The End-Times Reason the Holy Spirit Told Chuck Pierce to Build an Israel Garden

GRANT BERRY  CHARISMA NEWS
Reconnection Introduction
On Shavuot/Pentecost of 2018, I launched my latest book on The One New Man between Jew and Gentile, Romans 911 – Time to Sound The Alarm! This book has been a real labor of love for the family of God to find greater unity at this time. The book has a different approach; not only to help the body of Messiah/Christ move into this most special union, but also to lovingly deal with all of the issues that may be keeping Jewish and Gentile believers apart from it.
The new book focuses on the great significance of this spiritual reconnection and how God is moving His family towards it; especially through His apostolic body that He is raising up during these days to help bring it to pass. Many of these spiritual leaders in both the Gentile church and Messianic bodies have unique and fresh perspectives given them from the Holy Spirit during these days to help us to better understand this transaction and how important it is for God's family to process.
And none more than the apostle Chuck Pierce, who shepherds Glory of Zion International Ministries in Corinth, Texas. Chuck Pierce is also strong in the prophetic, and through his gifting, he operates in some very unique levels of the faith receiving greater revelation and insights from God; yet has all the humility and servitude that should go along with that post. Chuck Pierce has become a global leader and voice in this sphere for the church at large and has been given some very keen insights from the Holy Spirit to help the church find a greater connection to the Lord through Israel in the one new man.
I have broken down the interview into two parts:

