During Sam Kumar's childhood in India, his faith-filled father dedicated him and his four brothers to five continents. Later in life, Kumar's father told him that his continent was Africa, but Kumar has been preparing the way for revival all over the world like a "John the Baptist."
Kumar, who later helped to establish relationships for the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) in India, leads India Center for Revival in South India. With two master's degrees from Regent University, he is well-prepared to serve the body of Christ in the 55 countries to which he has traveled to study revival.
Persecution has increased in his home country, church buildings are being burnt, and pastors and believers are being attacked. But God is moving among His people in that great land.
"We have a great move of God that's birthing in India," Kumar said. "We sense an unusual unity with the churches and the pastors. Our leaders are coming together to pray for revival, and we are praying for a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit in India."
As a child, he didn't understand everything that was happening in his home—his brother once appeared to be dead when the angels took him to heaven for four hours—but the Holy Spirit was clearly at work.
"God placed the burden for the world in our hearts," he said. "When we were kids, we didn't know all this. All we knew was we were dedicated to the continents and to the nations."
After attending Bible college in India, he came to America in 1991 to study at Elim Bible Institute in New York with just $20 in his pocket. Along the way, God taught Kumar that he has many people to pray and provide for him, and in large part because of that provision, he has been able to travel the globe.
Kumar says God is setting up "revival hubs" all around the world. The Lord has led him to do "Spirit-led research" on revival and says, "He wants us to pray so that we are prepared."
He observes that there have been revivals in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Chile, Korea and India, among other places where God is moving, and he expects to see more.
Although Kumar has observed changes in America, he affirms the fact that this country was dedicated to God at Cape Henry, Virginia, on April 29, 1607. God led Kumar to Cape Henry when CBN celebrated the 400th anniversary of that dedication in 2007.
"God was reminding me that this was a nation that was dedicated to God," Kumar says, adding, "God's purposes will be fulfilled. When you give it to God, it's in His hands."
Revival is ever on Kumar's heart and mind, and it was the day he visited Cape Henry too.
"One of the things God spoke to us is that there would be flames of revival in the last days," he said.
Kumar is among those praying that God will again visit the United States.
"God's hand will be on this country and heal this land," he says.
Kumar also believes when God uses you, you become "a nobody," and that God is working in all denominations.
"I met with the Catholics in Rome. God opened doors to share in the Moravian Church." He has seen revival among Methodists and Presbyterians and says, "There is no way there's going to be revival without Catholics."
Although Kumar is "more from the Pentecostal line," he didn't really care for the word "Pentecostal" until he realized more fully what it meant and how it related to revival.
"I think God is bringing all the Christians together (in) unity," he says. "Revival is global. Revival is, 'I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh' (Acts 2:17)."

You Can Impact Israeli Terror Victims With This Simple Act - JONATHAN FELDSTEIN CHARISMA NEWS

