Like a news bulletin from heaven, I heard the Lord giving a "recall" on ministers who have quit the ministry mainly because of discouragement. I heard the Lord announcing to thousands of ministers who have given up on their ministries and walk with Him. "I never call you to quit by using discouragement! Discouragement is from the enemy, and it only confirms that I have a greater calling on you than you realize. My gifts and calling are without repentance. My calling is still on you and is calling you back to Me with a fresh call to serve Me!"
I Will Open New Doors
"With love, I am giving you space to return to My gifts and calling. If you simply repent and humble yourself before Me and others, I will redeem the time. Many of you will find that new and different doors will now open for you, for I was in the process of adjusting your gifts and calling when the enemy convinced you to give up and leave where you were. I had plans to move many of you Myself if you would have waited just a little longer for Me to move people around you and to move you to a new place of ministry. But even now, it is not too late, for I am giving you a window of opportunity to say yes again to Me, to allow Me to finish the work I have planned for you to do.
"An even greater anointing awaits you, for I will use you to recall the backsliders, prodigals and many of My people who have given up on the inside though they still appear content, going through the motions and seem to be doing great works for Me.
"You are needed in My harvest field more than ever. If you will overcome the lies of the enemy and others telling you that you are a failure, you will begin to see what I can do with what they think a failure is. I will show the world I have no failures! Your temporary pit stop in the race set before you will prove to be a recharging and refueling experience as I call you back on the course of your destiny. I will use it to launch you toward the finish line, with My power sending you.
"Remember, Joseph's dream started in a pit and ended in a palace.
"I am calling all ministers who thought they quit and that I was through with them. But I am now 're-calling' them.
"Can you hear Me now?"

Much of my life and ministry have been given to the convergence of prayer and the prophetic. I have seen some amazing results, but at times I have also had to steer my way through a maze of questions and riddles. Let me give you an inside look into one of the jigsaw puzzles I have been putting together for the last year or so concerning prayer, the prophetic and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
On June 27, 2018, I was awakened at 2:22 a.m. from a clear dream followed by a Word from the Lord. In the dream, Judge Anthony Kennedy's face came before me and it was revealed to me that his resignation was imminent. As I was aroused from sleep, I could feel the tangible presence of destiny filling my bedroom. The external voice of the Holy Spirit then began to speak to me. I was told that President Trump would preside over the replacement of three Supreme Court Justices.
It was obvious that the first replacement had already transpired. As we know, Judge Neil Gorsuch had replaced Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, being sworn in on April 10, 2017. That was one down, with two more yet to come according to the word I received. Amazingly, Judge Kennedy resigned later the very same day I had the dream about it, on June 27.
The details of the Holy Spirit are sometimes very exact and clear, and at other times they seem veiled. Hmmm ... I was left pondering why I woke up at 2:22 a.m. Was there some significance to that time? To me it was obviously a reference to the key of David according to Isaiah 22:22, shutting doors to the past and opening doors to the future. But in my heart I divinely knew, "It has something to do with 222 days."
On Oct. 4, 2017, I participated in a National Prayer phone call as part of the preparations for Awaken the Dawn, coordinated by David Bradshaw. This event was followed by Rise Up The Call led by Lou Engle and his team on Monday, Oct. 9. Each of these prayer rallies took place back to back in Washington D.C. Though I was unable to attend these consecrated times of intercession in person, I prayed fervently in my home while many of my friends convened on site. The prayer call on Oct. 4 was transcribed and posted on various ministry websites, though I only recently received a copy of it myself. Here is a portion of what was stated:
We need to pray not just for the next four to five days, but for the 40 days afterwards [that] are keenly significant. There could be a shift that happens in the Supreme Court of America within a 40-day period after this, if the Lord has the fullness of His will. I hear the Lord saying, "Watch the courts! Watch the courts!
I believe that some of you are going to move into dimensions of intercession and identification that you have never known before. You are going to be overcome by travail and by weeping. Yes, there will be great joy and there will be great celebrating, but there is going to be weeping. And you're going to have a Joel moment where you weep between the porch and the altar, and God is calling a holy consecration.
We are shifting by a power surge [of the Holy Spirit] to be awakened to the "Days of Acceleration." The winds [of change] are coming, and they will bring an awakening. Watch the courts. There will be a shift of justice in the courts. Look for a deepening of identification and intercession.
