When we think about Hebron we most often recall its connection to our Patriarchs and Matriarchs who sojourned there and were buried there. But, did you know that Hebron was also the site of the initiation of the Davidic Dynasty? Prior to moving the capital to Jerusalem, for seven years King David solidified his reign and ruled from the city of Hebron.
