‘Incredibly Significant’: One Man’s Quest for the Ark of the Covenant Takes Him Beneath the Temple Mount
July 5, 2019  CBN News Chris Mitchell, Julie Stahl
JERUSALEM, Israel - For centuries, the search for the Ark of the Covenant has captured the imagination of movie makers, archeologists and even a queen of England.  Legends have placed the Ark in such faraway places as Ethiopia or Ireland.
Researcher and author Harry Moskoff took CBN News through the Western Wall tunnels, up to the ramparts of the Temple Mount and into the chambers surrounding Judaism’s holiest site.  His book, The A.R.K Report, chronicles his two-decade quest to find the legendary icon.
He says one theory is that it was taken out of the Temple and carried to Jericho eighteen miles away.
“It says in Jeremiah that some of the vessels of the Temple were exited, sort of escaped as it were, through this area at the destruction of the First Temple,” he explained.
Moskoff took CBN News to the spot where he believes the Ark really lies.
Moskoff believes a key clue lies behind a 570-ton rock and says high tech search tools give credence to his theory.
“Two years ago, there were tests done by the University of Nebraska, sonar tests…using electromagnetic waves.  They actually found what’s called a storage space across from here,” said Moskoff.
“So actually, there was a purpose for putting this giant stone, this massive slab here.  One of the reasons, in my opinion, is to protect whatever it is on the other side.  And according to my theory of where the Ark was actually buried by King Josiah, I think it was 568 BC – in back of these boulders, these massive stones,” he said.
Underneath the Temple Mount lie dozens of underground tunnels and chambers.
“Back then, a 150 years ago, Charles Warren went in and actually did a survey,” Moskoff said, adding that political tensions prevent anyone from excavating underneath the Temple Mount today.
“No one’s been allowed to even put a shovel, nothing.  But, basically, they were the ones that surveyed the whole area and they were the ones who picked out the tunnels...They couldn’t find the Ark.”
Warren, a British explorer, documented those tunnels at the request of Queen Victoria. He was just one of many throughout history looking for the Ark.
“When people like the Crusaders and the Knights Templar, even the Palestine Exploration Fund, which was originally commissioned by Queen Victoria, came over the centuries to look for the Ark, what they were looking for was a golden box with the staves.  But what they really should have been looking for is a room.  They could have been right up against the wall and on the other side of the wall is the Ark,” said Moskoff.
Moskoff believes the original Holy of Holies had another chamber directly beneath it.
“Actually, in the blueprint itself of the First Temple, a chamber should be built [exactly] the same [as the] Holy of Holies, exactly the same level of holiness as the one just above it.  It was set up right from the beginning to house the Ark, with the golden floor and everything,” he said.
Moskoff explained that Solomon built the Holy of Holies so that the Ark could go below it.
He believes the Ark will be revealed one day.
“Timing is incredibly important, incredibly significant.  Obviously, it’s a groundbreaking, game-changing, biblical type of discovery.  My personal opinion is that when it does happen it won’t be in a clandestine way.  Where we are sneaking through these tunnels, you know what I mean, and we’re bringing it out under the cover of darkness.  It will be a great occasion and will help bring the Messiah.  It will be something all nations will really rejoice in,” the researcher explained.
Moskoff credits Indiana Jones and Raiders of the Lost Ark for the renewed interest.
“There are some things they got right about the power of the Ark…and its destructive forces shouldn’t get into the wrong hands."
Moskoff wants the world to know that the Ark is more than just a piece of history.
“It’s a real thing. Just like it did 2700 years ago it still exists today.  It’s got the broken tablets that Moses crashed down there at Mt. Sinai and the second tablets.  It really does exist.  We’re really going to see it hopefully in our lifetime again.  It is a catalyst for the Messiah to come."
Until it is revealed, the Ark of the Covenant built by Moses in the wilderness will continue to fascinate the world.

Been Offended? - Now Think On This by Steve Martin

Been Offended?

"A brother offended is harder to win than a strong city, and contentions are like the bars of a castle.” Proverbs 18:19, NKJV

It happened again. Just after we finished the worship team practice for the Sunday morning gathering. An offense sent my way. Just great.

And it happened then, on the Friday before, a few hours before we were to meet for the first time in The Barn for the monthly Strength For Israel gathering, with me leading the worship team, I got offended.

Excitement had been built up. The night was going to be really special. And then the drummer called, saying he forgot to tell me he had to work that night. Great.

