"What You Need to Know This 'New-vember' and December, and a Glimpse Into 2015" - Phyllis Ford

and a Glimpse Into 2015"

Jeremiah 6:16 (NASB) Thus says the Lord, "Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it.'"

Choices Leading to Paths

"Seek Me diligently so that in these next two months the necessary provisions will be made to properly prepare you for 2015. As you advance, you will begin to see things clearly. You will see the need to make adjustments concerning what you previously desired to do versus what is My will for your life. For the choices you have made and will make concerning the way I have prepared for you will bring you to a path that leads you further toward or away from your destiny. (Photo by Robert Bartow "Light My Path" via elijahshopper.com)

"Don't allow your flesh to forfeit what I have called you to be. For I am divinely transferring a fresh measure of grace into your life. A grace to fully understand that which has been placed before you.

Your perception will connect you with others who are seeking the same direction and truth. It is time to see what is important as you harken diligently to My voice.

"Visions, patterns, and plans that I released to you in prayer are coming to life in this hour. That which you could not discern nor comprehend before will be revealed to you in ways you can easily decipher. While walking in this new level of comprehension, allow a new determination to become the catalyst that launches you forward. There is much you can accomplish, but more can be accomplished by My hand. Know that manifestation will come out of the now and into this new hour."

The New and Now

This is the season of the New! "New-vember" (not November) is how it was spoken to me.
This is the season of the new. This month will be new because we will find that in the now, new things are being ushered in according to the will of God. These things are pouring out of Heaven and invading our now. (Photo via Pixabay)

"The 'nos' of the past and that which has become old and out of season will submit and give way to the new.

Mindsets and hearts needed to be changed, and I have used that which was perceived as delay to prepare you for the now.

In order to preserve new wine, the wineskin must be made new. The patterns haven't changed, but the hour and the way in which it will be embraced by My people is new. Timing will have a great part to play in the implementation of the Kingdom advancement.

"Behold I am doing a new thing that will tear down the old religious systems, because they will be dismantled in order for the fresh winds to blow and new structures to be established. Watch what will be caught and watch what will be taught in this hour."

We are becoming who and what we are to become. We are becoming the called-out ones for this time. Changes must be made, and necessary paradigms must be embraced.

Matthew 9:17 Nor do people put new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the wineskins burst, and the wine pours out and the wineskins are ruined; but they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.
Job 32:19 Inside I am like bottled-up wine, like new wineskins ready to burst.

The Gathering of the Watchmen and Midwives

"There is a birthing and a building taking place. I have been calling my Midwives to assist in the birthing process. For I am positioning them in such a place so that what is being birthed can be protected. I have ordered the building process to be strengthened in this time.

"I have also been calling forth My watchmen. For they will stand in the tower and watch over the building as they keep an eye on what is approaching the city.

"The builders and those carrying key tools of grace in this season will no longer be hindered. I am strengthening the hands of My people to war and to win.

That which the enemy sought to destroy in the birthing will not come forth.

They will come alive with the power to prevail. That which is being built will be complete. Weapons will be formed, but they will not prosper.

For the Lord is connecting His people and His purposes so that both can be established, and the evil influences will be confronted at the gate. This company of people will do great exploits.(Photo via Pixabay)

A Work of Prayer and Praise In the Earth

Prayer and high praise, with prophetic songs and warfare worship, and apostolic declarations, will seal the Word of the Lord. They will lead the way to prepare for the glory of God in the face of coming trouble. The Word of God will be the strength and the standard bearer as we lift the standard in the face of whatever opposes us. Greater grace will be our portion and a greater glory will be our reward.

A Glimpse Into 2015: The Coming Confrontation

The Lord showed me a glimpse into 2015. He spoke to me concerning His timings and the words that were declared to His people concerning 5775. God's people are entering into a significant shift that will set things in motion that even now are just beginning to surface. There will be results that will be visible and they will be worked out in the year to come. It was a painful process for many who were hungry for change, but it also allowed us to come to the end of ourselves. By us letting go of that which we didn't need, we were then able to embrace what we needed, and it was the principle thing that was the most important to Him.

As we enter into 2015, there will be a confrontation – conflict caused by a series of events which will take place. It will seem troubling, but I hear the Lord saying to us, "Know that that which I spoke over you shall not fall to the ground. This conflict is a result of the ideals that were carried by the values of men versus the values of My heart. It is important to know that what has been declared in the Heavens over My people is now. Those who will follow My way will become living manifestations of 5775; they will gather as an army ready to stand, to fight, and to overcome." (Photo via Pixabay)

I believe this contradiction of ideals presented by the world system with ungodly forces during the coming New Year will be the source of the confrontation. There will be battles that will be fought in the heavens, and even upon the lands, on various levels. Victories will be won based on Whose we are and not just who we are. The seeds of truth from Abba's words to us, released in this hour, will take root and the glory of God will come forth into full bloom. That same glory will strengthen us for what is coming. For that which has been ordered according to the timings of the Lord will not be hindered by the timings of man.