Part 1: Interview With Apostle Chuck Pierce
Last year I visited with apostle Chuck, as I like to call him, where we took a morning walk and tour around their 238,000 sq. ft. facility in Corinth Texas, which is mostly dedicated to serving their community with all sorts of wonderful helps ministries; what a blessing! Like the land of Israel was when the Jewish people started to return to it, the church land was desolate when they arrived in Corinth. But what really stood out to me more than anything as a Jewish believer was the "Israel Garden" and their apparent connection to Israel and the one new man, which is also reflected in many other art forms all around the building.
The Holy Spirit told Chuck personally to build this garden first, before anything else with his wife Pam (who is a horticulturist and oversees its gardening) when they moved to this new faith center several years ago. And they dedicated this first portion of land to Israel. The garden was to be a firstfruit to the Lord, but also reflective of what God Himself had done on the earth by first building a garden before anything else.
The Israel Garden is built on two acres of land, with a portion dedicated to each of the 12 tribes of Israel. It is beautifully manicured and cared for. On the other side of the Israel garden is the Gentile field, which together represent the one new man. To get there, you have to go through the gate where the cross is; hallelujah! In addition, many of the plants grown there are similar to the ones grown in Israel, except the olive tree, which cannot stand the Texas winter. Pam Pierce has researched many of the plants grown around each tribe of Israel, and they are comparable to the ones grown there.
Gardening authorities have also latched onto the Israel Garden as a model, and they use it weekly for teaching purposes. But its main focus is to impart back to our church family the revelation that makes us more aware of our true identity and proper connection to Israel, especially now since the firstborn are once again awakening spiritually. The prosperity that exists in this garden is meant to portray the prosperity and full blessing that we can have through Israel and Abraham's covenants now that we are grafted into her in the one new man.
In my mind, it is a beautiful end-time picture to help restore us to what was, in order for the greater glory and power to come upon us. Now that Israel is being rebirthed, this is a new day when we may fully reconnect to one another in God's family between His first-born children (the remnant of Israel, Jewish believers in Yeshua; see Rom.11:1-6) and His children from the nations that the fullness of joy and the glory of God whom Yeshua/Jesus focused upon in John 17 would be released. The Father's connection to Yeshua/Jesus, Yeshua's connection to the Father and Yeshua's connection to us, our connection to Him, our connection to one another as Jewish and Gentile children (see John 17:6-19 prayer for Jewish children and then verses 20-21, prayer for children from the nations and their unity with each other, which is foundational to this unity, especially now as Israel is being restored. I can see this in the Spirit, and it shall come to pass to all those who will receive it.
The garden is used for prayer first before anything else. Since its inception, it has become one of the must-see gardens in Texas, and it can be visited year-round. It is not only a must-see, but more importantly, a must-experience!
It was marvelous walking through the garden, and I could have stayed there the whole day, just soaking in the presence of the Holy Spirit. What was really interesting is that apostle Chuck said once the garden was built, he started to get a deeper download and connection to the actual land and people of Israel, which I often refer to now in my writings, as the "The Front Lines" of the church; especially now, as Israel begins to awaken spiritually and all that means to the kingdom of God during these days. In this light, Chuck has started a new work in the land with his son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Amber, who are now overseeing this One New Man facility in Jerusalem.
Not only does apostle Chuck have a deep love and respect for the Jewish people and especially the remnant of Israel (Jewish believers), but in light of his prophetic gifting, he has been getting some very keen and fresh insights from the Holy Spirit about our reconnection to our Jewish roots and family, and all that it now means to us in the new covenant. I can personally relate to this myself, as a Messianic leader who is very much focused on our unity in the one new man in The Holy Spirit, between Jew and Gentile, in wanting to connect God's timetable and feasts in a more spiritual manner and all that it means to us now in the New Covenant through Yeshua/Jesus. There is just so much for us to rediscover as the fullness of this revelation gets unveiled to us during these days, it is all very exciting!
Apostle Chuck shares a great deal of these insights in two of his newest books, A Time to Prosper and A Time to Advance, which has also been written by Robert Heidler, who is an apostolic teacher on the Glory of Zion Team. Robert Heidler has also co-authored Messianic Church Arising and Apostolic Church Arising with apostle Chuck. Furthermore, Robert has taught a wonderful course on this subject for their Issachar School, which can be acquired on the Glory of Zion website. I would also highly recommend these teachings for anyone wanting to gain a deeper understanding of how the church broke away from its Jewish roots and apostolic foundations and how God is now restoring us to them.
There is no question in my mind that both apostles Chuck and Robert Heidler and the whole Glory of Zion body are forerunners for the body of Messiah/Christ in this most vital area of our understanding in the reconnection of the one new man.
Can we please keep them in prayer, as they are helping the body of Messiah/Christ rediscover the foundations of the church? This is now vital to the final restoration of the church and the plans God has for us to restore His family to Himself to win the balance of both Jewish and Gentile souls in the last great outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the Earth.
Author/speaker Grant Berry founder of Reconnecting Ministries and Messiah's House Messianic Center trumpets his new book, Romans 911—Time to Sound The Alarm! Grant is a Messianic believer in Yeshua/Jesus and is promoting a new message into the body of Messiah/Christ during these last days, known as "The Reconnection." This is a new term used to describe the reuniting and full restoration of Jewish and Gentile believers into John 17 unity into the one new man now that Israel's awakening is upon us. This spiritual transaction has been unseen during most of the church age, but is now most vital for the church to move into for God's end-time plans. It is a power key to the last great revival and final outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Earth. How You Can Provoke Jewish People to Jealousy - GRANT BERRY CHARISMA NEWS

Here are ways you can more effectively evangelize to Jewish people. (Getty Images )