Needed Confirmation Comes
The Holy Spirit will confirm His word by the testimony of two and three witnesses (see Deut. 19:15, Matt.18:16 and 2 Cor. 13:1). Brian Hume, who served as the National Prayer Coordinator for Awaken the Dawn, was given a detailed confirming dream. In his dream, it was explained that the 40 days after the event would be the "Crowning Moment" and would be as equally important as the ATD event itself. He and others were told of the need to "sustain the momentum in the place of prayer and intercession."
One of the highlights of Rise Up The Call was the time of corporate prayer for the Supreme Court. After a period of silent petition for the ending of abortion, everyone on both the field and the stage stretched out their hands in the direction of the Court releasing a roar of intercession. A command, in accordance with the knowledge of God's will, came forth for the reforming, resigning or removing of judges in the Supreme Court.
According to Cheryl Amabile, staff writer of The Briefing for The Call, many intercessors, including Matt Lockett's Bound for Life team in Washington DC, carried these prophetic words in prayer. Nov. 17 was 40 days after the Rise Up The Call gathering on the Mall. According to The Briefing, "Though we did not see a Judge step down at that time, Matt's team did see a 'shooting star fall from the sky' on that 40th night as they prayed before the Supreme Court building. We felt it was a sign of what was coming with a judge. Then, Justice Kennedy announced his resignation 222 days after that 40th day."
Wait, What, When?
Did you notice the details? How many days after the 40th day of devoted prayer did Justice Kennedy announce his resignation? 222 days ... Hmmm ... now where did we hear about the time frame of 222 previously in this prayer and prophetic picture puzzle?
As I stated earlier, I was awakened at 2:22 AM on June 27 from a dream showing me that Justice Kennedy would resign—which he did that same day. God really does confirm His Word. But let's continue; there was more revealed to me that epic morning of June 27.
After I was awakened from the stunning dream, I was catapulted into a vision where I saw through a picture frame into a time after the first of the New Year of 2019. I was told that there would be another "tremor or shaking in the land" resulting in yet another surprise that would transpire in the Supreme Court. I then heard, "I have a Deborah waiting in the wings. This Deborah will be appointed and will tip the scales towards constitutional justice."
Speaking very candidly and transparently, I was never given the names of either Judge Brett Kavanaugh or that of Judge Amy Barrett. But other trusted voices have been given additional details that have not been revealed to me. My job is to report my part. But as we each bring our pieces to the table we can see the greater whole. We really do need each other!
A Defining Moment
The United States of America is in a defining pivotal moment. We are in a time of opening and closing generational cycles and doors. This is why the climate of spiritual warfare is so intense. We must rise above the polarizing division and remember according to Ephesian 6:12, "For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."
We need the Lord to strengthen His prayer warriors with confirmation and confidence in this critical hour. We need to stand in gap before the Lord for the healing of this great land. A window is open before us right now. Will you seize the moment?
Recently one evening at church, I was in worship when I saw a vision of waters receding on a beach moving back at a rapid rate out into the sea. As it moved I could see all the shells, stones and seaweed that were sitting on the ocean floor. Then the wind began to howl loudly around me. I could see in the far distance a wall of water that was rising higher and higher, as if it was reaching a crescendo from the receded water, and was about to crash down and make impact.
I said, "Lord what is this?" He told me that "a mighty unleashing of His Spirit is coming upon the earth" which is why right now it feels like the waters are receding in some areas to prepare for the fresh wave coming.
The receding waters exposed what was on the bottom of the ocean and the Lord told me that we are in a season where foundations are being corrected and aligned that have been cracked or not built upon the rock of Jesus. I saw marriages and homes coming into health, as the Holy Spirit guided them out of messes and cycles of broken disorder as light shone into the hidden areas.
This is a time where the church will go through some major changes, and leaders will have to move with the fresh expression to see the greater glory poured out. The recession of the water also represented the season of the exposing of the enemy's plans and assignments to distract and delay the purposes and plans of God. We will see many broken areas being rebuilt and strengthened because God is digging foundations deeper so that we can go the distance!
Refiner's Fire
Then I heard this Scripture: "He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the Levites, and refine them like gold and silver, and they will present to the Lord offerings in righteousness" (Mal. 3:3).
