When I again encountered this worship song on my playlist this morning, with Darlene Zschech of Hillsongs (1995) singing once again The Power of Your Love, my spirit soared. Yes! What a powerful song!
Back then. Even now.
Immediately
I experienced the love of the Lord, knowing He is near, He is in control, He is
moving among the nations through His Holy Spirit, spreading what He alone does
so well, the power of His love. In and through us, those who walk in His ways, who
know and experience His leading through His word and His might, in the
knowledge of His love. We have known, and continue to know, the power of His
love.