How You Can Provoke Jewish People to Jealousy

Standing With Israel

When thinking of how I can become more effective in bringing the gospel to the Jewish people, I am often reminded of the Apostle Paul's writings in Romans to stir the rest of us into Jewish witness and evangelism.
"How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?" (Rom. 10:14).
One of my dear good friends and brothers in Yeshua/Jesus, J.B. Bernstein, is a Messianic evangelist whose belly is filled with the fire of the Lord to bring the good news back to the Jewish people and of course anyone else who will listen.
He has written a new ebook on this subject to help enlighten and equip the rest of us, which can really help to make a difference in our Jewish witness and evangelism.
Here are some of his thoughts and a link below to his website to access the free ebook.
More next month from the land of Israel ... Grant Berry
Evangelist J.B. Bernstein
"I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid! But through their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous" (Rom. 11:11).
Romans 11:11 is a verse of Scripture that has not yet fully come into its fulfillment. On the contrary, up to this point; instead of loving the Jews, the ancient church persecuted them in its place and greatly misunderstood the plight of the Jewish people, ultimately misleading the rest of us. So, for the past 1,800 years, we have not yet come close to this calling.
However, as we draw closer to the Lord's return, all of this is about to change; as God re-focuses His heart and plans to restore His first-born, there is a new love for Israel in the air, and our Gentile family has a huge role to play out in their salvation. Now we must re-learn how to rebuild these bridges between Jew and Gentile in the family of God.
Can You See Yourself in a New Light?
Firstly, we need to remind ourselves that our Jesus is Jewish, as well as all of the apostles and prophets; that our Savior is the Son of David, the lion of the tribe of Judah and the King of the Jews. We need to begin to lay a Jewish foundation for the gospel that Jewish people may more readily receive.
I believe the time has come for Christians to finally be the catalysts God intends them to be and provoke Jewish people to such jealousy that they will run to and embrace their Messiah. What an amazing thought.
The question is: How can this get done? What does it look like? What will make Jewish people jealous of Christians?
How Can This Happen?
I believe the Lord has revealed how this can happen, and I am very excited at the prospect of the entire body of Messiah/Christ embracing, understanding and fulfilling their purpose to bring salvation back to the people who first brought it to them.
To make anyone jealous of what you have, it must be so great it's beyond belief. That means Jewish people need to see what you have is something so fantastic and appealing that they must have it themselves.
However, in order for Christians to truly provoke Israel to jealousy, there needs to be a change in the way we see ourselves. This calls for a paradigm shift in the Christian mindset. We do not want to change who we are as new creations in Messiah/Christ, but we need to see ourselves as wild olive branches that have been grafted on to the cultivated olive tree which is their tree ("their tree" meaning the olive tree is figuratively Israel).
This change of mindset will make our message so much more powerful in that our appeal to Jewish people will not be that they need to "become one of us" but rather that we have "become one of them!" This will open many Jewish hearts and is part of the truth that will set multitudes of Jewish people free.

The Devastating, Lingering Effects of Replacement Theology in the Church - GRANT BERRY CHARISMA NEWS

The Holy Spirit is beckoning His church into a deeper place of intercession and strategy for the reconnection of the church and Israel.

