Patricia Heaton To Lead Pro-Life Rally: “We Must Offer Women Hope” Not Abortion - Hello Christian

Patricia Heaton To Lead Pro-Life Rally: “We Must Offer Women Hope” Not Abortion

Hello Christian Jan. 13, 2017

Patricia Heaton may be a megastar actress and central character in 'Everybody Loves Raymond,' but she is also a committed Christian and fierce advocate for the unborn. Now, she is heading up a pro-life rally urging lawmakers to pass legislation that will protect babies, reports LifeNews.
“When a woman finds herself unexpectedly pregnant, the world offers her the reality of isolation and we must offer the truth of community, hope and love,” said Heaton, who also spoke at the 2016 pro-life rally. Lately, Heaton also has been tweeting her support for the March for Life in Washington, D.C. and other pro-life projects.
“Life begins at conception. Said every scientist ever. #ProScience #ProWoman #ProLife” she tweeted on Jan. 6. “I find it impossible to subscribe to a philosophy that believes that the destruction of human life is a legitimate solution to a problem that is mostly social, economic and psychological,” Heaton said. “In reality, most women ‘choose’ abortion because they believe they have no other choice.
“Women who experience unplanned pregnancy also deserve unplanned joy.”

Together 2016 Draws Thousands to National Mall; Heat Ends Event Early

Join us on our podcast each weekday for an interesting story, well told, from Charisma News. Listen at charismapodcastnetwork.com.

Thousands came to Together 2016 on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., Saturday to celebrate that "Jesus changes everything." Emergency Services shut down the event early, however, after medical personnel became overwhelmed with the number of people--more than 400--who were overcome by extreme heat.
Nick Hall of PULSE, which planned the event, tweeted: "This event has never been about coming to the Mall. It's about sending a generation out from the mall to share Jesus."
Hall shared a video on Facebook saying that they were "completely exhausted" but "excited at all that God did."
As for shutting down early, he said they wanted to continue but "just felt like the right thing to do was to show respect and try to listen." He also pointed out that it wasn't a coincidence that the event ended early, encouraging attendees to be witnesses for Christ.
"There might be somebody that needs Jesus that you're supposed to go talk to. ...  God is the one that leaves the 99 to go after the one," he said.
The event targeted millennials and drew many well-known speakers, from Pope Francis who appeared via video to apologist Ravi Zacharias to singer Michael W. Smith.
"I see people as far as my eye can see," hip-hop artist Lecrae tweeted. "I see people who should be referred to as brothers and sisters...Let's not be a religious community that walks by people who are struggling and hurting. If we're not a healing salve, we contribute to the pain."
Hall is already looking to the future.
"People are asking for Together events across the country and around the world," he said.
Rather than look at Together 2016 as a single-day event, Hall encouraged people to get the Together app, download the "7 Days With Jesus" reading plan and start prayer groups as they reset their lives with Jesus.