Many have been feeling like they have still crossed over into warfare, not realizing that God is refining us as we cross over. He's healing us and realigning us in the process. Think of it as brushing the dust off your feet from the past season so you can enter in afresh. Joshua called for all the sons of Israel to be circumcised in the promised land because he didn't want them carrying the mindsets and ways of Egypt into a new season. It was 40 years earlier, but it had become such a stronghold that this prophetic act needed to be done to usher in a new season.
Look to the New Wave
So many have suddenly seen doors slam shut and desires inside you change, but it's because God is ushering in the new thing through you! You won't be able to operate and live the way you once did. When that new wave comes you'll have to learn to ride it, so God is adjusting your sights and saying, "Stop looking back at the old wave and look ahead!"
Maybe you have felt the intensity of the process in the past month or so, like you are being hit on every side by the enemy trying to discourage you, then you are being pulled up higher by God at the same time and it's overwhelming you. I hear the Holy Spirit saying, "Don't fear the fire because the tsunami is coming!" Let the receding waters around you prophesy to you today: Your flood is on its way.

Prophecy is a gift from God, which He uses to speak to His people.
At Onething, International House of Prayer's annual year-end conference (Dec. 28–31 at the Kansas City Convention Center), thousands of people come to hear an encouraging word from the Lord.
For Leslie C. from Louisiana, God used the Onething 2017 prophecy rooms to "confirm something that's been on my heart for over a year now," she said. "A weight has been lifted. I have clear direction. He's a loving God."
The word, delivered by a team of three ministers in a room set apart for prophetic ministry, also "confirmed I was hearing His voice and not my own desires."
Leslie's husband, Kevin, came seeking direction about an area of his life and received a word concerning a different area, but it was still applicable. "God showed what was more important that needed to be addressed," he said.
Such is the power of prophetic words to edify, exhort, and encourage believers (1 Cor. 14:3).
Some people receive a word of encouragement during a difficult season of life.
The ministers told Millie P., who moved from Venezuela to Denver two years ago, to look to the mountains for God's help, and that God was going to move mountains in her life.
The minister actually saw a picture of the Rocky Mountains, but didn't know where Millie lived. (Ministers don't converse beyond first names before giving words.).They also didn't know that she's struggling to learn English and launch her engineering career in the U.S.
"They had never met me and they identified where I'm at spiritually," she said, mixing Spanish with English. "I know I'm not alone in the fight, that God sees me. I have hope, and know it will be good. God is my strength."
These reactions are common, as the Lord highlights things about complete strangers in order to bless and strengthen them in their walk.
Millie was initially fearful about receiving prophetic ministry because she was fearful about her future and didn't want to hear a negative word, but her husband, Kenneth, assured her it that prophecy was not to foretell events but to build her up.
His advice to people who question prophecy's validity?
"It's biblical," he said. "It's a New Testament reality, a principle of Scripture. Our heart and desire is to hear from God."
Prophecy can also play a role in salvation, as it says in 1 Cor. 14:24-25.
When Natalie H., from Michigan, visited a local church at the urging of her sister, "they told me all kinds of things about myself, things that no one knew," she said. This led to her salvation and departure from witchcraft.
She came to Onething this year, bringing several friends, and received a prophetic word to keep pressing into God.
"They said God sees my crying out for Him to reveal Himself to me [more], so I'm going to keep doing it," she said. "They also said I'm good at writing, which is something I do in my personal time, but I don't show to anyone. This encourages me to step out."
The Lord can do so much through prophetic words: activate gifts, confirm direction and comfort and strengthen His people.
There can be fear about believing if God will speak, and we must test the words because Scripture says we prophesy in part (1 Cor. 13:9), but God loves to use fellow believers to bless His body.
As Leslie from Louisiana says, "it's all a matter of trust in the Lord, that He has your best interest at heart.
"He'd never do anything to hurt you or embarrass you," she adds. "Prophecy is for encouragement, to build you up and continue to show His love to you."
How can you grow in prophecy? {eoa}
A Detroit native who was raised in Vermont and Connecticut, Adam Wittenberg worked as a newspaper journalist until 2012, when he moved to Kansas City to complete the Intro to IHOPKC internship. Afterwards, he earned a four-year certificate in House of Prayer Leadership from IHOPU and is now on full-time staff in the marketing department at IHOPKC. I believe we have overlooked and underestimated the awesome power that is hidden in our families. When God created us, He placed us in a family. There is something about a family atmosphere that generates the power for us to subdue the earth and bring His kingdom into the affairs of this world. I believe Satan feared the seed of the woman, for it would have the power to destroy him. He well knew that even our children would contend with him in the gate (see Ps. 127:5). I believe this is why the Lord's desire has always been to "set the deserted [the lonely, widows, orphans and fatherless] in families" (Ps. 68:6a).
