SHOFAR AND SHOUT

God's appointed time for SHOFAR blasts and SHOUTING is near!
As Yom Teruah approaches, my heart is full that soon the shofar will sound, and our Messiah Yeshua will come in the clouds. It is a day to wake up, repent, sound the alarm, and return to Him.
Many celebrate Yom Teruah as Rosh Hashanah, the New Year on the Jewish civil calendar (which does have beautiful traditions), but we receive the full revelation of our King if we celebrate Yom Teruah as God told Israel in His Word.
He said we are to rest, assemble together, and commemorate it with shofar blasts (Leviticus 23:23-25).
"...On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts. Do no regular work, but present a food offering to the Lord."
(Leviticus 23:24-25 NIV)
"...In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you are to have a Shabbat rest, a memorial of blowing (shofarot), a holy convocation."

The word "teruah" in this Scripture is most often translated as "shofar" or "trumpet," but can also be translated as "shout".
So, if you don't have a shofar, SHOUT to the Lord!!
"You are to hold a sacred assembly in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, and you are not to do any daily work. This will be a day of joyful SHOUTING for you. "

"On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a sacred assembly. You are to do no laborious work. It is for you a day for sounding the SHOFAR."

This year, the biblical date of Tishrei 1 falls on the eve of September 11 and goes through sundown on September 12.