Standing With Israel
In the past week, Israel has experienced several terror attacks and attempted attacks. Two Israelis were murdered in particularly evil and grotesque ways.
Thirteen-year-old Hallel Ariel was stabbed to death in her sleep by a terrorist who broke into her house. She had just finished her year-end dance recital in Jerusalem the night before and was sleeping in.
Her life and her future, and all her parents' hopes for her, were snuffed out by the hands of a teenage Palestinian Arab terrorist who was inspired to hate and murder by the incitement that's pervasive in that society, and which the Palestinian Authority president celebrates. The mother of the terrorist praised him and his "martyrdom." Hallel could have been any of our daughters.
Rabbi Miki Mark, a 48-year-old father of 10, was shot to death when a Palestinian Arab car overtook his car, opening fire that killed him immediately and caused his car to overturn. His wife was critically wounded as were their two children in the back seat. As he was being buried, his wife woke up in the hospital from a coma, and is still in critical condition. His daughter was transported by an emergency vehicle from the hospital to the funeral.
At Rabbi Mark's funeral, his children wept through eulogies, thanking him for raising them with the strength and faith to get them through this loss.  Yet, some students present cried out for revenge. Family members vocally opposed this and asked them to stop and leave.
Rabbi Mark's daughter-in-law responded to similar sentiments on social media, writing that after the shooting, "I really have to tell you that the first to arrive at the scene was a Palestinian vehicle with an Arab couple who exited and took care of my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. They gave them a cell phone to call (the authorities), and stayed with them in those difficult moments."
These have been horrible days. Many more have been wounded, and there are dozens of newly bereaved family members now mourning their losses. But there is hope in that a Palestinian Arab couple stopped to help the victims, citing their humanity and they would do it for anyone.
Similarly, as I waited with hundreds of people along the route of Rabbi Mark's funeral procession, despite the tension that's very thick right now, a Palestinian Arab driver stopped and said to one of my neighbors, "It's not your fault and it's not my fault," seemingly disavowing the murders, and also noting that we are human and this should not be happening to us.
Despite these glimmers of hope, the reality is that whether these expressions of humanity from our Arab neighbors represent the majority or not, by being public about this, they risk becoming victims at the hands of their own extremist neighbors. I don't believe they represent the majority, but we have to thank God that they exist.
And despite these glimmers of hope, the mood is one of fear, sadness, bewilderment and anger.  Dozens of family members of the recent victims are in shock. They are still observing a formal period of mourning, yet when that ends, they will be left to cope with their loss.
Due to the 2001 brutal murder of another 13-year-old, Koby Mandell, his parents also responded with love to turn his death into a way to help bereaved families like theirs. They established the Koby Mandell Foundation, which provides therapeutic healing programs for women and children who have lost a husband, child or sibling through terror or tragedy. Over the years, thousands of Israelis have been helped and strengthened by a wide range of programs and services, healing broken hearts and invisible scars.
Unfortunately, in Israel, there's no end in sight to the hate and terror that continues. In the past year alone there have been dozens of victims of terror murdered, hundreds injured and many hundreds more bereaved family members. And because of the ongoing plague of terror, thousands of Israelis who have previously suffered loss are feeling a renewed and increased sense of fear and insecurity.
This has caused a greater demand for the Koby Mandell Foundation's therapeutic programs, and a stretch in the resources needed to provide these. But the impact that's made is life changing. As one young mother whose husband was killed several months ago said recently at a healing retreat for bereaved women, "I found the me that I thought had no longer existed."
People call and email me all the time, asking what can be done. Because of the seemingly endless wave of terror that's ongoing, I want to share two opportunities.
First, you can join the Koby Mandell Foundation and make a direct and tangible difference today by making a donation at www.kobymandell.org
No less significant, you can pray. Not just pray in your prayer closet or at church, but through the Koby Mandell Foundation, you can send your prayers to the mourners. In Jewish tradition, the month immediately after burial of a loved one is a period of mourning during which it is customary for friends and even total strangers to visit and comfort the mourners.
While you can't be there in person, you can still comfort and send your prayers to them at prayers@kobymandell.org. The response so far has been heartwarming and indeed is a blessing to the families, and all of Israel.
The comfort and strength you'll provide by sending your prayers will be invaluable as the families emerge from a formal period of mourning and begin to restore their lives. Please share this opportunity with your church and your friends. Together, we can provide an outpouring of love that overcomes the hate inspired terror to which they have fallen victim.
God says that He will bless those who bless Israel. Blessing Israel has no boundaries. Sending your prayers today to prayers@kobymandell.org, and sharing this with others will be a blessing and comfort that also knows no boundaries.
If you'd like to note who your prayer is for please do so, or if it's not specific we will deliver to both families. We pray that these will be the last families of terror victims who ever need your prayers. Please provide your name, email and mailing address should the families wish to acknowledge you personally.
If you have a heart for Israel, please align your heart with God's heart when He says, "Comfort, O comfort My People, says your God" (Is. 40:1).

America Has Become A Lawless Nation – Hillary Clinton Magically Cleared By The FBI - Michael Snyder THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

Hillary Clinton - Photo by Nathania Johnson

Posted: 05 Jul 2016 Michael Snyder  THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE BLOG

It is hard to be proud to be an American today after watching FBI director James Comey magically clear Hillary Clinton of all wrongdoing.  Sadly, Comey is likely to go down in history as the man that struck the final death blow to the rule of law in America.  During his address to the media, Comey admitted that Clinton sent or received 110 emails in 52 email chains that contained classified material at the time they were sent.  But of course there were probably many more.

Comey told the press that it was “likely that there are other work-related emails that they did not produce … that are now gone because they deleted all emails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices.”

So basically Clinton turned over to the FBI whatever she felt like turning over, and then she destroyed the rest of the evidence.  As a former lawyer, this infuriates me, but it doesn’t surprise me.

In fact, it doesn’t surprise me at all that Hillary Clinton was allowed to skate.  I expected this all along.  If you search the thousands of articles that I have posted on The Economic Collapse Blog and End Of The American Dream, you will find many articles where I say that Hillary Clinton should be in prison, but not a single one where I ever said that I thought she would be going to prison.

This is how politics in America works today.  People like Bill and Hillary Clinton could openly sacrifice children to Satan on the White House lawn and still probably not get into trouble.  Despite scandal after scandal going all the way back to Arkansas in the 1980s, nothing ever sticks to them, and nothing probably ever will.

