The Modern Way to Learn Ancient Secrets ✡ "Trust in Hashem" - ISRAEL365

Trust in Hashem with all thy heart, and lean not upon thine own understanding.

בְּטַח אֶל יְהוָה בְּכָל לִבֶּךָ וְאֶל בִּינָתְךָ אַל תִּשָּׁעֵן

משלי ג:ה

Today's Israel Inspiration

Today's verse reminds us the importance of putting our entire faith in the hands of God, especially at times when we feel most hopeless and in despair. According to the Biblical commentator Rashi, the proverb is teaching not only to place trust in the Lord, but to put our entire confidence in those earthly representatives of the Creator: rabbis and scholars, from whom we should seek deep understandings of the world. Rashi emphasizes that no dollar should be spared when setting out on this mission, for only the best leaders and teachers can guide our hearts on the true path. By placing your trust in the instructors at Israel Institute of Biblical Studies, you will be certain to embark on fulfillment of King Solomon's deepest teachings.

Wooden Challah (Bread) Board and Knife Set

Who doesn't love useful gifts?! The corners of this simple yet elegant wooden Challah (bread) board are adorned with an articulate Ancient Jerusalem motif, matching the knife's handle. Engraved at the bottom of the board are the Hebrew words "Shabbat and Yom Tov" (Hebrew for "holiday") referring to the times of year when the Challah board is typically used. The wooden center, which is uniquely carved with a modern Star of David through which the crumbs will fall onto the plate below, is removable, making the board fun to use and easy to clean.

“God Will Always Keep Israel”

It’s great to hear from you and make new friends from all over the world. Please send me an email and let me know how you are enjoying Israel365 (don’t forget to say where you are from!).

Rabi Tuly: I just wanted you to know how much I enjoy receiving my emails from Israel365. I learn a lot about Israel and her people that touches my heart. I am a member of a local Messianic congregation in Greensboro. NC and we pray daily for the piece of Jerusalem. On a personal level, I contribute to many organizations in Israel and am so blessed to do so.  Israel’s challenges seem so overwhelming at times but I (WE) must remember that God is greater by far than all of the enemies of Israel. He will always keep Israel. Baruch HaShem. I and others around the world will continue to faithfully support Israel unto the day Mashiach comes. May it be in our lifetimes.
