Our latest newsletter, with 2 messages! - Love For His People
June 11, 2019
Greetings friends of Love For His People.
Happy summertime! What a beautiful time to be with family, friends, and maybe as with ours - a family reunion next week for the Martin clan coming to Charlotte, North Carolina. Dad (now in heaven) and Mom like reunions. Me too!
By the grace and provision of the Lord, throughout our 9 years of ministry since the founding of Love For His People in April of 2010, I have rarely presented people with the opportunity to support this ministry. You may have seen the short sentence at the bottom of my regular Now Think On This messages.
But now I am. And for a very special reason.
In order to further share the mission of what the Lord has called us to - teach Christians about our debt to Israel and the Jews, support Messianic Jews in Israel, share encouraging words (originally called love letters) to readers across the nations, publish books proclaiming the plans and purposes of our Lord in everyday lives, and to assist ones wanting to immigrate (make aliyah) to Israel and help in settling there - the Lord is calling, and enabling us, to expand.
Continuing to share truth with our messages, the books yet to be written and published, and the goal to provide more support for those in Israel, this ministry needs to be more widely known. I personally cannot do that, having gone as far as I can with what you have seen, primarily without much assistance beyond my own time and efforts. It has also been through the primary funding of family members that we have gone thus far.
With this challenge presented to expand, I approached a local company here in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, who has a good history of helping ministries such as ours with social media and grant funding. They have now given me their quote to help us as follows.
"I would love to move forward with you. I know you are looking for a $500 per month solution. This is possible on a longer term basis, but to get you in a good place we would want to do the following (which would be an additional fee).
1. Build basic website structured in the way that we could build upon in as we move forward.
a. Lead Generation aspects included.
b. Teachings included.
c. Mission of ministry built out.
d. Everything we both feel that are needed.
2. Work with Google to get you into the grants program.
3. Set-up your Google Ads campaign with the goal of being able to utilize their $10,000 per month spend.
4. Plan and build out strategy of ministry to bring people into the fold.
To do this right we would need $2,500 down. I expect the plan, build and approval to go into the end of July. Then we would start on the marketing aspect August 1st for the $500 per month."
And so I put this out there, seeking those who will help with this goal.
Either through a one-time contribution or a commitment to send monthly support for a length of time, I do ask now for your help.

P.S. I always want to share a new message or two with you. Read the new ones below, written in the last week. What a testimony to the faithfulness of Jesus!
“For I satisfy the weary ones and refresh everyone who languishes." (Jeremiah 31:25, NASU)
The Lord is the God of Refreshment. He alone can satisfy the soul, and the deep longing within each of us, for more than what we can find apart from Him.
This is not my normal Now Think On This message, but it is an important one. Please read the following letter from one who happens to be my sister, Mary Smith, from Charleston, South Carolina, and discover for yourself how the power of God, with her testimony, can, and will further, bring life to you and others.
She sent it to Dr. Peter Wyns, Head Pastor of Antioch International Church, in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Pastors Jesse and Elizabeth Enns, and the staff.
Thank you, Mary Smith! (Read the rest: Mary Smith)
As I have walked around the city of Charlotte, North Carolina this month, it is prevalent all over – in public shopping centers, movie theatres, on social media and local news. The word “pride” is being pushed in our faces and celebrated as the new accepted way of life. Read the rest: As For Me and My House
Are you fitting in? Do you care? Are you where you think you are, or where you think you should be?
These messages have been written to bring you encouragement, some further insight, and to help you get to where you, and He, wants you to be in the Body of Christ.
The Lord is putting His people together - both in Israel with the Jews making aliyah and with believers around the world finding out their place and purpose in congregations.
What Say You? offers inspiration on how we can then live and move in this life, to cause godly effect and actually, cause something positive to happen or bring about in our lives, our families, our cities, our workplaces, and our country.
May you be about His business, as He directs you in your going.