Dealing With Church Hurt God’s Way - Jennifer LeClaire, Charisma

Dealing With Church Hurt God’s Way

JENNIFER LECLAIRE, Charisma

We except to be mistreated in the world, but we’re often blindsided—and get out feelings hurt—when brothers and sisters in Christ don’t invite us to the party, talk behind our backs, or aren’t there for us in a time of need.
I wrote a short article with some prophetic insight on overcoming hurt feeling’s God’s way some years ago and it’s consistently one of the most visited articles on my site. And on Sunday I was a guest on Love and Life Radio, where I discussed the topic of “church hurt” with Coach Steph. Although some would argue that we need to die to self, overcoming hurt feelings—dealing with offense—remains a relevant topic in the church today.
Have you been hurt in church? What are you supposed to do? How do you handle it? Leave the church? Confront the issue? Bury it? Lash out at the person who hurt you? When people are hurt by a church or church member, how can this conflict be resolved? What does this Bible say about this and how do you practically walk that out?
Take it to God
When a pastor or a parishioner hurts you, the very first action to take is prayer. The hurt you feel is real and pretending like you aren’t hurt isn’t going to bring healing. Sometimes when we get hurt in church folks like to tell us that we have no reason to feel bad and we just need to get over it. Half of that statement is true. We do need to get over it, but it’s not always true that we have no reason to feel bad. If someone is spewing malicious gossip behind your back and you find out about it, it stings.
No matter what kind of hurt you’re dealing with, don’t rush into a confrontation with the offender. Take it to God in prayer. Psalm 50:15 says, “Call upon me in the day of trouble.” That works for a troubled soul just as well as it does any other trouble. Tell Him how you feel and ask Him to heal your wounds. It may be that the Lord is going to deal with the offender directly and anything you say would just make matters worse.
Or, it could be that the Lord will give you a graceful way to explain why you feel hurt. If you take it to God, He can give you the very words to say to your offender (Luke 12:12). And He can bring conviction to that person’s heart when you approach them with a spirit of humility (John 16:8).
Don’t Retaliate
Whatever you do, don’t retaliate. In His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches us to turn the other cheek (Matt. 5:38) and to love our enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you (Matt. 5:44).
With that in mind, don’t go around telling everybody what someone did to hurt your feelings. And don’t make accusations against those who hurt you if you decide to confront the matter. Instead of saying, “You hurt my feelings!” say, “When you did that I felt hurt” or “When you talk to me like that I feel upset.” Own your feelings because they are your feelings. It’s very possible that your offender has no idea that what they said or did hurt you—and never meant to hurt you. If you approach them in humility seeing reconciliation, your offender may be quick to apologize.
Let the Lord Work
Peter exhorts us to “above all things, have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins” (1 Pet. 4:8). Again, be led by the Holy Spirit. It’s not always necessary to go to someone who hurt you every time they do something you don’t like.
It could be that the Lord is working something out in you. Maybe you’re too sensitive. We always need to check our hearts. Is the person really being hurtful or are we looking at it through filters of past hurts or rejection or anger that cloud the truth? Ask the Lord. Or it could be that the Holy Spirit will bring conviction—maybe even heap coals of fire on their head—as you bless them outwardly with a heart of love.
You Can’t Heal Until You Forgive
The bottom line is this: It doesn’t matter how wrong your offender is, you have to forgive. Forgiveness is not for the other person—it’s for you. Forgiveness doesn’t justify what someone did that was wrong, nor does it necessarily mean that the relationship goes right back to where it was.
If you don’t forgive, you end up bitter and resentful and before too long you’ll end up hurting other people. The healing process can’t really begin until you spit out the bait of offense. I’ll leave you with this prophetic insight the Holy Spirit gave me once when I was extremely hurt in church:
“When the feeling of hurt arises, the spirit of offense comes on the scene to fortify the pain, tempting you to hold on to the grudge in your heart. Therefore, the proper response to emotional pain of the soul is always an immediate confession of forgiveness from the heart. The alternative to forgiveness from the heart is the ongoing torment of the soul.

So if you want to be free from your hurts and wounds, take thoughts of forgiveness, meditate on them and confess them rather than taking thoughts of the hurt, meditating on them and confessing them. This is God’s way—and it’s the only way that brings true healing. And, while you are at it, pray for those who have hurt you. This process will cleanse your heart and renew your mind. And you will walk free from the pain of your past.” Amen.