The Devastating, Lingering Effects of Replacement Theology in the Church

GRANT BERRY  CHARISMA NEWS
Standing With Israel
We have just entered the next Jubilee period (50 years), and a prophetic shofar has sounded into the reformation of the church with three main foci: the restoration of the one new man between Jew and Gentile; the fullness of the five-fold ministry and the preparation of the bride for the Lord's return.
The next step is for the watchmen on the walls to fully catch this vision—to step into it with a faith that can move mountains and come into agreement with all that the Holy Spirit is wanting to do in the church to bring these directives to pass.
Art-One-New-ManI believe at this time and during these days that The Holy Spirit is beckoning His church into a deeper place of intercession and strategy to help bring these changes about; to plow the spiritual fields and break up the ground so that the transformation God is wanting for His body may begin to transpire among us.
This will ultimately require a change in church leadership to reconnect spiritually with Israel; to fully embrace the five-fold vision to equip the saints for the ministry and how we view and understand the prophetic office of intercession as well as the emergence of David's tent throughout the earth; to help mobilize God's church into a deeper place of worship, prayer and intercession; to broaden church government and our participation with these most crucial aspects of ministry and to help fuel and empower the kingdom of God on the earth, specifically with greater unity in the local church and the community its serves.
Below is a vision given from the Holy Spirit for us to comprehend and pray into to concerning one of these directives, which is at the very root of the restoration in The One New Man. Please read it prayerfully.
The Vision of a Piece of Fabric
In one of our watchmen meetings recently that is attended by 20-30 intercessors from 18 different churches in the Connecticut area, a unique vision was given to us by the Holy Spirit concerning the residual influences of replacement theology. The insight from the Lord is dramatic; and one that, if we are willing to accept it, will help us to understand what God is saying to us during this hour regarding The One New Man and how we need to pray to help change and prepare God's body for what is coming.
These are the notes that were written and sent out to the group the day after this meeting:
"After seeking the Lord about issues for us to pray on in The One New Man for last night, I have been particularly burdened recently, as I have been writing a new section in the book about the influences of replacement theology in the church. And not just the part of the church that still believes in this lie, but also how it is still affecting the part of the church that is moving towards Israel, in our thinking and our theology.
In this light, I shared it with the group, and after communion and a brief time of worship, the Holy Spirit led us into the greater depths of this issue. Several people in the group shared their hearts, and John confirmed this sense in his spirit. There was a focus on prayer and prophecy for Grant in this area, as he is writing the book, with much encouragement, but also specific direction and clarity. They are recorded.
Charisma.png
There was a deeper understanding given by the Spirit of the depths of this lie and its affect on the church. And a root of jealousy was exposed.
The Spirit fell on Grant as the group was praying for him, who went into in a deep cry and weeping as he felt and experienced Joseph's heart, as his brothers sold him into slavery. The weeping was intense and continued for a while with a sense and connection to Joseph as the Jew and the brothers as the Gentile believers in the church and family of God. What a picture!
There were prayers offered for repentance in the body as the group felt this burden, and for the Lord to take us deeper into this issue.
Susan Torregrossa had a significant vision, and her thoughts are below:
As Sheryl was talking, the Lord showed me a piece of fabric. I was reminded of a video I had seen regarding the shroud of Turin. I could see the fabric as a whole cloth at first, then I could see individual strands of thread in the fabric, and it became magnified. The Lord showed me that what seemed to the naked eye to be a homogeneous piece of cloth, but in fact it was made up of two different materials. He didn't specify what the materials were, but I will use the example of the shroud because I believe it is significant. It was found during inspection of the shroud that the original cloth was made up of linen, which comes from flax. In one corner where an expert repair had been made, cotton had been woven into the strands of the fabric. It was nearly imperceptible except under extreme magnification. The strands were slightly different colors and reacted differently to testing.
Grant mentioned that he feels that while some churches have moved on past replacement theology, many are still being held back by the residue of its influences. I feel that what the Lord is showing me is that some of the old lies of replacement theology are still affecting the church, because they are the counterfeits of the truth and are interwoven into their fabric. They are imperceptible to the naked eye and can only be exposed through spiritual discernment.
It reminded me of what my pastor always says about the leaven—once you mix the yeast into the dough, only God can identify and remove it supernaturally.
We need to ask the Lord to remove it, we need to ask Him to unravel the strands of the fabric to expose the counterfeit cotton portions and unravel them from the original linen.
I didn't mention this last night, but I believe that I was seeing the linen/cotton combination because the garment of a high priest was always made of pure linen, representing purity. Just as His priests we are called to wear the linen ephod, we are called to do the same, and so the linen represents this.
Here is a link to the video I referred to. When you watch it, you will see the close-up magnification of the strands—that is the detail of what the Lord was showing me last night. Down to the very fiber of the core of the church, I believe there are counterfeit ideas and beliefs, many that are so close to the truth that people feel that they are harmless and don't recognize them. But the Lord is saying that these things must be exposed, unraveled and removed from the truth, so His church can move forward unhindered. When you watch the video, you will see how easy it would have been for the scientists to overlook those cotton fibers if they had not been accidentally torn and exposed.
That is what God wants to do now in the church. There may be a bit of collateral damage, but in the end there will be a course correction that is needed in the church for this time we are living in.
This is a significant vision from the Holy Spirit, to get us to understand that we must be willing to go deeper into the affects of this issue in all parts of the church. Not just to repent and renounce replacement theology but also to understand the depths of how much it has affected and influenced our thinking and theology in the church, in order that we can fully break off all of its influences to restore us into The One New Man between Jew and Gentile.
Hali had further insight on Susan's vision of the fabric, that when you wash this fabric with the two differing materials, one will come out cleansed better, and they will look different the more you clean them. The good fabric will be washed well, but the bad fabric will become wrinkled and shriveled, and it will shrink.
This is a picture, I believe, that as the Lord begins a deeper cleanse and healing in this area, more will be exposed and the counterfeit will be revealed. Let's continue to pray on this, please."

