Welcome to Biblical Shiloh: Return to Your Roots ✡ "Land Was Subdued Before Them" - ISRAEL365

And the whole congregation of Bnei Yisrael assembled themselves together at Shiloh, and set up the tent of meeting there; and the land was subdued before them.

Today's Israel Inspiration

The Jewish People brought the Tabernacle to Shiloh where it stood temporarily until the first Holy Temple was built in Jerusalem. The Tabernacle dwelled in Shiloh for 369 years, serving as the central point for Israelite service to God, as we see throughout the books of the Prophets, especially in the Book of Samuel. Like many places in Israel today, the ancient site of Shiloh exists alongside a flourishing modern Jewish community where hundreds of Jewish families call modern-day Shiloh home. Although living in the Biblical city is a dream-come-true for many, their lives are not easy as they are surrounded by numerous Palestinian villages and cities and are often targets for terror attacks. Shiloh Israel Children's Fund aims to ease the trauma of terrorism in these young children and rebuild the Biblical heartland of the Holy Land.

Welcome to the Biblical
City of Shiloh!

In the beautiful city of Shiloh, the Bible comes to life with astounding archeological remains. Yet its modern day Jewish community balances this strong biblical connection to the Land with serious threats from Arab neighbors.

How a Terror Survivor Turned His Trauma Into Triumph!

One of the darkest moments of David Rubin’s life has since then helped save the lives of thousands of children from all over Israel showing us that sometimes the most amazing things can come out of the darkest places.

Today's Israel Photo

The Biblical city of Shiloh was the center of Jewish worship during the times of the prophets before King Solomon built the first Holy Temple. The Tabernacle, which housed the Ark and the tablets brought down by Moses, was erected in a prominent location, ensuring easy access for all those who dwelled in or came to visit the holy site.
