"Be Refined: 'Would You Choose the Difficult Jobs in Life for My Kingdom?'"
Cindy Jacobs, Red Oak, TX

From the Desk of Steve Shultz:
Steve Shultz
Folks, we are posting a couple of vitally important words today...this one by Cindy Jacobs and another by Chuck Pierce and his team.
We are living in crucial days of the Kingdom.

In Cindy Jacobs' latest word of the Lord she shares:
Many of you have been feeling like you are in a pressure cooker, a crucible. The Lord would say to you, "My child, you are going to come out of this as pure gold, for this is a season of refining. This is a season where I am asking people: Would you choose the difficult jobs in life for My Kingdom? Would you be willing to go to the high places rather than to walk in low places where you just get by and you just take care of yourself and a few others?

Now that's a potent word from the Lord! Many are being refined to take on the greatest challenges in our day and bring Godly solutions to them.

Be encouraged and enjoy this awesome word from Cindy Jacobs! (To Subscribe to the Elijah List subscribe here.)

"Be Refined: 'Would You Choose the Difficult Jobs in Life for My Kingdom?'"
Cindy Jacobs, Red Oak, TX

Many of you have been feeling like you are in a pressure cooker, a crucible. The Lord would say to you, "My child, you are going to come out of this as pure gold, for this is a season of refining. This is a season where I am asking people: Would you choose the difficult jobs in life for My Kingdom? Would you be willing to go to the high places rather than to walk in low places where you just get by and you just take care of yourself and a few others?

Don't be Content with the Small Life

"Ask Me for nations; ask Me for large things. Don't be content with living a small life. I want you to live a large life, for I have plans for you. I have destinies for you!

"I want you to be willing to step up to a higher level. It's time to go higher, not lower. I will let you choose what you want to do, but you will not fulfill the highest on your own. You might do My good will or My acceptable will, but you will not come to the perfect will that I have set for your life," says the Lord.

The Lord says, "If you have run with the horsemen and you are weary, then what will you do with the flooding of the Jordan? In the crucible time, in this time, My eyes are running to and fro. My eyes are searching to see those who I can use, those who I can trust, those who I can call upon to change situations that are difficult. I'm going to pour out an anointing upon the Jeremiahs of this generation, but it's going to take strength. It's going to take courage. It's going to take more than you have.
Intentionally Being a Person of Presence

"It's a time to pull into Me," says the Lord. "It's a time to crawl into My presence if you have to. It's a time to be intentional about being a person of presence, a person who spends time with Me, a person of intimacy; because if you do not crawl into that place in the cleft of the rock and let Me cover you with My hand, many of you will not be able to do what you could do.

"Don't whine and don't pity yourself when the crucible time comes," the Lord says, "for I promise you, only the wheat, the hay, and the chaff will burn off you. It will not be those things that are lasting. As the fires of opposition come know this: if you were not going the right way, there would be no fires of opposition. Take it as a challenge. Rise up and say, 'No. the greater One lives in me. This will not take me under. I'm going over. I'm going to be a champion in life. I am called to be victorious. I am called to triumph.'"

Come Up to a Higher Place

The Lord would say to you, "Come up to Me. Come up to a higher place. Don't live in the low place, the weeds, the places of opposition where satan wants you to be. Come up to Me in the throne room. Come up to Me in the heavenly places. Come and sit beside Me, My son and daughter. If you will do that, you will begin to look down from that high place onto this opposition that is only temporary. It is not an eternal thing. You are an eternal being. You are not meant just to go under the things of the world. You are called to be an overcomer.

"I am releasing a comforting anointing right now to you. Even as you listen to this, there is a power of comfort. I am the God of all comfort. I am the Good Shepherd. I am the God who loves you. I am the God who leads you beside still waters and green pastures. I will cause you to come to a place where you say, 'Surely my cup is overflowing. Surely You are good. Surely goodness and mercy follow me all the days in my life.' You will dwell in My house one day."

But the Lord would say, "I want to say, 'Good and faithful servant.' I want to say, 'Yes, you did everything I called you to do.' Do not lose heart in the crucible times, for you will come out of this as pure gold." (To Subscribe to the Elijah List subscribe here.)

God bless you.