What the New Jubilee Will Bring God's Church - GRANT BERRY CHARISMA NEWS

God's church should look forward to the new Jubilee with gladness in their hearts.
Members of God's church should look forward to the new Jubilee with gladness in their hearts. (Grant Berry)
What the New Jubilee Will Bring God's Church
"You shall count seven sabbath weeks of years, seven times seven years, and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years. Then you shall sound the horn blasts on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall make the sound of the horn throughout all your land. You shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all the inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee to you, and each of you shall return to his possession, and every person shall return to his family. That fiftieth year will be a Jubilee for you. You shall neither sow nor reap that which grows by itself, nor gather the grapes of your unpruned vines. For it is the Jubilee. It shall be holy to you. You shall eat the produce of the field"(Lev. 25:8-12, MEV).
Recently I was having one of my usual prayer talks with my dear friend and co-worker, Rabbi Robert Wolff of Majestic Glory Ministries, and we were discussing the exact dates of the Jubilee year. Initially, we disagreed on when this period was because Bob was focused on the amazing occurrences that had taken place during this period in other Jubilees. However, as we reviewed it, we both soon recognized that these happenings actually took place at the beginning of the next Jubilee period and not in the Jubilee year itself.
On October 2, as we light the Rosh Hashanah candles, this Jubilee year will come to an end and we will commence the next official Jubilee period (50 years). What will it bring and what is anticipated during this most crucial time on the Earth?
However, before I address this, let me draw your attention to those occurrences that Bob raised in our discussion that actually took place at the beginning of other Jubilee periods.
On December 11, 1917, General Edmund Allenby of the British forces, a believing Christian, dismounted his horse, and humbly walked through the Jaffa Gate to commemorate the taking back of Jerusalem from Islam. In the same year the League of Nations declared the area as a homeland for the Jewish people.
In 1967, exactly 50 years later, at the beginning of the next Jubilee period, Israel took back control of the city of Jerusalem from Jordan. As I often write, when God does something sovereign with His land, there is a reaction in the Spirit. And it was during this same time period that all of a sudden, some 10,000-15,000 Hippy Jews get saved out of the Jesus movement, which marked the beginning and re-emergence of God's first-born children and the re-birthing of the remnant of Israel. Wow! So, having seen from past Jubilee periods that significant shifts take place during these times, what can we now expect from the next Jubilee?

