How 1 Man's Faith Prevailed During Global Crisis

MATT LOCKETT/BOUND4LIFE  charisma news

"I want to know that the Holy Spirit is stronger than the devil in the Nazi system. This is the battle of the ages, and victory here means victory for millions of people."—Rees Howells
This quote, taken from the journals of Rees Howells during World War II, captures an uncommon faith, prayer life and vision that the church desperately needs to rediscover today. God used Mr. Howells and the young people with him at the Bible College of Wales in a mighty way to shape international events and the destiny of nations through their prayers.
The world was in crisis, and this company of faith-filled believers became intercessors fully committed to be part of the solution.
Lessons on Faith and Abiding
Every great leader in their life of faith has learned one universal lesson: There are no short cuts. These kinds of leaders are not made in a day but on a daily basis. Rees Howells was no exception to the rule, and he was led by the Holy Spirit to build a life of faith learned through experience. Big testimonies come in growing your faith through the small things of life, as you demonstrate your willingness to listen to the Holy Spirit and follow wherever He leads.
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Heb. 11:1)
God loves the process of revealing Himself in our daily lives, but the fires of adversity must test us. Rees Howells would say, "You may preach anything and everything without proving anything, which is nothing but spectacular theory! Faith must become substance before it becomes evidence."
It is in the testing of our faith when we learn that God really is who is says He is. We need experiential knowledge of God because theories are impossible to lean on in dark days.
The Holy Spirit led Rees Howells into a life of faith built line upon line, experience upon experience. We must learn to recognize the leading of the Holy Spirit each day and respond by abiding in Him and His promises. Only an abiding faith can overcome the challenges to our obedience.
"If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it shall be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples" (John 15:7-8).
Proving God in small things—then larger things—led to an ever-increasing faith to stand in the face of insurmountable odds. One area of faith that was put to the test throughout Howells' life was in the area of praying for the supernatural provision of finances.
"Unless you can prove God to answer in an emergency and in a test case, it is nothing but talk in a very big way. The 'old man' can sound very convincing but he does not see his folly. You can never exercise real faith for £100 [British pounds] unless you've had £50, nor for £50 unless you've proved God for £20, nor for £10 unless you've proved God for £5.
"You only give mental assent and imagine these things, unless you have had an experience with God in the impossible. Man's extremity is God's opportunity."
This simple growth process of faith led Howells to greater and greater pursuits as he followed the Lord's leading into a world that was about to erupt in two world wars.
Walking in Obedience
When I read about the life of this man, I see simple but radical obedience. As the Holy Spirit would make His direction known to Rees, there would be an honest wrestling with the weakness of his flesh in order to enter into a life truly led by the Spirit.
"Watch and pray that you enter not into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak" (Matt. 26:41)
Whether we admit it or not, we are way too concerned about man's opinion, our personal prosperity and an easier way of life free from danger. These fears are jagged obstacles in the path of obedience. Fear-based decisions actually increase the danger level of our lives, though they easily masquerade as so-called wisdom.
The safest place to be is in the center of God's will. Again, this is all just spectacular theory until it's put to the test.
In 1915, Rees and his wife Elizabeth had answered the Lord's call to missions just as World War I had begun. Germany had declared the waters around Britain to be a zone of war, and every ocean vessel was considered an enemy target. Two months before the Howells were set to embark for Africa, a German U-boat torpedoed and sunk the passenger ship Lusitania.
Can you imagine the widespread panic having to travel by ship with the unseen threat of German submarines lurking beneath the surrounding waves? Read the account given of their ship's passage:
"As they departed from England, many other passengers were fearful that their ship would be sunk like Lusitania, but Rees assured all who needed it that God would protect them. To believe that God would guard their ship from German submarines, and to publicly declare it to those who were afraid, was a leap of faith that few have taken. ...
"Another test came on the journey when the captain lost his nerve and feared for their safety. But they continued to assure the captain of a safe passage through U-boat infested waters because God was taking them to Africa to serve him."