PROPHETIC DREAM: CHARLOTTE, NC AND THE EAST COAST - Jeremiah Johnson

images-7PROPHETIC DREAM: CHARLOTTE, NC AND THE EAST COAST

BACKGROUND
On Friday Night, May 27th, I was traveling on an 11 hour overnight flight from Tel Aviv to JFK airport. I had just co-led a 10 day prophetic tour in Israel and was completely exhausted flying back home. As I went to sleep on the plane, I had a very powerful prophetic dream from the Lord that came in audible message form. The Holy Spirit spoke to me as I was asleep and when I woke up on the plane, I had an indescribable urgency to get out my computer and immediately type out all that I had heard from Him in the dream.  For me personally, I have been having these non symbolic, very literal types of prophetic dreams since I was 12 years old and have published many of them concerning President Obama and Hillary Clinton in one of my books called, “Chronicles of the Unknown Dreamer 2013“.
CHARLOTTE, NC AND THE EAST COAST OF THE UNITED STATES
This is what I heard in the prophetic dream on the plane and what I wrote down:
Charlotte,
“My eyes are upon you in this hour. Though the birth pains and complications have been great in recent years as gross darkness and immorality has tried to cover the land, so I Myself will deliver this Isaac that I have promised to you. I, the Lion of Judah am roaring in Charlotte, who can but prophesy? Can you hear My roar sons of men? Gather the elders of the land, call a sacred assembly, and fast together, for Charlotte shall be a flashpoint for awakening and revival on the East Coast of the United States. What happens in Charlotte will touch Washington D.C. There is a divine connection between Charlotte and Washington D.C. that will shake the nation. Tremors of glory will be felt in Washington D.C., but only as a foreshadowing of what I will do in Charlotte” says the Lord.
He continued on, “I call forth My Daniel Company on the East Coast! I say to My prophets and intercessors: because you have chosen not to feast upon worldly pleasures, but rather dine with Me, I will give you unprecedented favor to move the hearts of kings that sit in positions of authority on the East Coast. There is a trumpet of holiness that shall be sounded. I am releasing prophetic messengers of repentance and consecration that will challenge the Nebuchadnezzar’s to bow their knees to My righteous decrees. Yes, the knees of some governors and even congressmen and women will bow as My prophetic messengers release righteous decrees that will set the people free.
You must recognize that Governor Haley from South Carolina is my Esther of the hour! My body on the East Coast must stand with her, for the time is now! Open up your arms to her and do not be blind to the anointing and favor that I have placed upon her life for such a time as this. From Jacksonville, FL to Washington D.C., there will be a divine window in June through September where strategic planning for awakening on the East Coast must take place. During these months, many of My servants will be visited by an unusual wind of grace to heal, restore, and refresh them. Yes, even some physical storms are coming as a sign in the natural realm that My glory shall be released in the spirit realm.
Lou Engle, call the huddle and assemble the team. The prophecies of Bob Jones and Bill Bright will not fall to the ground!” says the Lord.
May the Holy Spirit use His words to encourage, strengthen, and comfort the body of Christ in this hour.
Blessings,
Jeremiah Johnson

"These Photos Show What Happened at the Supreme Court During the March for Life"by Terri Shepherd, Washington, DC via Bound4LIFE

Due to extreme blizzard conditions [last] weekend, the March for Life received unprecedented national attention. Beyond crowd estimates or miracles in the midst of travel, a longtime Bound4LIFE intercessor tells firsthand what she saw and experienced.
(Washington, DC)—
[Bound4Life.com] Hundreds of times I have stoo
d in silent prayer outside the court—but with a blizzard bearing down on the city, this time would be like no other. We had committed to stand in silent prayer for two hours, in solidarity with the silent cries of pre-born babies.

(All photos by Aaron Wong for Bound4LIFE International. Used with permission from Bound4LIFE)

No matter what the weather threw at us, we were determined to pray.

As we arrived at the steps of the United States Supreme Court, the air was already charged.

We lifted up our fellow pro-life advocates who would arrive at this endpoint of the March for Life. If past years were any guide, their peaceful demeanor would clash with the raised voices and angry chants of the few pro-choice activists gathered.

With our fingers getting cold, we began to write out Life Tape for the three dozen intercessors who had joined us. One by one, we took our place before the barricades—making up a wall of intercession before the court.

Shoulder to shoulder, as the snow began to fall, we lifted our hearts in appeal to the court of Heaven for the Lord to release His wisdom and justice on behalf of unborn babies—and the women and men wounded by abortion.

Intercessors from across the nation, undeterred by the forecast and bitter cold, had joined us to intercede on this critical day. Many of these individuals have had their lives shifted by prayer sieges like this very one.

Like Randy Bohlender who came with his son Zion. While standing on this same stretch of pavement eleven years earlier, he felt the call of God to help raise up an adoption movement to be the answer to abortion.

Now he and his wife Kelsey have started up Zoe's House Adoption Agency in the midst of raising their ten children, six of whom are adopted.

Mindy and Denny, along with their three precious daughters, embody the Father's heart through adoption—dedicating their time and talents to the Orphan Justice Center. They also serve as directors of LIFE Initiatives at International House of Prayer-Kansas City, part of the Bound4LIFE prayer network.

In the midst of the tumult of protestors and bullhorns, our faithful band of intercessors experienced the peace of God. We set our hearts on our heavenly King, whom Isaiah 42ensures will faithfully bring forth justice in the earth.

For those like Jared from the International House of Prayer-Tallahassee, the snow would not deter him and his young family from taking part. He has labored for years in the Sunshine State praying and advocating for life.

This has opened doors for their team to present red Life Bands to a number of presidential candidates—a symbol of commitment to defend the unborn, and a daily reminder to pray.

Many of us, like these two pro-life advocates from Texas, focused our prayers on the nine justices of the Supreme Court who will be weighing eight pro-life cases in a matter of weeks.