The 4th Wave and the Coming Jubilee
James Goll and Cindy Jacobs, among others, have prophesied recently concerning the coming of the 4th wave, and that it is now upon us. This is a reformation of the church to realign the body of Messiah/Christ, to properly prepare us for God's final plans upon the Earth before the Lord's return. It is spiritual renewal in the strongest sense of the word; it has washing and cleansing in its wings that will cause His church to rise as a great light in the Earth. It will re-establish the authority of God through His body that will enable us to overcome and defeat the strongholds and principalities that are aligned against us in accordance with God's will.
At the heart of the reformation is the reconnection in the Spirit in the One New Man between Jew and Gentile. This is aligned to its apostolic 5-fold governmental authority that was established through Israel's apostles and prophets, with Yeshua/Jesus Himself as the cornerstone of the church (Eph. 2:20). From this core and its restoration, comes the final outpouring of His Spirit upon the Earth.
For what does Scripture tell us here that Israel's spiritual restoration will bring, but resurrection power. Life from the dead! This power of God, which comes from the Father's heart to unite and restore His family, will flow through a renewed and empowered body to effect and change the world for the kingdom of God and bring the last great harvest of souls. The Israel piece and its 5-fold mantle is the final part of the church's restoration. It is the power equation that ignites the rest, that as the wires are reconnected, the fires will be loosed!
The outflow of the 4th wave is the ability to impact what is now being called the seven cultural mountains:
  • Religion
  • Government
  • Education
  • Business
  • Family
  • Media
  • Arts & Entertainment
In preparation for this change over the past 15-20 years, God has been raising up new leadership in the church and Messianic bodies that is focused on the 5-fold governmental giftings, so that we may be prepared for what is coming. I don't have space in this article to list them, but most reading are aware of whom I am writing.
These leaders, both men and women alike, are first free from within, cleansed, washed, prepared and are carrying new mantles of God's authority in each of their ministries. Plus, His blessings are clearly upon them. These ministries are paving the way for the rest of His church to reform and it is going to be glorious. So what can we expect?
The 12 Decrees
  • A re-united One New Man between the Gentile church and the remnant of Israel
  • A new spiritual governmental approach to the kingdom of God upon the Earth through the 5-fold
  • The re-emergence of David's tent upon the Earth (24/7 worship and prayer)
  • A new focus in the church to move us to prayer
  • A new focus on intercessory prayer in the church to train up the watchmen
  • Local churches uniting in their communities and states through worship and prayer
  • Greater revelation and understanding of the authority of God upon the Earth
  • Reformation in total trust and faith in the Lord in the area of finance
  • The outpouring of God's Spirit
  • Impacting our towns and cities across the United States and throughout the world with the gospel
  • The broken off branches of Israel being restored
  • The last great harvest of souls
In fact, I'm so excited about this, that we have dedicated our Rosh Hashanah service this year at Messiah's House in Greenwich, Connecticut, and teamed up with the 10-Day Prayer Movement in Connecticut to declare and proclaim the New Jubilee period. Come and join us! For those of you out of town, we will post the video of this meeting on our reconnecting website. Click listen now!

Holy Spirit-Inspired Prayer Movement Catching Fire in the U.S.- GRANT BERRY CHARISMA NEWS

Holy Spirit-Inspired Prayer Movement Catching Fire in the U.S.