How important it is to be obedient to the Lord and remain in the center of His will. It not only impacts your own life—it likely impacts the destiny of countless lives around you.
Faith to Move Mountains
In 1924, Rees Howells founded the Bible College of Wales with the aim of training and sending laborers into the harvest field who had learned not only theology but also a practical life of faith. Students were required to "pray through" for victory in their daily needs and burdens whether that was for a needed toothbrush or for tuition.
Inspired by George Mueller, Rees set the standard for his community as he contended in prayer to acquire the massive properties needed for the school to be established. Leonard Ravenhill gave insight into Rees' hidden life of faith, obedience and prayer in this area:
"After I spoke at a session in the Bible School of Wales, Mrs. Rees Howells called me for a private talk. We stood on the veranda of her home overlooking beautiful Swansea Bay I can see her finger upheld as she said, 'Many talk of my husband's buying this place with a shilling [14 cents] in his pocket. What they forget is that he prayed 12 hours a day for 11 months to know the mind of God.' Brethren, that's discipline!"
The two-dimensional promises written on the pages of your Bible have to take on three-dimensional reality in your broken life in spite of your failures and weaknesses. We have to learn that God is love; God is a father; God is a healer; God is a provider.
Each of these revelations demands a personal testimony of their proven truth. Without firsthand knowledge of these realities faith will flounder and lack the power needed for an end-time mission. Heed the apostle Paul's warning and resist becoming a person in the last days who is content in "having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power" (2 Tim. 3:5).
Not long after the school was established, God called Rees Howells into the ultimate walk of faith and obedience—the preaching of the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). He became a man with a world vision. No sooner had he engaged his faith to see the task completed in his generation, than evil dictators and wicked governmental systems arose to stop the gospel's advancement. World War II had begun.
What was created to be a training and sending center transformed into a company of faith-filled intercessors on their faces day after day, year after year facing the crisis of war. Through it all their vision remained—the "Every Creature Vision"— as they contended for God's purposes in the earth and for global obstacles to be removed for the gospel to advance.
However, their stories and testimonies of how they affected the world through their prayers are difficult to grasp unless you first understand their effective lives of faith, obedience and abiding.
Consider again the opening quote and hear the determined cry of a man whose faith and prayers expanded to include nations, world leaders, governmental systems and unreached people groups. Let the words impact your heart and create the same hunger for that kind of faith. Let's follow the example of this humble man of God whose life has inspired thousands of intercessors around the globe.
The Howells Project
Coming soon in the spring of 2016, Justice House of Prayer D.C. invites believers to dig deep into the principles of faith and prayer that will shape the world to come. For four weeks we will look to the life of Rees Howells to create this immersive experience, which will take place in Washington, D.C., and also at Howells' historic well—the Bible College of Wales.
Dark clouds are forming on the horizon, yet the charge of the kingdom remains the same: "Go!" God wants to raise up people who are fully committed to His work in spite of the challenges to come.
The Howells Project is designed to develop a life of faith that can impact world events at the highest levels. Will you answer this call?

Lance Wallnau - Heaven is Coming to a Theater Near You!

HEAVEN IS COMING TO A THEATER NEAR YOU!

Something different is happening this month.
The forces of Hell are manifesting in more intense ways. At the same time Heaven is breaking out. It's almost like going into one of those theaters where multiple movies are playing.  Go into the wrong theater and you have a front row seat watching Hell. Go into a different theater and you can see Heaven. BOTH are broadcasting right now!

Heaven is inviting you to your front row seat.
Terrorists and Activists are getting their instructions from the spirit realm where they sit. Now it's your turn! The difference between you and others is that you know there are two theaters- the other folks are a captive audience in Hell but think they are bringing Utopia.

People do not realize that these are counterfeit "Reformations" taking place.
Radical race activists and radical Jihadists are both warring to bring their version of Utopia to earth. Think about it. It's a counterfeit of the Reformation we are supposed to bring. It's a counterfeit evangelism going on as well. Activists and Jihadists both hope to build a bigger following by manipulating media to cover their incendiary exploits. From my perspective the leaders behind these counterfeit movements are operating as "angels of light" bringing their followers under a spell. That spell is described by a word - "witchcraft." You can always discern witchcraft when you see blatant "rebellion" manifest. "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft." (1 Sam 15:23) The two work together: rebellion and witchcraft.

The mistake we make is to think that witchcraft is simply a Halloween, pointy black hat and broom stick phenomena. The greatest platform for witchcraft is wherever a counterfeit leader (angel of light) inspires a counterfeit movement. Hitler was an angel of light. So was Stalin. Politics and people movements are prime platforms for witchcraft- which is why we MUST PRAY to bind Hell and to lose Heaven.

