If we had to choose a “favorite” Sabbath Torah portion, Parshat Ekev would be the one! It includes the verse which was the inspiration for Israel365, the only time the Bible teaches us what God does each and every day, “His eyes are upon it (the Land of Israel) from the beginning of the year till the end.” For those of us Bible believers who seek to emulate God as much as possible, we must stop and learn it by heart and commit ourselves to making a daily connection with the Land of Israel as He does. Israel365 is spreading the beauty and significance of the Land of Israel each and every day to hundreds of thousands of people around the globe. However, in order to continue this labor of love, we need your help, now more than ever.

Created by two former lone soldiers, these stunning Kippas are adorned with scenes of Israel that will make you feel closer to home and close to God every moment of the day. Though there is no explicit mention of the Kippa in the Hebrew Bible, the Talmud teaches of the obligation to cover one’s head upon mentioning God’s name in order to exhibit true humility in the face of his Creator. The Kippa, therefore, is a reminder to the wearer of the importance to constantly keep God on one’s mind, enabling one to remain humble and refrain from sin.

It’s great to hear from you and make new friends from all over the world. Please send me an email and let me know how you are enjoying Israel365 (don’t forget to say where you are from!).
Dear Rabbi Tuly, Thank you for helping me to stay informed on Israel. I realize there are some in our country, and unfortunately our government that do not look upon you with favor…I do hope that someday I will be able to visit GOD’s country of Israel and the wonderful people. Again I welcome your emails, and fully support the Free State / Country of Israel… Have a Blessed Day… Steve Goldbeck
May God 's love be over you all, and keep you all safe from the evil around you. I send my love and prayers. Alice Nicholson |
