This has stumped many demographers, as typically most "developed" nations have very low fertility rates. I wish the story could end just there. But despite the amazing focus on families, Israel is one of the most liberal countries in the world when it comes to abortion! Just like the bill that was passed in New York, abortion in Israel is legal until birth! Therefore, one of our ministry outreaches is training pro-life counselors and counseling at-risk mothers.