This Month!
Earlier in November I sensed an urgency to change my prayer paradigm. It seemed that I heard the Lord say, "Jacob's Ladder." I sensed that a new grace of access is right now being let down from heaven so you and I can rise up and ride above the manipulation of witchcraft. We do not have to be captive to the storm. Can anything be more important? God is inviting you and me to go higher - to rise up above the "strife" of racial and campus unrest and the "fear" unleashed in Paris terrorism, and whatever other junk the devil is attempting to stir up and serve up to humanity. These are the two spirits at work by the way. In the USA it is "strife" and in EU it is "fear."

The antidote? You have to go beyond soulish, human energy.  "Perfect Love" casts out all fear. If you can cast it out - it's a spirit. We are dealing with a "spirit of fear." What about "Love?" Love is a Spirit - GOD IS LOVE. To be filled with God is the goal.  "Peace" isn't just a tranquil state of mind - peace is a spirit. Jesus said "My peace I give unto you." Jesus isn't just giving us a philosophy of life - He is giving us an impartation of His Peace. This "Peace of God will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus!" (Phil 4:7)

From a position ABOVE the situation we will access POWER OVER the situation.  Learn how to do this now because you will need to practice this in your own life more and more. Especially as the church globally moves into this new season.

This is the danger of America's shift in the role of Government. Washington is not God and the President is not the Messiah. "We the people" of God have got to step into a new role or the Nation will continue to careen off course.

We are literally and spiritually becoming a city without walls.
"A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls." (Proverbs 25:28)

Being "without self-control" is one of the characteristics of people in the last days (2 Timothy 3:3). This is why nations are so easy to manipulate. It's sort of scary in a way, isn't it? You can see more and more how the devil can use incidents and media to manipulate culture at large. He can pretty much control everyone except the person who is under the control of the Spirit of God.

BUILD YOUR OWN ARK. The secret to success in the hour is to build up your inner man - your spirit man - to a strength that is stronger than your mind and emotions. You are a tripartite being: spirit, soul and body. Build your spirit up so your inner man is ruling over your thoughts and feelings.

This is why prayer is such a priority! How do you build up your spirit? Jude 1:20 has the key: "But you, beloved, building up yourselves in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit."

Praying the right way is an exercise that builds your spirit man. This builds your spiritual capacity to "respond" rather than to "react." As we rebuild our spiritual walls inside the church we will be rebuilding our nation. Those who stand on the rebuilt walls are called "Watchmen." They guard the city where they live.

Building up any muscle takes time and repetition.

If we don't learn how to pray and step back into the realm of the Spirit we will be stuck under an increasingly hostile earthly atmosphere. There is a position in the realm of prayer that is ascended above earth and outside of the storm of life. As everything "shakes" we are called to be part of an unshakable kingdom.  IF WE LEARN HOW TO ACCESS THE REALM THAT DOES NOT SHAKE, WE CAN ACCESS A REALM OF REVIVAL IN THE MIDST OF CHAOS!

I've been building up my spiritual muscle lately by praying. My problem was that I needed to meet with others of like faith to make the ascended journey work. I used to love to pray - but then I fell away from the experience and became more of a prophetic teacher then a prophetic intercessor. The reason I fell away is because I experienced something in prayer that I lost when I stopped praying with others. There's something about the catalytic power of AGREEMENT with others of similar faith!

THEREFORE every day for the next 21 days I am doing a "Live" Prophecy and Prayer event. Right now it is available on an APP called "Periscope." I just hit the record button and voila there you have it! We meet on my iPhone. I do the call somewhere between 9 PM and 1 AM! Most of these calls are around midnight. I think that is prophetic in itself. The first watch began at six, the second at nine, the third at twelve, the fourth at three.

MEET ME EVERY DAY FOR 21 DAYS on PERISCOPE!
If you miss the "live call" you can still join in and pray by catching it on my facebook page: Lance Wallnau. Strange to say, the anointing is on the call whenever you join in and pray. It's as if we are all firing through an open window and the window stays open for a certain period of time after the broadcast.

Check out my Facebook page for our last prayer session and again - check out Periscope for our "live" sessions!

If you have always wanted to pray more and just need a "kick start" - join me and 400 to 500 others. It's a blast.

AS ONE!