In this case, FBI director James Comey essentially had to rewrite federal law in order to clear Clinton.  This is something that Andrew McCarthy explained very well in his article entitled “FBI Rewrites Federal Law to Let Hillary Off the Hook”
There is no way of getting around this: According to Director James Comey (disclosure: a former colleague and longtime friend of mine), Hillary Clinton checked every box required for a felony violation of Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18): With lawful access to highly classified information she acted with gross negligence in removing and causing it to be removed it from its proper place of custody, and she transmitted it and caused it to be transmitted to others not authorized to have it, in patent violation of her trust. Director Comey even conceded that former Secretary Clinton was “extremely careless” and strongly suggested that her recklessness very likely led to communications (her own and those she corresponded with) being intercepted by foreign intelligence services.
—–
In essence, in order to give Mrs. Clinton a pass, the FBI rewrote the statute, inserting an intent element that Congress did not require. The added intent element, moreover, makes no sense: The point of having a statute that criminalizes gross negligence is to underscore that government officials have a special obligation to safeguard national defense secrets; when they fail to carry out that obligation due to gross negligence, they are guilty of serious wrongdoing. The lack of intent to harm our country is irrelevant. People never intend the bad things that happen due to gross negligence.
The amazing thing is that the FBI handled a highly similar case very, very differently less than a year ago.  Just check out what happened to Naval reservist Bryan Nishimura
U.S. Magistrate Judge Kendall J. Newman immediately sentenced Nishimura to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials. Nishimura was further ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.
According to court documents, Nishimura was a Naval reservist deployed in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008. In his role as a Regional Engineer for the U.S. military in Afghanistan, Nishimura had access to classified briefings and digital records that could only be retained and viewed on authorized government computers. Nishimura, however, caused the materials to be downloaded and stored on his personal, unclassified electronic devices and storage media. He carried such classified materials on his unauthorized media when he traveled off-base in Afghanistan and, ultimately, carried those materials back to the United States at the end of his deployment. In the United States, Nishimura continued to maintain the information on unclassified systems in unauthorized locations, and copied the materials onto at least one additional unauthorized and unclassified system.
Nishimura’s actions came to light in early 2012, when he admitted to Naval personnel that he had handled classified materials inappropriatelyNishimura later admitted that, following his statement to Naval personnel, he destroyed a large quantity of classified materials he had maintained in his home. Despite that, when the Federal Bureau of Investigation searched Nishimura’s home in May 2012, agents recovered numerous classified materials in digital and hard copy forms. The investigation did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel.
So what is the difference between Nishimura and Clinton?

Neither of them ever intended to do anything wrong.

So why were they treated so differently?

Needless to say, social media is exploding with outrage over this decision to let Clinton go free.  Many Americans are openly asking why they should continue to play by the rules if politicians like Hillary Clinton are not required to do so.

Unfortunately, this is what America has become.  Our politicians are a reflection of who we are as a society, and as I have stated before Hillary Clinton is going to be the overwhelming favorite if there is an election in November.  At this moment, she has solid leads in all of the “swing states”, and she only really needs to win one of them
Perhaps you enjoy talk of battleground states. Well, there’s a scenario for you, too. First, pick the six “closest” swing states (VA, NH, IA, OH, FL, NC). Got it? Now understand that New Hampshire excepted, Clinton only has to win one of them in order to reach the requisite 270 electoral votes to win. (Optional third step for Republicans only: start shotgunning Pabst Blue Ribbon and don’t stop until November.)
Lest any Trump supporters seek solace in poll numbers, recent polls have Trump sliding further behind in all the relevant swing states. According to a Ballotpedia battleground poll released last week, Trump trails by 14% in Florida, 4% in Iowa, 10% in North Carolina, 9% in Ohio, and 7% in Virginia.
Hillary Clinton is a horrible, evil, miserable human being, and right now she is the odds-on favorite to become the next president of the United States.

But ultimately it is the American people that are to blame for blindly supporting corrupt politicians such as Clinton, and if they willingly pick her to be our next president then we will certainly deserve whatever consequences follow.

In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened.

The Great Flood during the time of Biblical Noah is one of the most widely known passages from the Bible. Here is an amazing detail that you may not have known. According to many Jewish teachings, the effects of the flood were less severe in the Land of Israel. Why did God choose to spare the holy land? Rabbi Shneur Zalman teaches that the purpose of the flood was to purify the world of its corruption, but the Land of Israel is intrinsically pure and it is impossible to corrupt. Not only is Israel's earth pure, its air is even said to have a soothing, serene quality.  Imagine yourself here in the Holy Land, and enjoy its soothing benefits with a variety of Exotic Tea Blends.

