Hebrew Music Monday ✡ "Upon the Mountains Announcing Peace" - JERUSALEM265

How pleasant are the footsteps of the herald upon the mountains announcing peace, heralding good tidings, announcing salvation, saying unto Zion,
'Your God has reigned!'

Jerusalem Inspiration

The first Hebrew word most people learn is “Shalom” שלום - which has three meanings: Hello, Goodbye and Peace. The root of the word is very significant in Hebrew as it describes someone or something that is complete or perfect. When we say goodbye to someone in Hebrew we bless them, “Lech Le-shalom”-לך לְשָׁלוֹם – literally “go in peace.”  There are many ways to speak about God and one of them is, “the One who makes peace in the heavens”- or as we say in prayer, “oseh shalom bi-meromav”- עוֹשֶׁה שָׁלוֹם במרומיו.  The blessing of peace will bring us all to perfection! Bring blessing into your home with a beautiful 'Blessing For the Home' from Meir Panim.

Sing Along it's Music Monday

Hebrew Music Monday: Beautiful Psalm to Song ✡ "God Appeared to Abram" - ISRAEL365

God appeared to Abram, and said unto him: ‘I am God Almighty; walk before Me, and be wholehearted.
And I will make My covenant between Me and thee.’

Today's Israel Inspiration

Let's journey back in time to the home of Abraham, the first Jew, who settled in Hebron, south of Jerusalem, soon after his arrival in the Holy Land over 3,000 years ago. This is where God appeared to Abraham, and monotheism burst forth to the world. Today, the peace and Godliness of Abraham is under attack by Arab neighbors taught to hate and kill, last week murdering a 13 year old Jewish girl in her bed, and killing a Jewish father in front of his children. Why is holy Hebron a frequent terror target? Learn about the history of Hebron, and connect your heart and soul to the city of Abraham during these trying times.

Hebrew Music Monday:
"The Humble"

Listen to the beautiful words of Psalm 69: "The humble have seen it and will be glad; you who seek God let your heart revive." In a reverent rendition by musician Chaim David. you'll connect to Psalms in the holy language of Hebrew.

In Messianic Era, Israel’s Borders Will Encompass the World

The Messianic age will feature an Israel that encompasses the entire world. Haters of Israel can interpret this in a negative light, but the truth is a utopian vision of universal brotherhood.