Not only that, but one friend who had played with us before really got offended when I didn’t ask him to play as the first one I contacted, not even knowing if he still did play after our last time we did together many years ago. So, that mistake was followed by his literal 40-minute rant over the phone to me. Lord!

I like watching football. I enjoy when there is a great offensive team on the field, especially the college team I follow during the fall on Saturday afternoons, who hail from the Midwest (I’ll leave it at that, except to say I still have one Catholic heritage I maintain.) When they run the ball around the end; when they throw the deep bomb to the wide-open receiver; when a touchdown is scored at the very end to win the big upset, that is offense! Another great play again! “Hail, hail to old…”

I like that kind of offense.

But like you, I don’t like being offended. The kind when someone ridicules you, makes fun of your looks, or tells you something that you already know and have been praying about for a long time. That one concern you have been hoping that someday the Lord will bring the answer to that deep longing in your heart, that aches every time someone mentions it again. (After all, He put it there. Can you hurry it up, please, Lord!)

We are so easily offended. We take things wrong. We let the arrows pierce our heart. We carry it far too down the road, long after it happened. And it does happen. But then, days, months, years, and decades go by. Will we ever let it go?

Maybe what happened was on purpose. Maybe they didn’t know. Maybe we just had had enough, and everything anyone says becomes the tipping point.

But it need not be so. I am still learning, and trying, but over the years, and there have been a lot of them now, I know the answer is to be quick to forgive and let it go.

After all, that is what our Lord, the One Who is daily getting cursed at, laughed at, screamed at…for everything and from everyone…did even back on the cruel cross He accepted and chose to forgive His creation, from that place, as He hung there dying. For us. So we too could forgive.

Arrows are going to come. Words are going to be said. Mistakes are going to be made.

Our choice is either to let them settle in our spirit, or quickly choose to forgive, and forget about it. Yes, you New Englanders, “Forget about it.”

Often my first reaction is to take the hit and back off from them. But then I too have to quickly decide if I am going to let it become part of my life, let the bitterness grow in my heart and maintain a wounded spirit, or forgive, even as I want to be forgiven for the wrong I have done. (The Lord bless my wife and my kids who have known me – and all the good, the bad, and the ugly over the years.)

Far too many have left families, churches, synagogues, jobs, and life, deciding to not forgive and forget. Sad to say, they waste away in their hurt and bitterness. But the Lord Jesus is continually coming after them, to free them from the hit. If they will let Him.

Everyone has been hurt. We each have had offenses come our way. We can choose to stay offended, or we can forgive and move on.

"And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses." Mark 11:25-26, NKJV

May your heart choose the path of life. Even as He has forgiven you and me, we too need to daily be forgivers and life changers.

The world knows no different but to hate and pass it on. We know to love, and must pass that on.

Now think on this, and see what good things the Lord has in store for you and those around you.

SHALOM TODAY KIDS prayer in HEBREW

July 7, 2019

Shalom Sir Steve Martin and Love For His People!

We are thankful by the depth our hearts by your teaching and moral support we are able to taught the Hebrew language to our kids. We feel honor that ABBA YHWH use us in small village of Pakistan (Lahore) and we are able to teach the BIBLE in HEBREW CONTEXT now our kids are able to speak and prayer in Hebrew language.

If its possible for you then you can share these videos with your friends. We do not misuse your contribution. We properly manage to expand His KINGDOM work in Pakistan.

We face many challenges from Muslims and Christians both think that we are JEWISH agent in Pakistan . Which is not true .  We also want that we expand HIS WORK all over the Pakistan and cross the Pakistan,

We humbly request to you please continue to PRAY for us  we really need it VEHICLE for Ministry work we received many requests from different areas of Pakistan to visit them and teach about Moadim מוֹעֲדִים, BIBLE CALENDAR and Hebrew roots

It will be only possible if Yeshua the Messiah open the door for us.

Thanks.

Was The Magnitude 6.4 Quake ‘The Big One’? No, Scientists Assure Us A Much Larger California Earthquake Is Coming - Michael Snyder

Posted: 05 Jul 2019 Michael Snyder

We just witnessed the largest earthquake to hit the state of California in many years, and it definitely shook a lot of people up, but the truth is that it is not even worth comparing to “the Big One” that scientists assure us is coming someday.  On Thursday morning, a magnitude 6.4 earthquake rocked portions of southern California and southern Nevada.

The quake was so powerful that it was felt by people living in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas.  It created giant cracks in major highways, it caused countless fires, and it was even picked up by a seismograph in Pennsylvania.  We are talking about a major seismic event, and over the last 24 hours there have been an astounding 1,217 aftershocks.  But as bad as this earthquake was, “the Big One” will be at least 100 times more powerful than what we just witnessed.