The Greatest 'National Treasure' Is in Your House
In the story in 2 Kings 4, Elisha visits a widow with two sons, and she happens to have just a little oil left. Her sons were about to be taken as slaves because of the debt she owed. The government could not help her. So, she comes to Elisha for help. Elisha asked her, "What do you have in the house?" (2 Kings 4:2b). She had looked everywhere for her answer except in her own house. In other words, Elisha was saying to her, "You don't know the awesome miracle power that is in your own house!"
I believe today, many are looking to see what is in the White House that will save our nation. But God is asking His people this hour, "What is in your house? Do you realize the greatest 'national treasure' is in your own house?" I believe that great "national treasure" lies within our family members. Many times, diamonds in the rough are hard to see. The troubles that have come into your family are about to bless you!
'I'm Equipping Families to Take Their Nations!'
"As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" (Josh. 24:15c).
I believe as Joshua was declaring to the nation of Israel to choose life or death, he was proclaiming the importance of not only his personal choice, but also his heart for his family.
I sensed Joshua's heart for every father and mother was for them to decree that their families would serve the Lord also. Was he sensing the power that families hold in influencing the whole nation from being destroyed? I sense he believed that if God could save him, God could save his family. And I further sense that he was believing if God could save his family, He could also save the whole nation. He believed that the "national treasure" was in his house!
"Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you and your household will be saved" (Acts 16:31).
I sense that we need to decree now more than ever that our whole household shall be saved, and begin to decree over America: "One nation, our nation, under God!" Our Father still has this dream in His heart that not only your family, but a whole nation can be saved in a day.
"Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, she brought forth her sons" (Isa. 66:8).
Could it be, ever since the garden of Eden, that the enemy well knows that families hold the hidden power to destroy his kingdom and deliver whole nations? Is it any wonder why he unleashes hell upon families?
" And it will be that, afterwards, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; then your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions" (Joel 2:28).
I believe this great outpouring was intended for our families first, and God knew nothing else could stop it from going upon all flesh. I even sense that each family member has certain keys for the family's health and deliverance that could ultimately result in the deliverance for our nation. Look again. I believe the answer for our nation is right inside our own houses.
'O America, May I Blow My Breath Into Your Households?'
"I want to blow My breath into the nostrils of every family member, great-grandparents down to the babies in the womb. I am about to make personal house calls in this nation. I am coming 3-D technicolor straight to where you live. There are angels standing at attention with your personal addresses written on them that will be released to set up camp round about your dwelling place, to deliver family members far and near. Houses will be turned into homes."
"May I blow My breath into your households? Prodigals will phone home. Missing children unable to be found for many years will be rescued by the breath of My Spirit! I have been patient in the past with your family members who have resisted Me. I have gently knocked on the door of their houses and hearts. But now I will huff and puff and blow the front door down! I'm coming in!"
The Miracle for Our Nation Is in Our House
I believe God's own shofar is beginning to blow into our households right now, releasing the sounds of salvation, healing, deliverance and the equipping of whole families to take their nations. Receive it now!
Prayer: "Lord, we receive Your breath of life into our families' nostrils to live again. We call each family member a royal priesthood, a chosen generation. We call those things that are not as though they already are. We call them saved, healed and delivered. We call them our 'national treasures.' We are going to accept our family members right where they are and love them unconditionally. We are going to treat them as though they are already saved. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!"

We know more about Zecharya (Zechariah) than we do about most other prophets. Like Ezekiel and Jeremiah, he was a priest, and his grandfather, Ido, is mentioned among the priests in Ezra and Nechemya. His contemporaries include the prophet Chagai, who began prophesying two months before him, and the high priest Yehoshua. However, his message differs from that of Chagai, whose single-minded focus was the encouragement of the Jewish people to build the Temple. To this message, Zecharya adds a religious and moral dimension. He encourages the people to repent, emphasizes that God’s rule stands in contrast to military might – “Not by might, nor by power, but by My spirit” (4:6).
