Today's Israel Inspiration

Samaria, known in Hebrew as Shomron, is an important part of both the Biblical heartland and the modern State of Israel. In the above verse, Omri purchases this land to be the capital of the kingdom of Israel. Although Omri is not remembered as a positive King of Israel, his one redeeming merit was that he was responsible for the purchase of the city of Shomron. Thanks to this great achievement, Omri and his family were rewarded with ruling over Israel for 48 years. The modern day residents of the Shomron region must also be applauded for their ambition and efforts to rejuvenate the Biblical heartland of Israel. The flourishing city of Shiloh is an great example of a Jewish community in the Shomron region determined to survive despite many of its residents having been targets of terror attacks and violence. The Shiloh Israel Children's Fund ensures that the children of Shiloh who have been affected by violence and terrorism are give every opportunity to rise above these events and live happy, healthy and productive lives.

Welcome to Shiloh

From Former Mayor of Shiloh, A Three-Step Plan for Christians Standing With Israel

Now is a critical time for Israel’s future and the complete fulfillment of Ezekiel 36. Christians in particular must make their voices heard and step into action, especially those who say that they pray for the Holy Land.

Judaism's Right to Israel's Biblical Heartland ✡ "Word of Hashem" - ISRAEL365

Shabbat Inspiration

Samaria, known in Hebrew as ‘Shomron,’ is an important part of both the Biblical heartland of Israel and the modern State of Israel. Omri purchases this land to be the capital of the Kingdom of Israel. This land, which comprises over 11% of the modern State of Israel, was liberated during the Six Day War and is home to many vibrant communities. Some of the most well-known include Ariel (which hosts a university), Karnei Shomron, Elon Moreh and Itamar. Since it is located in the middle of Israel it plays a vital role in the spirituality, economics and security of the country. Though Omri sins greatly in his religious conduct, his acquisition of the ‘Shomron’ is of great national importance. Join the brave men and women who work tirelessly to make the Shomron flourish and thrive!