Sharing Love From Sweden - A CHURCH FOR THE WOUNDED by Eva Haglund

A CHURCH FOR THE WOUNDED
Sharing Love From Sweden
By Eva Haglund

Some people have not gone through so many trials while others have. Some have suffered very much. Those who have not suffered much do not understand people who have gone through many difficult things. Some have family and friends who go home and do not understand the pain. They look down at those who are sick, poor and wounded, They do not care while there are others who show compassion and love.

In Job we read that he was ill and suffered much. He went through a lot of trials. Some Christians who look down at people who are ill and wounded seem not to have read Job's story, where Job too was ill and wounded. Some of his friends did not understand him in the trials and spoke words which were of no encouragement. Job however was not bitter towards them but forgave them and prayed for them. Job's faith was tested in all trials, but he kept standing. His wife told him to curse God and die but Job refused and he kept the faith. He knew God was good.

Sometimes we go through tests of our faith. We need to keep standing as Job did. In the end of Job's book we read that he got back all that he had lost, and even more. In Luke 6:21 we read, "Blessed are you poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now for you shall be filled. Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh. Blessed are you when men hate you and when they exclude you, and revile you, and cast out your name as evil for the Son of Man's sake. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy! For indeed your reward is great in heaven, for in like manner their fathers did to the prophets." This is a good word in the Bible as it also gives comfort!

Wounded people who has suffered much need comfort. It is important we share comfort. In Isaiah 40:1 is written, "Comfort, yes comfort, My people," says your God.

We can show comfort in different ways, such as counseling, talking, fellowship, and also buy flowers to someone as a present. Practical love heals. God is a God of comfort. We need to seek Him in the Bible where there are a lot of words on comfort. I also think that friendship and fellowship is healing for wounded people.

In Luke 10 we see a man who was wounded. He was wounded emotionally, physically and was robbed. He had no money. The one who helped him was a person other people looked down at, but he showed compassion and helped this man. In James 2:17, is written "Thus also faith by itself , if it does not have works, is dead." Faith ought to be shown in love.

Many people are wounded today. They need compassion, understanding and love. People as us can reach out and help. It is also important to know that all people have the same value, Jesus says in Matt 25:40, "Assuredly, I say to you, in as much as you did it to one of the least of these of these of my brethren, you did it for Me."

Many are wounded and suffer today in the world but love shared can be like a miracle.

In Rom 12:15 it is written, "rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep."

When there is compassion for people there sometimes also can be tears, When we read "weep for those who weep" we understand a heart of compassion, a heart which is touched and in intercession. There can sometimes be tears in pain for anybody in prayer.

The one who has suffered most is Jesus as He hung on the cross for us. Jesus identifies with wounded people. When we cry, He cry. He cares.

In Isaiah 53:4-5 we read, "Surely He has born our griefs and carried our sorrows, yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed."

In Isaiah 53:3 we also understand that Yeshua/Jesus was a "man of sorrows." He suffered so much because of His love for you and I. In His name is salvation.

Sharing Love From Sweden - ACCEPTED AND LOVED BY GOD - Eva Haglund

ACCEPTED AND LOVED BY GOD
Eva Haglund, Sweden
Oct. 3, 2015
In Song of Solomon we can read about a relation between a woman and a man in a marriage but also understand about the relation about the Bridegroom Jesus in a relation to His Bride, the congregation - Body of Christ. We can see how He sees us personally. He loves us much greater than we understand.

In Song of Solomon 4:9 we read: " You have ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse. You have ravished my heart with one look of your eyes, with one link of your necklace." We understand when we read this text that we are so loved by God. He is crushed by his love to us, a very strong love. He really cares about us.

In Psalm 139 we can read that God is with us everywhere. He cares every second. He is thinking at us. If I am in the middle of the sea, He is with me. When it is dark in the night, He is there. He is with me. In Psalm 139:5 it is written, "You have hedged me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me."

I do not need to think that I am left alone because God is with me. He is my Daddy.

In Psalm 139:13 we understand that God saw us already in our mother's womb. We were planned, thought of and created by the God who loves us. We read, "For you formed my inward parts. You covered me in my mother's womb." In verse 14 it is written that we are
"fearfully and wonderfully made."

In Song of Solomon is also written, "You are all fair my love, and there is no spot in you."
I think that this means that we are beautiful in His eyes, His Bride. I believe that it means that we are cleansed in Jesus' blood, and there is no spot. His Bride has "white" clothes.