Let's Make a Difference Together in 2016 In the Line of Fire - DR. MICHAEL BROWN CHARISMA NEWS

Dr. Michael Brown is called to serve as a "voice of moral, cultural, and spiritual revolution."
Dr. Michael Brown is called to serve as a "voice of moral, cultural, and spiritual revolution." (Dr. Michael Brown)

Let's Make a Difference Together in 2016

A couple of months ago a woman named Lola posted these gracious words on the AskDrBrown Facebook page: "Thank you for being a voice of intelligence and reason in this very ignorant mess that has become Christianity. Every time I listen to you I feel hopeful that all is not lost in Christendom. Again, thank you."
Those words warmed my heart, and they echo what people tell me wherever I travel in America or around the world. With a big smile (and sometimes with tears) people of all ages say to me, "Thanks so much for being our voice! Don't ever stop what you're doing."
This is a sacred responsibility, and it is something I take quite seriously, as I know that the Lord has called me to serve as a voice of moral, cultural, and spiritual revolution — as your voice.
What a privilege and honor.
You see, every one of us has a specific calling and function, and every one of us is anointed by God to fulfill the calling He has laid upon us.
There are no superstars in God's kingdom, just servants.
Many of the Corinthians were new believers who were impressed with big names and dynamic personalities. That's why Paul wrote to them, "I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth" (1 Cor. 3:6-7).
I have been given an assignment from the Lord, and that assignment is to be a voice, a voice for the Lord, and a voice for you.
And so, when I appear on a secular TV show like Piers Morgan, I'm not thinking about doing well for myself. I'm thinking about representing the Lord well.
I'm also thinking about representing each of you well, saying what you would want to say if you had the opportunity to speak in that setting.
And just as there are many things you can do that I could never do, there are things I can do that you could never do.
That's what makes us a body and a family, and only by working together can we see our ultimate goals fulfilled.
And so, just as I serve as a voice, each of you help to amplify that voice, which becomes our voice together.
On this website alone, some of my articles have been shared more than 150,000 times, with one article being shared more than 360,000 times. You did that, not me.
The AskDrBrown Facebook page reaches multiplied millions every day (as many as 50 million in a single week) with up to 5 million actively engaged over the course of a week (meaning, people who are liking, sharing, or commenting on a post).
Again, you are making that happen, and while I may sow the seed, you are the ones watering it by sharing these messages with others.
As a result, within minutes, what we've done together reaches tens of thousands, and within hours, reaches millions.
That is what I call teamwork!
Because my heart burns to see God's purposes on the earth advanced at this critical time in history, I speak and write day and night.
In the last 12 months, we posted more than 140 articles on the Charisma Newswebsite. These are written as a labor of love with no monetary compensation.
Our AskDrBrown YouTube channel now has more than 360 videos, and we are producing as many as three new videos each week.
We have also posted more than 125 Jewish outreach videos on our Real Messiah YouTube channel.
We have done more than 500 hours of daily radio in 2015, with every show posted online for free, without any subscription fee.
We have brought the message of revival, revolution, and reformation to cities across America as well as to numerous foreign countries.
We have broadcast the "Answering Your Toughest Questions" show on NRB TV, potentially reaching more than 40 million homes.
But all this is just scratching the surface, and what previously felt like the ceiling is really the floor to the next level of effectiveness in the years ahead.
Join with me to make a radical difference in 2016! You can help amplify my voice.
We have invitations to be on more radio stations across America.
We have the opportunity to produce new, cutting-edge TV shows that will equip you to respond to the most critical issues of the day.
We have major plans for front-line Jewish outreach, in America, Israel, and around the world.
We want to post timely YouTube videos on a daily basis as the news happens.
We are at the gate, poised and ready to go, and with your help, we can change the world together.
And so, if you believe in the work we are doing and long to have your voice heard in 2016, please consider making a year-end, tax-deductible donation to our ministry.
I give you my word that every dollar will be used to advance the cause of the kingdom and not a dime will go into my own pocket.
Thank you so much for your support, your encouragement, and your faithfulness to the Lord.
I am excited to see what God will do as we work together in 2016.

STANDING FOR TRUTH IN A WORLD OF DECEPTION
- Now Think On This – Book 4

Here are more encouraging messages written by Steve Martin for the Love For His People and Now Think On This blogs. They cover a variety of topics to encourage you, believers in Jesus, to stand strong in your daily walk, firmly committed for His plans and purposes in our nations. As the Lord would give Steve a word or two in his spirit, he would begin to write.

With a prophetic and inspirational edge, these messages will be an encouragement to you to stand clear in your faith, fulfill the call on your life, and be a light to the nations, beginning within your own family and to those around you. These simple words are meant to be an addition to your daily Bible reading and prayer time.

While the days growing darker, each of us must be built up in the faith of our forefathers and the Jewish writers of the Written Word, as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. We must stand strong for truth in this world of deception which increasingly surrounds us.

I Am Releasing My Glory Through Rough, Unpolished Diamonds In The Earth - Bill Yount

                                Rough and Uncut, finished diamonds

I Am Releasing My Glory

Through Rough, Unpolished Diamonds In The Earth

Posted: 25 Oct 2015  BILL YOUNT

Diamonds In The Rough Are Rising In Demand In The Jewelry Market and In God's Kingdom.