Did Yeshua Give us a 'New' Covenant, or a 'Renewed' Covenant? - Brian Hennessy ISRAEL TODAY

Did Yeshua Give us a 'New' Covenant, or a 'Renewed' Covenant?

Wednesday, July 06, 2016 |  Brian Hennessy  ISRAEL TODAY
When God announced the New Covenant through Jeremiah, He said "I will put My law within them, and on their heart I will write it" (Jer. 31:33). Well, it seems some Christians take those words to mean God puts His Holy Spirit within us so we can now keep all 613 commands of the Old Covenant.
In short, they see the New Covenant as simply a renewal of the Mt. Sinai contract. Although they acknowledge that a few commandments, those pertaining to animal sacrifice, stoning, banishment, circumcision etc., are outdated and should be understood spiritually now. They accept all this even though God specifically said the New Covenant is "NOT LIKE THE COVENANT which I made with the fathers when I brought them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke" (Jer. 31:31).
So is the New Covenant just a renewal of the Old Covenant? Or is this movement just a renewal of the legalism that Paul continually waged war against in his epistles? Surely it’s the latter. For the writer of Hebrews couldn’t have made God’s intentions any clearer concerning the passing away of the Old Covenant: "When He said a new covenant, He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old, is ready to disappear" (Heb. 8:13).
For centuries the issue of the Law lay dormant following the expulsion of the Jews by Rome. The entire temple complex had been destroyed and the Levitical priesthood ceased to function. What’s more, the center of Christianity had shifted from Jerusalem to Rome, so there was no longer a Pharisaic authority to try and impose the Mosaic Law upon "Gentile" believers. Or intimidate Jewish believers into going back to their divinely-given religion of types and shadows.
But with Israel’s rebirth the whole confusion has come roaring back to life. Many believers, in their excitement upon discovering the Hebraic roots of their faith, have started to live what they call a "Torah-observant lifestyle." Some see it as a way to more fully embrace their heritage and draw closer to the Jewish people. Others embrace it as a fitting religious replacement for a Christianity they now see as a corruption of the faith preached by the apostles.
The result is a rapidly growing hybrid religion that could be termed 'New Covenant Judaism' (as distinct from Rabbinic Judaism, the other hybrid version of the Mosaic Law that the Jewish community has practiced since the destruction of the temple).
Of course, this blending of covenant practices is no less devastating to our life in Messiah now then in the First Century when Paul warned: "Are you so foolish? Having begun with the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?...If righteousness comes through [practicing] the Law, then Messiah died needlessly" (Gal. 3:3; 2:21).
The New Covenant cannot be a renewal of the Mosaic religion because it’s not a religion. Instead it provides a new relationship with God based on our faith. And we know "the Law is not of faith" (Gal 3:12). And that’s just for openers. The New Covenant gives us eternal life. The Old Covenant was "a ministry of death" (2 Cor. 3:7). The New Covenant responds in love. The Old Covenant demanded an eye for an eye. The New Covenant gives us power over sin. The Old Covenant gave sin power over us (Rom. 5:20). The New Covenant makes us saints. The Old Covenant made us sinners. The New Covenant declares us righteous. The Old Covenant brought us into judgment. The New Covenant makes us sons of God and heirs. The Old Covenant left us slaves and outcasts from the promises (Galatians 4:21-31).
What many believers fail to grasp is that the Mosaic Law was never God’s main covenant with Israel. God’s main covenant was the one He made with Abraham based on a promise.
In Galatians, Paul gives a short lesson on covenant contracts, reminding us that when one is ratified "no one sets it aside or adds conditions to it." Therefore, the Law which came 430 years later did not replace, set aside or modify that original covenant promise to Abraham. If it had, the inheritance would now be based on Israel’s obedience to the Law – not on God’s promise. "But God gave it to Abraham by means of a promise" (Gal 4:15-18).
"Why the Law then?" Paul asks. "It was added because of transgressions, until the seed would come to whom the promise had been made" (Gal. 3:18,19). "It was "added…until" Messiah because Israel had an underlying sin problem that needed to be revealed. The Law was in essence a temporary measure to show we had a congenital obedience problem and needed a savior.
With Yeshua’s death, Israel received a new covenant in his blood. The Old Covenant, having served its purpose, was retired. Yeshua had fulfilled all the types and shadows that had pointed to him. He had redeemed God’s people from the curse we’d incurred for failure to keep the Law. And he’d put a new spirit within us so we could love God and our neighbor from the heart - which was the whole intent of the Law.
For believers seeking to keep Yahweh’s Torah commandment today, here it is: "It was for freedom that Messiah set us free [from the Mosaic Law]; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery" (Gal. 5:1).
