The Transformation of Tel Aviv ✡ "The Radiance Of Hashem Will Lend Beauty And Glory", Holocaust Survivor Finally Arrives in Israel - Israel365

In that day, The radiance of Hashem Will lend beauty and glory, And the splendor of the land [Will give] dignity and majesty, to the survivors of Yisrael.

Today's Israel Inspiration

Ramban (Nachmanides) the Medieval Jewish scholar  writes that nowhere in the world would one find a land which is good and bountiful when settled by its people, but desolate when ruled by foreigners. However, this is exactly what Hashem promises regarding the Land of Israel, as it says in Vayikra (26:32), “I will make the land desolate, so that your enemies who settle in it shall be appalled by it.” This guarantees that throughout the ages, Eretz Yisrael will not accept its enemies; it will prosper only for the children of Israel. Today, one can see this blessing fulfilled, as her children have returned home. The land which lay desolate for centuries under foreign rule again flourishes and blooms, giving dignity and majesty to her people. Our beautiful, new 2017/2018 calendar is based on the fulfillment of this blessing. The calendar is entitled "Israel365 Then & Now: 70 Years of Prophecy Fulfilled."

Experience the Miraculous Transformation of the Land

You will be shocked at how much Israel had developed in such a short amount of time.

Can This Be the Beginning of the War to End All Wars?

American troops are en route to Lebanon  in an unlikely alliance with terror group Hezbollah and the regime of Syrian President Bashar al Assad in a development that could be the final stage preceding the War of Gog and Magog.

"Fear Not"- The most commonly used phrase in the Bible

The words "fear not" appear 80 times in the Torah. This is more than any other phrase in the BIble. God says these words to all three patriarchs; Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as well as to all of the prophets. God also instructs the prophets to relay this message to the Jewish People. By repeating this phrase over and over, God is telling us that we have the power and the capacity to overcome any challenges which we may face in life.

Today's Israel Inspiration

Psalm 91 is special, as it includes Hashem’s response at the end. By contrast most of the other Tehillim are presented in only one direction, with man speaking to, or about, the Lord. Rarely do we find a psalm that includes an expression of God recognizing the faith that man has shown and responding in kind, offering comfort. The psalmist conveys the message that one who puts his hope and trust in Hashem will ultimately see the rewards of His guidance and providence. Verse 15 is therefore seen as one of the most comforting ideas in all of the psalms. The committed servant of God knows that even when he may falter and, as a result, be sent out of the land, Hashem will still hear his call and eventually save him. God is “with him in distress;” He follows his servants into exile, and is ready to bring them home as soon they are ready to call out to Him. This can be no more true than in the case of Hashem providing salvation to the Jews who survived the Holocaust and delivered them to the Land of Israel. Holocaust survivors living in Israel exemplify God comforting his nation and filling his promise to ultimately save the Jewish people. Unfortunately, there are many elderly Holocaust survivors living in Israel who are in need of financial assistance in order to buy food and medication. These survivors have endured unimaginable nightmares in their lifetime. Now, let us help them live out the remainder of their lives in peace and comfort. Please help support the heroic Holocaust survivors in Israel.

Hoards of Jews Pray at Joseph's Tomb on Jewish Day of Love

An estimated 1,000 Jews arrived on Monday night for an overnight prayer vigil at the Tomb of Joseph adjacent to the Biblical city of Shechem (Nablus).

The Jewish New Year is Around the Corner

Mentioned throughout Jewish sources, the sound of the shofar was used at various times, including at the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai. Today, the shofar is used on the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, when that same sound has the unique power to awaken our souls to the presence of its Infinite source, and to renew a vision of the spiritual connection we are meant to build in this world.