Especially pertinent will be a challenge to the commonsense Texas law HB2 that requires abortion clinics to abide by widely accepted health, safety and sanitation standards.

For the leader of Bound4LIFE, Matt Lockett, this day brought a mixture of emotions: a solemn reminder of eleven long years of intercession as the injustice of abortion has continued, while filled with hope for the year ahead.

The driving wind and icy cold could not dampen our spirits, as we know the momentum is shifting in America: public opinion now reflects firm beliefs in upholding the value of every life, including among millennials.

Even young children like 12 year-old Samuel wanted to join us in prayer for the pre-born babies to have their right to life protected—before heading back inside, out of the cold.

For Monique, uniting in prayer with Bound4LIFE Chapter Leaders from across the nation was especially meaningful. As a strong single mother, she has been faithfully praying with a small remnant for years outside a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in the Bronx in New York City – where more babies of color are aborted each year than born.

On this pivotal day, she did not stand alone. Monique returned to the Big Apple with a renewed hope for her community.

Just as the cries of the unborn are heard by God, we know our prayers and tears are heard in Heaven. "Jesus, I plead Your Blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America."

We do not stand in prayer begging to get God's attention.

Regardless of the path we took—pro-life since childhood, adopted out of broken situations, or finding healing from our own involvement in past abortions—we see the common thread that God arrested our hearts over this great injustice that shatters His.

Jesus is serious about ending the scourge of abortion. It is He who called us here. He will use prayer, and advocacy like the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, to change hearts and shift culture.

It is out of love for Him—and for the pre-born children, mothers and fathers made in His image—that we will continue to stand in the gap. We are bound for life to this cause.

So week by week, day by day, small groups of intercessors will put on freshly hand-written pieces of Life Tape outside abortion clinics and court houses across America—as a witness to the silent unborn who are crying out for life.

If Roe v. Wade is still the law of the land in 2017, no matter the weather conditions, you'll know right where to find us at the March for Life—on that sacred space of pavement before the court of man and the court of Heaven.

For over a decade, Terri Shepherd has taken part in pro-life advocacy with Bound4LIFE—a grassroots movement to pray for the ending of abortion, carry the spirit of adoption, and believe for revival and reformation. She graduated from TheCall Institute at the International House of Prayer University in Kansas City, and earned a degree in social work from the University of Central Florida. Living in the Washington, DC area with her husband, Terri works at a leading Christian public policy organization.

March for Life Protesters Brave Blizzard to Speak for the Unborn - Paul Strand CBN News

March for Life Protesters Brave Blizzard to Speak for the Unborn
01-22-2016

CBN News
WASHINGTON -- Despite threats Washington officials might yank the March for Life's permit because of a dire storm threat, the march went on Friday.
Its participants refused to let a record-breaking blizzard bearing down on the nation's capitol stop them from their mission. Like in the 42 years before, they came determined to bear witness that multitudes of Americans hate abortion.
Starting on the National Mall, they've been marching on the Supreme Court to protest ever since it legalized abortion January 22, 1973. This year's theme: "Pro-Life and Pro-Woman Go Hand-in-Hand."
"I'm so thrilled with the theme of this year's march," Maureen Ferguson, senior policy advisor for The Catholic Association, told CBN News.
"It's so wild-timed because the pro-abortion side, of course, loves to use this as a political football and bandy around terms like 'the war on women.' But we know there's a war on women in the womb," she said. "Half of those babies aborted are little girls."
Catholic Association Senior Fellow Ashley Maguire explained the earliest American feminists were pro-life.
"Starting with the suffragettes who were fighting against slavery and then fought for their own rights to vote - they were very pro-life," Maguire said. "And so the idea that women are by nature pro-choice is completely false."
"And we know that abortion sadly leaves a woman wounded, sometimes physically; emotionally scarred with a hole in her heart for the rest of her life," Ferguson added.
"A woman's capacity to be a mother is empowering and it's a beautiful gift  that's a part of who she is as a person," Jeanne Mancini, who leads the March for Life, said.
Subverted author Sue Ellen Browder was once a pro-choice feminist working at Cosmopolitan. That is no longer the case.
"To be pro-woman is to be pro-life, and of course that's true," she told CBN News before speaking at the March for Life rally. "You know, women want to have babies. Babies bring us joy, happiness, wonder."
Lauren Handy, with the group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, counsels women heading into abortion clinics. She gets angry at those who accuse her of waging a war on those women.
"I think they use inflammatory language and scare tactics when we try to meet the needs of both the child and the mother, because we know abortion hurts the mother, the father and the child," she said.
Monica Miller, with Citizens for a Pro-Life Society, rejects that the right to this procedure is a key component of women's liberation.
"The sadness and the tragedy of that skewed, perverted point of view - that we actually would have to kill someone, end the life of someone else in order to be free - that's not a freedom," she explained.
"It looks easier and more fun not to have babies sometimes," Browder added. "But in the long run, especially when you get to be my age, and you see the women that did have children and how happy they are and how blessed they are with grandchildren and all that - whereas the old ladies in the nursing home, because they thought they were all free and alone, they're still alone."
"Abortion impacts women negatively, both psychologically and physiologically," Mancini insisted. "In fact we're hearing this week from a new Marist poll that the large majority of Americans believe that abortion hurts women, that it's not good for women, by a 35 percent margin."
Kristan Hawkins told CBN News how her group Students for Life of America constantly looks for ways to minister to young women considering this life-altering decision.
"We're always making sure that we're appealing to her and talking to her about how she's a victim, too," Hawkins shared. "And how the abortion industry, led by Planned Parenthood, is directly targeting her."
Planned Parenthood has become a major target of the marchers since it is by far the largest abortion-provider in the country. It ends the lives of more than 300,000 unborn babies every year.