Jesus is crushed by His love for His Bride. We look fine in His eyes. We make mistakes  but are cleansed by His blood. Sanctification is anything else. Jesus wants us to be free from things but His purpose is love.Through faith in Jesus we are saved. When Jesus loves His Bride, the Body of Christ, it is natural that He wants us have a relationship with the first love to Him - in love with God.

Song of Solomon is a good book showing a relationship between the Bride and Bridegroom. It is a close relation between Jesus and the Bride, that of a personal relation.  It is like the woman who was touched at His feet, crying because of His love. It was not a dry theology but a heart who was touched in the relation to Him. It was like a heart with life. A heart to heart relation. Jesus wants to be our Friend, simple and natural.

In Song of Solomon is written, " Oh, my dove in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the cliff, let me see your face, let me hear your voice, for your voice is sweet and your voice is lovely." Jesus loves when we speak to Him. In Song of Solomon we also see how He looks at His Bride - beautiful words to His Bride and also how the Bride is in love with the Bridegroom. Verses 10-16 begins with "My beloved is white and ruddy, chief among ten thousands."

Jesus wants to speak comfort with the inner voice, secrets and also tell us jokes when we listen. He speaks also to us through His Word, the Bible, which can be our daily Bread. Jesus loves all people and was willing to give all for us in deepest pain.

The cross, Jesus sufferings for us, is like a sermon of His love to us personally. The cross is also like a sermon about God's love, our heavenly Daddy's love to the world, willing to give the most precious He had for us. His Son has opened the way for us to have salvation. We could not do it ourselves but needed a Savior.

In John 3:16 is written, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life."

God is a God who cares about the world. He has shown us the greatest love.

1 John 4:8 "God is love."

Bob Jones' Testimony From His August 8, 1976 Death Experience - "Did You Learn to Love?" - (The Elijah List)

Bob Jones with Sandy Warner:
"Did You Learn to Love?" -
Bob Jones' Testimony From His
August 8, 1976 Death Experience
The Elijah List

Note from Sandy Warner:

This was transcribed from a conference held in Albany Oregon, 2006. Permission was given to post this. I have inserted the Scriptural references to Bob's comments at the bottom of his testimony. You may find the footnote (numbers) inserted into the transcription.

Word spoken by Bob Jones from a 2006 conference in Albany, Oregon - transcribed by Sandy Warner:

Bob JonesI was in pain on the earth and blood was shooting out of my mouth like a geyser.

And all of a sudden I wasn't in pain anymore. This Man, the Parakleet (1) stood by my side, the Holy Spirit, we started walking. And as we walked, I saw a Man who was white light. (2) All white light was around Him, but He was the whitest of all white lights.

He had His hands out. As I came into that white light, there came a feeling over me like I had never known before. I asked the Man beside me, "What is that?"

The Man (Holy Spirit) said, "It is the love of God." I said, "It's just so wonderful, it's so glorious." And He said, "That's what it is, it's the glory of God." I said, "How can it be both?" It's in John 17. The love I had with the Father, the glory I had with the Father. So that was the greatest experience I have ever had. Just enveloped in His glorious love. That's possible down here. The glory of God is coming and it is going to be in His glorious love.

I noticed another group of people on my left side and they had like a conveyor belt underneath them. And they were wrapped up in all different kinds of things. And I looked at them and I asked this Man, "Why are they wrapped up that way?" And He said, "They were wrapped up in the earth with their gods. It's the gods they worshipped on the earth, that followed them into death. They were on their way to Hell with their gods.

I saw a man wrapped up in dollar bills. I saw a man wrapped up in his sod or grass; his yard was his god. I saw a man that had no body, he was just one big head. He was an atheist, he worshipped himself; he was his own god and going to Hell with it.

I saw all manner of things who people worshipped on the earth; who they are going to spend eternity with. Well, I worshipped the Lord and I am going to spend eternity with Him. But these others that don't are going to spend eternity in total darkness with their god. And their gods will be their tormentors, not a hundred thousand years, but eternity.

So I looked at that line. It was so horrible, and everyone when they came there, they recognized Him. Their eyes got big, and everyone that is going to Hell has had a witness in one way or another that there is a God. And every one of them willingly denied Him. For each 2 in the line that I was in, there was 98 in the other line.
I watched the Lord speak to people that were coming there.

And He asked them only one question: "Did you learn to love?" He's not going to ask you what you did. If you learn to love you are going to do that which is right. Did you learn to love? (3) He would ask them that question and they would say, "Yes Lord," and He would kiss them right on the lips and embrace them and the double doors of His heart would open and they would go right on in.