Hopefully, we won’t see “the Big One” for quite a while, but right now we are being told that there is a strong possibility that we could see more large aftershocks as the rumbling in southern California continues…
California could be hit by another, even more powerful earthquake within days after southern California was rocked by its worst tremor in 20 years on Thursday, experts believe.
Geologists say yesterday’s 6.4-magnitude quake is likely to produce a forceful 5.5-strength aftershock and a series of smaller tremors – and could even prompt a larger one.
And we did actually see a magnitude 5.4 quake among the hundreds of aftershocks that have been relentlessly pounding the Ridgecrest area, but hopefully all of this shaking will start to subside very soon.

Unfortunately, scientists are telling us that the Ridgecrest quake didn’t “relieve pressure” or make “the Big One” any less likely.  In fact, they continue to insist that we are way overdue for “the Big One” and that it is likely to be “125 times stronger”than the earthquake that we just witnessed…
Seismologists say the “Big One” would be 125 times stronger than Thursday’s earthquake and 44 times stronger than the 1994 Northridge earthquake, which killed 57 people and caused $49 billion in economic losses.
Of course that figure is just an estimate and it is based on a hypothetical magnitude 7.8 earthquake.

Theoretically, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake would release 7,943 times as much energy as the Ridgecraft earthquake, and that would easily be the most destructive natural disaster that we have ever seen in all of U.S. history up to this point.

And please don’t think that such a quake can’t happen.  Scientists admit that the San Andreas fault has the potential to “move for many feet almost instantaneously”
The San Andreas is particularly feared because, in some sections, it will move for many feet almost instantaneously. A famous example was during the great 1906 magnitude 7.8 earthquake that destroyed San Francisco; at Point Reyes in Marin County, a fence that intersected the fault was suddenly cut in two, separated on each side by the San Andreas by 18 feet.
A similar sized earthquake of the San Andreas fault rupturing through the Palm Springs area would shatter the ground. If a couple had the misfortune of holding hands across the fault in a remote part of the desert near Desert Hot Springs when the Big One hits, they’d suddenly be separated by as much as 30 feet — almost the entire length of a city bus, USGS research geophysicist Kate Scharer said in 2017.
Someday it will happen, and it will be worse than anything that Hollywood has ever dreamed up.

A few years ago, a team of scientists discovered that previous earthquakes in the distant past caused the ground in southern California to sink by up to three feet in just a matter of moments. Their research led them to the conclusion that if a similar earthquake happened today, large portions of southern California would go into the Pacific Ocean “almost instantly”
The Big One may be overdue to hit California, but scientists near LA have found a new risk for the area during a major earthquake.
They claim that if a major tremor hits the area, it could plunge large parts of California into the sea almost instantly.
The discovery was made after studying the Newport-Inglewood fault, which has long been believed to be one of Southern California’s danger zones.
Cal State Fullerton professor Matt Kirby was one of the scientists that worked on that study, and he insists that if such a quake happened right now there wouldn’t be any time to evacuate
‘It´s something that would happen relatively instantaneously,’ Kirby said.
Probably today if it happened, you would see seawater rushing in.’
It is just a matter of time before such an event takes place, and hopefully it won’t happen too soon, but without a doubt our planet is becoming increasingly unstable and now is not a good time to be living in California.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to forecast earthquakes like we can forecast the weather.  But scientists all over the globe are in agreement that southern California is way overdue for “the Big One”.  For example, I would like you to carefully consider the words of paleoseismologist Chris Goldfinger
“Most earthquake geologists rarely use that language about ‘being overdue,’ but we all agree,” Chris Goldfinger, a paleoseismologist at Oregon State University, previously told Business Insider.
But making forecasts about California’s mess of faults is challenging, Goldfinger added.
It’s like a game of Russian roulette, except the gun has 100 chambers rather than six, and several dozen guns instead of just one,” he said.
If you play Russian roulette enough times, eventually you will lose.

I don’t know anyone that has written about the coming great earthquake in California more frequently than I have, and it is absolutely critical that people understand that this is not a theoretical discussion.  Scientists assure us that it is going to happen, and the only thing that is uncertain is the exact timing.

Hopefully the magnitude 6.4 earthquake that just hit Ridgecrest will wake some more people up, but of course most Californians will quickly forget it.

Unfortunately for them, the clock is ticking and one day disaster will strike without warning.
