Pastor Jim and Lori continue to unfold the Mysteries of the Kings and discuss the final template concerning Jehu and Jezebel. With special guest Rabbi Jonathan Cahn.

Quotes

This is our part of the template now, Elijah, this is the revelation. That time of wavering is over. The time of being a gray Christian is over. The time of compromise is over. The time of making deals with the darkness is over. The revelation is these are the days of Elijah. We must become the Elijahs of the day. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

We are to be single-minded, unafraid to stand up against the darkness. God is real. God wants us confident. God wants us with conviction. God wants us to go all out or don’t go at all. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

Scripture

Deuteronomy 28:8 AMP The Lord will command the blessing upon you in your storehouses and in all that you undertake, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you.

2 Kings 3:1-3 MEV Now Jehoram son of Ahab reigned over Israel in Samaria in the eighteenth year of Jehoshaphat king of Judah and reigned twelve years. He did evil in the sight of the Lord, but not like his father and mother, for he removed the pillar of Baal that his father had made. Nevertheless he clung to the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who had caused Israel to sin. He did not depart from them.

Isaiah 9:10 MEV “The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones; the sycamores are cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.”

2 Kings 9:1-10 NIV The prophet Elisha summoned a man from the company of the prophets and said to him, “Tuck your cloak into your belt, take this flask of olive oilwith you and go to Ramoth Gilead. When you get there, look for Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi. Go to him, get him away from his companions and take him into an inner room. 3 Then take the flask and pour the oil on his head and declare, ‘This is what the Lord says: I anoint you king over Israel.’ Then open the door and run; don’t delay!” So the young prophet went to Ramoth Gilead. When he arrived, he found the army officers sitting together. “I have a message for you, commander,” he said. “For which of us?” asked Jehu. “For you, commander,” he replied. Jehu got up and went into the house. Then the prophet poured the oil on Jehu’s head and declared, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘I anoint you king over the Lord’s people Israel. You are to destroy the house of Ahab your master, and I will avenge the blood of my servantsthe prophets and the blood of all the Lord’s servants shed by Jezebel. The whole house of Ahab will perish. I will cut off from Ahab every last male in Israel—slave or free. I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah. As for Jezebel, dogs will devour her on the plot of ground at Jezreel, and no one will bury her.’” Then he opened the door and ran.

2 Kings 9:21 MEV Then Joram said, “Hitch my chariot.” So his chariot was hitched, and Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went out, each in his chariot. They went out to meet Jehu and found him on the property of Naboth the Jezreelite.

2 Kings 9:17 MEV A watchman was standing on the tower in Jezreel, and he saw the company of Jehu as he was coming and said, “I see a company.” And Joram said, “Take a horseman and send him to meet them, and let him say, ‘Is it peace?’ ”

2 Kings 10:15-16 NIV After he left there, he came upon Jehonadab son of Rekab, who was on his way to meet him. Jehu greeted him and said, “Are you in accord with me, as I am with you?” “I am,” Jehonadab answered. “If so,” said Jehu, “give me your hand.” So he did, and Jehu helped him up into the chariot. Jehu said, “Come with me and see my zeal for the Lord.” Then he had him ride along in his chariot.

2 King 9:22 NIV When Joram saw Jehu he asked, “Have you come in peace, Jehu?” “How can there be peace,” Jehu replied, “as long as all the idolatry and witchcraft of your mother Jezebel abound?”

2 Kings 9:24-25 NIV Then Jehu drew his bow and shot Joram between the shoulders. The arrow pierced his heart and he slumped down in his chariot. Jehu said to Bidkar, his chariot officer, “Pick him up and throw him on the field that belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite. Remember how you and I were riding together in chariots behind Ahab his father when the Lord spoke this prophecy against him.

2 Kings 9:30-31 NIV Then Jehu went to Jezreel. When Jezebel heard about it, she put on eye makeup, arranged her hair and looked out of a window. 31 As Jehu entered the gate, she asked, “Have you come in peace, you Zimri, you murderer of your master?”

2 Kings 9:34 NIV Jehu went in and ate and drank. “Take care of that cursed woman,” he said, “and bury her, for she was a king’s daughter.”

2 Kings 10:31 NIV Yet Jehu was not careful to keep the law of the Lord, the God of Israel, with all his heart. He did not turn away from the sins of Jeroboam, which he had caused Israel to commit.

Pastor Jim and Lori continue to unfold the Mysteries of the Kings and discuss the connection
we as God’s people have with Jerusalem. With special guest Rabbi Jonathan Cahn.

Quotes

The enemy knows the prophecies. He knows that when the Jewish people come back to the
city of Jerusalem, Messiah is on His way. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

Jerusalem is the center of His purpose. Jerusalem is coming down from heaven.
We’re going to be in Jerusalem forever. All of that and you are His Jerusalem.
It means when you are being attacked do not be discouraged, be encouraged. Because the
best is yet to come. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

Scripture

2 Corinthians 9:6 MEV But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

1 Kings 21:25 AMP There certainly was no one like Ahab who sold himself to do evil in the sight of the Lord, because Jezebel his wife incited him.

Ezra 7:8 MEV Ezra arrived at Jerusalem in the fifth month, during the king’s seventh year.

Matthew 23:39 MEV For I tell you, you shall not see Me again until you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.’

Zechariah 12:2-3 AMP I am going to make Jerusalem a cup of reeling before all the surrounding nations. And when there is a siege against Judah, it is also against Jerusalem. And it will be on that day that I will set Jerusalem as a weighty stone to all the peoples. All who carry it will surely gash themselves, and all the nations of the land will be gathered against it.

Ephesians 2:12 MEV Were at that time apart from Christ, alienated from the citizenship of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, without hope and without God in the world.

Galatians 4:26 MEV But the Jerusalem which is above is free, which is our mother.

Psalm 137:5 MEV If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill.

Isaiah 62:6 MEV I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem, who shall never hold their peace day nor night. You who remind the Lord, do not keep silent.

Deuteronomy 12:11 MEV Then there will be a place which the Lord your God will choose to cause His name to dwell. There you must bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, the offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which you vow to the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 5:3 KJV For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