Some of them had a lot of angels with them and they would go on in. The angels went in because they had testimonies; they helped people do things on the earth. They have no testimony until they help you do something. You are the ones that will judge angels by their rewards for what they helped you do. (4) They are more willing to help you do something, than you are willing to submit and let them help you do it.

As I came close to the Lord, I was thinking, "I learned to love. I'm OK, I'm going home." As I did, He held His hand up to me and said, "No I want you to go back." I told Him, "It was too hard to get here. I don't want to because I wasn't doing any good there." He said, "You are a liar, because you spoke My Words and My Words will always bring it to pass." I said, "Well nobody was believing it and it was painful."

He said, "Yes, and you have a cowardly nature too. [Up there, it's the truth.] (5) But you love. You had a heart for souls. I want you to go back. If you look at that line over there and then tell me you want to come in, I will bring you in."

I looked at that line and looked at their faces and said I would go back for one. I would go back and spend a day on a cross for one. He said, "I'm not sending you back for that. I'm sending you back to wake up the Church because I am going to bring a billion youth to Myself. In one of the greatest waves of all times. I'm going to honor Myself beyond anything that man can imagine. I want you to go back and touch the Church and speak to the Church of what I am going to do in these last days."

So I told Him I would come back.

I came back. I thought that when I come back into my body I would be healed. As I came back I saw 2 of the biggest angels I have ever seen. I know who they are. They are the resurrection angels. (6) And I saw the death spirit and he left when I came back in. And when I went back into the body I wasn't healed. The pain was there and I couldn't understand why. And I was gone probably for about 3 hours.

The pain was there and I said, "What's going on Lord?" And then I heard a phone ring. And I saw people answering the phone and they were saying, "Bob Jones needs prayer." And they would start praying and I felt better. And it was a Friday.

People kept praying and it kept increasing and increasing. And then people came over and prayed for me Friday night 'till the pain wasn't hardly there. And then Friday night, Saturday morning at three o'clock the last person quit praying for me. I could see who was praying for me. The pain was coming back and I thought, "Boy it's going to be a long time."

And then I saw an old sister who wasn't thought highly of in the church because she didn't take too many baths. She always sat in the last seat in back. And she cleaned offices for a living. She got up early in the morning and cleaned offices. And her phone rang and she answered it. She got up at three o'clock in the morning and started praying for me and I went to sleep.

And then she had to go to work at five, and others began to pray for me, so Saturday was pretty good. It went pretty well. People came over Saturday and I thought, "Well I know He sent me back down here to live." And prayer and intercession sure made the difference.

And Saturday night it went on pretty good until about three o'clock and all the other prayer ended. Except hers. She got up and went to praying for me again. She prayed for me until about seven o'clock. She didn't have to work on a Sunday. At seven o'clock was the worst time that I saw because there was no prayer. People were going to church.

And it was really bad until about 10:05. At ten o'clock, Viola asked me, "How are you doing?" I told her I was worse than I had ever been and I was swelling so bad I couldn't even get out of bed. At 10:05 I became totally normal, totally delivered. I got up and we went to church and I testified of it.

I found out the value of prayer. (7) And I found out the value of not having an opinion about saints. (8) I found out the value of ministry. (9) That one saint was able to void all of it to where I could sleep.

(2) John 8:12 NKJV - JESUS IS THE LIGHT
Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."

(3) 1 John 4:7-12 NKJV - IF YOU DO NOT LOVE YOU DO NOT KNOW GOD
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.

(4) 1 Cor 6:2 -3 NKJV - JUDGING THE ANGELS
Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Do you not know that we shall judge angels? How much more, things that pertain to this life?

(5) John 14:6 NKJV - ONLY THE TRUTH IS SPOKEN IN HEAVEN
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

John 17:17-19 NKJV
Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.

(6) Luke 24:3-6 NKJV - RESURRECTION ANGELS
Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. 5 Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen!"

(7) James 5:13-15 NKJV - PRAY
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.
1 Thess 5:16-18 NKJV
Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
2 Thess 3:1 NKJV
Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you,
1 Tim 2:8 NKJV
I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere,

(8) Mark 12:42-44 NKJV - OPINIONS OF PEOPLE
Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. 43 So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; 44 for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood."

(9) 2 Cor 1:3-5 NKJV - MINISTRY OF COMFORT
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ.
