             ABOUT THE LAND OF ISRAEL by Cathy Hargett, Highway To Zion Ministries

Dear Ones, 

Some thoughts on my heart as we watch the nations of the world coming against the Land of Israel and the Jewish people - if you follow the God of Israel, you should not be confused at all about where to stand regarding dividing the Land of Israel. 

Regarding dividing the Land, the Word is unequivocal. The Land of Israel belongs to one people, to the Jewish people, and it is not to be divided. In fact, a central theme in the Bible, a foundational theme, is all about the Lord establishing this Land for His Jewish people and then returning to the Land, Himself, to live and reign from Jerusalem. 

There are many social and political issues where believers and followers of the God of Israel, the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus), may have biblical support for diverse views, but on the subject of the Land of Israel, there is no room for diversity. There is only one place to stand. 

There is no other place to stand unless you stand against what He says. The Scripture tells us that in the last days, many will stand against Him. We see it plainly for ourselves even now, as the roll call of the nations reveals those who are for and against dividing up the Land of Israel. God is clear about judgment coming against those who resist His Word about the Land of Israel. He Himself will come against them. 

The Land matters. The Bible teaches us the Gospel of Salvation, and it also teaches us the Gospel of the Kingdom, the Kingdom of God coming to planet earth. Both reveal Yeshua - the salvation of everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord and the restoration of Israel and the nations, the restoration of all things, of all creation. 

Pray for His Kingdom to come, for the glory of Israel and the restoration of all things. Yeshua is "a Light for revelation to the Gentiles (the nations), and the Glory of Your people Israel" (Luke 2:32).