I read an article published by The Wall Street Journal with the title, "'Rough' diamonds -- some looking more like gravel than gems -- edge into the jewelry market." Here are some excerpts taken from that article, "A new look in diamond jewelry is on the rise...Known as rough diamonds, these are the stones in their natural state, before they've been cut with the facets that give diamonds the sparkle, brilliance and clarity they are known for...Luxury consumers are maturing "beyond the 'look at me' phase."

As I read this article I sensed the Father saying, "I'll buy that. Many of My people have hindered My glory from moving throughout the earth. They have become enamored with perfection, waiting to be cut just perfectly before they think the world will see Me in them. Many have become like diamonds waiting to be cut and polished until no earthly resemblance is left in them. Many then get stranded inside of My house thinking if they go into the world, something earthly could stain and cause My shine to fade."

"But now, I am releasing My glory into the earth as I release My diamonds in the rough. Many of these vessels who seem more 'earthy' than others will begin to shine even brighter as My glory pierces through these cracked and seemingly broken vessels. The defects in some earthen vessels will actually give way to more of My glory shining through them."

The most valuable fine cut diamonds in the world can only be seen in museums under lock and key and can never be touched by human hands. Diamonds in the "rough" can turn up anywhere and can be touched by anyone. Be careful who you think has a lot of earth left in them after they are redeemed...there may be a larger diamond under all that earth!

2 Corinthians 4:7, "If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives. That's to prevent anyone from confusing God's incomparable power with us. As it is, there's not much chance of that. You know for yourselves that we're not much to look at..." ( Message Bible )

"Practicing His Presence – In Our Daily Experiences" Rick Joyner, Fort Mill, SC

The Elijah List Oct. 4, 2015
Brother Lawrence
Brother Lawrence was born Nicolas Herman in 1614 in the region of Lorraine in France. As a young man his poverty compelled him to join the army and fight in the Thirty Years' War. One day while beholding a barren tree in winter, he had a remarkable conversion experience. Like the tree, he felt dead but held on to the hope that God had a life for him. As he pondered this, the knowledge of God's faithfulness and love flooded his soul. He said that this experience gave him a supernatural clarity into natural, common sight.

After being injured while in the military, he took a job as a valet. He later joined the Discalced Carmelite Priory in Paris, taking the religious name, "Lawrence of the Resurrection." Not having the education necessary to become a cleric, he spent most of his life within the walls of the priory doing the most common labor, working in the kitchen or repairing sandals.

In the religious circles of the time, a belief prevailed that one had to suffer and work through formulas to please God and find His grace. This is what originally compelled Lawrence to join the priory. He felt he must suffer for his failures. However, over time his "supernatural clarity" led him to simply worship the Lord in all that he did, even in the most mundane tasks. This led to one of the most remarkable lives of the peace and joy that we are promised in His Kingdom.

By Lawrence's own admission, it took years of difficult and tedious devotion for him to experience the Lord's presence continually. Even so, his perseverance paid off. He gradually began to experience His presence and see the Lord's glory in all of his labors and daily experiences. He was subjected to great drudgery because of his low position, but it was said that he became happier than a king. In this way he ennobled all labor, treating it as sacred when done as unto the Lord. (Photo via Wikipedia)
Brother Lawrence became so well known for his profound peace and joy that people from all stations in life started coming to him to seek spiritual guidance. The wisdom he communicated through these conversations and in letters became the basis for the book, The Practice of the Presence of God. Father Joseph de Beaufort compiled this work after Brother Lawrence died in 1691. It became popular among Catholics and Protestants alike, impacting such great lights as John Wesley and A.W. Tozer.

Some of Brother Lawrence's Wisdom
"The time of business does not differ with me from the time of prayer; and in the noise and clatter of my kitchen, while several persons are at the same time calling for different things, I possess God in as great tranquility as if I were upon my knees before the Blessed Sacrament."
"The Church's only road to the perfection of Christ is faith."
"Many things are possible for the person who has hope. Even more is possible for the person who has faith. Still more is possible for the person who has love. Nothing is impossible for the person who has all three." (Photo via Pixabay)
"We need to learn to be faithful in dry times. It is during those dry spells that God tests our love for Him. We should take advantage of those times to practice our determination and our surrender to Him."
"Our sanctification does not depend as much on changing our activities as it does doing them for God rather than for ourselves."
"The Lord is not so impressed with the dimensions of our work as much as He is with the love with which it is done."
"To be sure that we are doing God's will we must develop faith, hope and love."
Brother Lawrence insisted that constantly being aware of God's presence is necessary to form the habit of continually talking with Him. He asked for help every time he needed it, and it was his experience that God never failed to provide aid. The foundation of Brother Lawrence's spiritual life was the faith that revealed to him the exalted position of Christ.
