Greetings to Love For His People ministry friends and supporters.
A pastor from India asked me this morning on Whats App (if you communicate with anyone outside of the USA, most likely this is the best way...), "Pastor, how do you relate this world's situation through a Biblical perspective?"
My reply, no fooling...
Here is a short list I believe in regards to this:
1. We are in the last days. These are birth pangs of what is to go. The time clock started when Israel became a nation in 1948. ”When the fig tree buds...” in Matthews 24:32-35.
2. Christians need to be lights of faith and not as others walking in fear.
3. As I wrote in my ”A Time to Pause and Rest” message this morning, we need to obey the Lord and have one day to rest each week. Nations have not done this so He is shutting all down so they do and perhaps look to Him.
Also, I believe we as believers will go through the Tribulation. Then when the Lord comes back we will join Him in the air. The word ”rapture” is not even in the Bible. It is a made-up word from the late 1800s.”
We are no fools, even on April 1. We can and must have the mind of Christ in what we say and do, if we are going to have an effect in our cities, states, nations and the world.

The world is looking for answers. They are fearful of dying. We have the words of life, as given to us by Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach. "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." John 14:6, NASB
And here is one from "out of the blue" - pun intended. Unless the planes cease flying, we are still going to Israel May 13-22. I like that Blues Brothers quote, "We are on a mission from God." So are you.

“Stress Test” – Now Think On This by Steve Martin

Have you found yourself stressed out a bit lately? Have you snapped at your spouse? (Yes, I have.) Quick lash out at your boss? Lose job or laid off?
Do you find yourself being somewhat on edge, unnerved, having apprehension in regard to that which is around you or which may come your way, real or imagined?

Now that many of us are being "shut in" our homes, get this great book and travel outside your door as you read along! An adventure!
Challenging times? Of course! Didn't our Lord Jesus say we would have "perilous times" in these last days? "But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come..." 2 Timothy 3:1, NKJV
We are living in those times. Pandemics, tumultuous financial conditions, earthquakes, droughts...with fear proving faith is little to be found, even among professing Christians.I encourage you with these 20 messages of hope, faith, and love.
As you read, know that we will stand strong, because we are keeping our eyes on the One Who created us. Because He has been Faithful, is Faithful, and will continue to be Faithful, our faith in Jim can stand strong against the tests of times. And there will be tests along the road.Don't be caught unexpected. Prepare your heart and spirit to know the truth, walk in faith, and be the light in this world that you and I have been called to be.