off the field contributions to the community as well as on the field accomplishments.
Named to the Pro Bowl 6 times, Matt’s career culminated in February of 2013 in a
Super Bowl win as a member of the Baltimore Ravens.

Following the Raven’s victory, Matt chose not to participate in the White House Super Bowl
celebratory meeting with President Obama because of the president’s support for
Planned Parenthood, a decision that received significant media coverage.

Matt and his wife, Adrianna, are both actively involved in the Pro-Life Movement,
including with their local pregnancy center and past participation in pro-life marches.

The couple have 6 children and currently reside in Greenwich, CT.

Sue Ellen Browder is a freelance writer who has appeared
on Oprah, theToday Show, and hundreds of radio talk shows. Her work for
Cosmopolitan, New Woman, Woman’s Day, and other magazines has given her
a lifetime of experience with the women’s movement as it unfolded in the media,
both on the public stage and behind the scenes. Trained at the University of Missouri
School of Journalism to be an investigative journalist, Browder unwittingly betrayed
her true calling and became a propagandist for sexual liberation. She did not realize
until much later that propagandists higher and cleverer than herself were influencing
her thinking and her personal choices as they subverted the women’s movement. Her
most recent book Subverted: How I Helped the Sexual Revolution Hijack the
Woman’s Movement sets the record straight and illumines a way forward for others
who have suffered from the unholy alliance between the women’s movement and
the sexual revolution.

Jim Daly was named president of Focus on the Family in 2005
after 16 years with the ministry. Under his leadership, the organization has taken on
a major role nationally in encouraging and helping facilitate foster-care adoptions,
earning recognition from the White House and Congress for its efforts. The ministry
also has reinvigorated its traditional focus on helping couples build strong marriages
and raise healthy, resilient kids. Daly started his career at Focus in 1989 as an assistant
to the president, fostering relationships with the ministry’s supporters. He was appointed
international field director for Asia, Africa and Australia in 1992, and in 1997 was
promoted to vice president of the International Division. In 2004, Daly was appointed
chief operating officer, the role he held until he was handpicked by Focus on the Family
founder Dr. James Dobson to be the group’s president.

Marjorie Dannenfelser is an original organizer of the Susan B. Anthony
List (SBA List), and is the organization’s President. In this role, Marjorie directs the mission
of SBA List and serves as its primary spokeswoman. Under her leadership, the organization
has grown to more than 365,000 members nationwide.

Marjorie was recently named one of Newsmax’s top 25 Most Influential Republican Women
and one of Newsweek’s top ten “Leaders of the Christian Right.”

She serves on the boards of the Alliance Defending Freedom, Constituting Culture Foundation
and Chosen Families, a ministry to families who have special needs children. Prior to launching
the Susan B. Anthony List, Marjorie served on Capitol Hill as staff director of the
Congressional Pro-life Caucus. Prior to her work on Capitol Hill, she worked at the
Heritage Foundation. She is originally from North Carolina and is a graduate of
Duke University. Marjorie lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband Marty and
their five children, ages 12-21.

