As the Bible says, He desires that all would prophesy, in order to assist believers in knowing His will, and speaking to non-believers that we serve an All-Knowing God, Who shows us the way. The gifts of prophesy, seeing signs and wonders, and experiencing His love through His fascinating methods is for all.
