throughout the world. You, too, can explore the transition from darkness to light by taking part in Israel365 70 Years of Prophecy Fulfilled tour from Poland to Israel. Witness the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy and the re-birth of the Jewish people in their ancestral homeland.

Hashem's Chosen City ✡ "All Your Males Shall Appear Before Hashem Your God In The Place That He Will Choose" - Israel365

Three times a year—on the festival of Pesach, on the festival of Shavuot, and on the festival of Sukkot—all your males shall appear before Hashem your God
in the place that He will choose.

ha-sha-vu-OT u-v’-KHAG ha-su-KOT

Today's Israel Inspiration

The above verse commands every Jew to make a pilgrimage to the Beit Hamikdash and appear before Hashem in the Temple on three major festivals: Pesach, Shavuot and Sukkot. In the times of the Temple, Jews would ascend to the Temple Mount to offer sacrifices to Hashem. These three annual pilgrimages ensured that the Jewish people continued to make frequent visits to the Temple and that their connection to Hashem remained strong throughout the year. Pesach, Shavuot and the Feast of Tabernacles remain central to Jewish life in Israel. Unfortunately, there are many needy Israelis who cannot afford to celebrate these holidays in any sort of meaningful way due to financial troubles. Meir Panim, one of Israel's oldest charitable organizations, distributes additional provisions to Israel's impoverished during the holiday season to make sure that no Israeli goes hungry. All donations made to Meir Panim will now be matched, doubling the impact of any gift.

WATCH: Annual Priestly Blessing at the Western Wall

Every year during Sukkot, members of the Priestly class in Israel known as 'Kohanim' ascend to the Western Wall and bless Israel with the words of Numbers 6:23-27. Tens of thousands of Israelis and visitors gather in the plaza of the Western Wall to experience this ancient ritual firsthand.

‘Enough Being Politically Correct, Let’s Be Biblically Correct’

Some 27 lawmakers from around the world came to Israel on Sukkot on a faith-based diplomacy tour with the Israel Allies Foundation (IAF).

Celebrate the Natural Bounty of the Land of Israel

All of God’s bounty is beneficial for us and there are many delicious foods that grow in the Land of Israel, yet the Creator of the world singled out seven species of fruit and grain as being particularly blessed. Over the centuries, many have sought to explain the special significance of the ‘Seven Species,’ known as the שבעת המינים in Hebrew (shee-VAT ha-mee-NEEM). Each one contains healthful nutrients that benefit the body and promote wellness and is incorporated into one of these amazing artisan soaps.