Dr. Marguerite Duane, a board certified family physician and
Adjunct Associate Professor at Georgetown University, is co-founder and
Executive Team Leader of FACTS – the Fertility Appreciation Collaborative to
Teach the Science. Dr. Duane formerly served as the medical director of the
Spanish Catholic Center of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, DC
and as the Family Medicine Clerkship Director at Georgetown University. She received
her M.D. degree with recognition in primary care from the State University of New York
at Stony Brook and completed her Family Medicine residency at Lancaster General Hospital
in Lancaster, PA. Dr. Duane received a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree and a
Master of Health Administration degree from Cornell University in 1992 and 1994, respectively.

Dr. Duane balances her career as a teacher and Family Physician, with her role as a
mother and wife. She is proud to be accompanied on this life’s journey by her husband
and fellow family physician, Dr. Kenneth Lin, and they are delighted to be the parents
of 4 young children, Isaac Thomas, Eden Rose, Ellis John, and Gianna Marie Lin.

Senator Joni Ernst has dedicated her life to Iowa and her country,
having served in the military for over 23 years and now in the United States Senate.

In November 2014, Joni was elected as the first woman to serve in federal elected office
from the State of Iowa and also became the first female combat veteran elected to serve
in the United States Senate. In Washington, Joni serves on four Senate committees of
major importance to Iowans: Armed Services; Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry;
Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs; and Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

Joni is focused on growing a vibrant economy and ensuring the government runs
effectively and efficiently which means cutting out-of-control spending, reducing
taxes, eliminating harmful regulations and balancing the budget.

Joni resides in Red Oak, Iowa with her husband Gail and their daughter Libby.

Carleton (Carly) S. Fiorina was born Cara Carleton Sneed in
Austin, Texas on September 6, 1954. After dropping out of law school, she became an
AT&T management trainee. She moved up the company ladder and became the first
female officer in the Network Systems division. In 1998, she was put in charge of
Lucent’s Global Service Provider division. A year later, she was tapped as CEO of
Hewlett-Packard. After the controversial merger with Compaq Computers didn’t
meet expectations, Fiorina was forced to resign. She then became a consultant for
Republican candidates. In 2010, Fiorina made a run for Congress in California.

Jewels Green is a regretful post-abortive mother and former
abortion clinic worker turned ardent human rights advocate. She is a writer, public
speaker, has appeared on TV and radio programs, and is featured in the documentary
film “40” about abortion in America. She is a featured contributor in the book
We Choose Life: Authentic Stories, Movements of Hope and her mini-eBook
“Abortion Hurts: a collection of essays on my journey from death to life” is available
as a Kindle exclusive to raise funds for life-affirming pregnancy centers. Jewels is a
high school dropout who went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Psychology
from Yeshiva University and is a stay-at-home mother who occasionally blogs
at jewelsgreen.com.

Singer, songwriter, and speaker, Caitlin Jane, not only puts
on a powerful concert with her gift of music, but delivers along with it a beautiful
message of hope in a broken world. Boldly using her platform on behalf of the
unborn, she speaks truth with love and helps open once-hardened hearts to see
the sanctity of life through song and film. Ray Ruddy, the President of the
Gerard Health Foundation & Life Prizes, has said of her ministry, “The emotion
in her music and depth of her lyrics make Caitlin Jane one of the most gripping
Christian artists today.” Caitlin Jane has toured nationally and internationally,
intertwining music, faith, and life seamlessly at each and every venue. Her latest
album, Coming Season, includes the powerful pro-life song “Unborn,”
which has been instrumental in helping save countless little one’s lives.

Caitlin Jane finds joy in sharing her songs and passion for life across the country
at various pro-life events, as well as women’s groups, churches, universities, and
youth groups.

Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention,
the moral and public policy agency of the nation’s largest Protestant denomination.

A widely-sought cultural commentator, Dr. Moore has been recognized by a
number of influential organizations. The Wall Street Journal has called him
“vigorous, cheerful, and fiercely articulate” while The Gospel Coalition has
referred to him “one of the most astute ethicists in contemporary evangelicalism.”

An ethicist and theologian by background, Dr. Moore is also an ordained Southern Baptist
minister and the author of several books including Onward: Engaging the Culture
Without Losing the Gospel. He blogs frequently at his website, russellmoore.com

US, was nominated for state poet laureate, and has also spoken for companies, such as
Nike, Johnson & Johnson, The Orlando Magic, Wycliffe Bible Translators, and more!

hope and hungry for change. Today, along with hosting and performing, Mr. Welcome
