Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will have his second working dinner with President Trump at the White House this evening, as negotiations intensify to end the war in Gaza. After he met with lawmakers on Capitol Hill, Netanyahu told a press gathering that Israel "finish the job in Gaza," which includes securing the release of 50 living and dead hostages, destroying the Hamas military, and ensuring that Hamas will never again threaten Israelis. Referring to the recent U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran, he added, "First comes strength, then comes peace." The U.S. Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF) has now served more than 65 million meals to Palestinians, despite violent opposition from Hamas and political opposition from the United Nations. Here's what you need to know.

WE'RE ALSO WATCHING  Some of the girls rescued in last weekend's central Texas floods sang hymns as they were evacuated from the raging waters, which have now claimed more than 100 lives. A rescue worker called the disaster site "one of the most devastating things I've ever seen in my life."   Former C.I.A. Director John Brennan and Former F.B.I.