GRANT BERRY  CHARISMA NEWS

Standing With Israel

Recently I have teamed up with a new prayer movement called 10 Days that is uniting local church communities to pray for unity in the body of Messiah/Christ around the Feasts of the Lord. And it is catching like wild fire with some 30 cities around the country participating this fall season.
From my previous articles on Charismanews.com, you know that, as a Jewish believer in Messiah/Christ, I have this understanding that the portals of heaven are opened that much wider during the feast days; that the anointing of God is also increased; and that they are appointed times unto the Lord. While Yeshua/Jesus has fulfilled many of these feasts, this does not mean that we cannot continue to celebrate Him in the midst of them. Just as at Christmas we remember and celebrate His birth.
The Feast days are not just for Jewish people, or even Jewish believers per se, but rather for all of God's children who would like to share in their experience. And what better way to focus on these days than through prayer and praise. Hallelujah!
Scripture does not call these Jewish feasts, but rather the Feasts of the Lord (Lev. 23:2). In fact there is a special time during Rosh Hashanah (the feast of Trumpets) andYom Kippur (the day of Atonement), called the Days of Awe. This is a 10-day period between the two holidays leading up to Yom Kippur. Dictionary.com describes the word Awe like this: an overwhelming feeling of reverence, admiration, fear, etc., produced by that which is grand, sublime, extremely powerful, or the like; in awe of God. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
I don't think it is a coincidence that during these days we find ourselves living in, the Holy Spirit is drawing us back to reconnect spiritually with our roots and from that to gain many of the blessings that are associated with them, such as the anointed times of the Feasts, and to be able to connect with our Father and Yeshua/Jesus in this manner.
Charisma.png
This very much ties into the word that Jonathan Friz, the founder of 10 Days, received through the Holy Spirit as the Lord began to call him to this new prayer focus, which is so exciting. The Lord said, "Babylon refuses to mourn, but that God's people will mourn before He returns." Wow! What a word, but isn't this exactly what is now beginning to happen? God has sent us major warnings in our country, such as 9/11 and the financial crisis, but while there may have been a brief response the world has not received the warnings. But His church is beginning to wake up and respond, as the call of prayer goes out into our nation.
In the New Covenant, the feast of Yom Kippur celebrates God's sacrifice for us once and for all through Yeshua/Jesus, but it also reminds us of the holiness of God. And it is during these very special 10 Days of Awe that we may properly reflect, as the trumpet is blown, not only upon ourselves to search our own hearts, but also to mourn for our country—for the unborn and the sexual sins that pervert our society; for a world that is increasingly turning away from God; and for His church to arise from within the midst.
Let the trumpet sound and call His church into a time of reflection, prayer and repentance and let us cry with one voice that our Lord would be glorified through us to reach a lost and dying world. Please pray about involving yourself and your church in one of these events. And if not, please pray about getting involved in the future. God's holy temple is arising!

Why It Is Crucial for Jews and Gentiles to Reconnect Now in the One New Man

Standing With Israel
Just recently I was asked to write an article for the 10 Days Prayer Movement. This new and exciting Prayer Ministry has a vision to mobilize the church to pray and intercede around the Feasts of the Lord; and it is spreading like wild fire across the United States.
This movement was founded by spiritual leader Jonathan Friz, who has been given this vision to help unite the body of Messiah/Christ into a deeper prayer and intercessory focus, and what better time to do this than around God's Feast dates?
As some of you may know, those who have read my articles, I truly believe that the Feasts of the Lord are appointed times to come before Him for all of His children, and that during these dates, the heavens are just that much more open and receptive. It is like the openings to the portals of heaven are wider during these times.
Here is the article and the link to the 10 Days Prayer Movement, which commences on Oct. 2 in numerous cities across the country. Please visit the site for more information:
Art-One-New-ManThe Hope of Salvation for the Jewish People
As we draw close to the end days before Yeshua/Jesus returns, Israel's salvation becomes paramount in God's plan to glorify His Son upon the earth (Ezek. 36:22-27).
When we read Romans 11 carefully, we can see that the apostle Paul asks three separate questions relating to Israel's plight and journey and in the third question he asks is: "Did they stumble beyond recovery? Not at all." He then goes on to explain how the Gentile part of the family has a significant role to play in Israel's salvation experience, to help draw them to jealousy and to release God's mercy back to them (Rom. 11:11; 30,31).
In fact, I believe that the whole purpose of Romans chapters 9 and 10 is to lay a foundation to help unravel the great complexity of Israel's salvation experience, which apart from the remnant of Jewish believers (Question 1, Rom. 11:1-6), would come down at the end.
This salvation experience has already begun in a number of ways: in the natural realm through the re-establishment of Israel as a nation, with over 7 million Jews already being drawn back to the promised land from over a 100 nations. Spiritually, we have witnessed the beginning of Israel's awakening through the Messianic Movement, which began en masse in the late 1960s after Israel took back the physical domain of Jerusalem.
These Jewish Messianic believers and those in the church now make up the modern remnant of Israel. It's paramount for Gentile believers to reconnect with Messianic believers as one family to help reunite the kingdom between Jew and Gentile (Eph. 2:19). Gentile believers have a role to fully encourage and bless them into their Jewish identity, so they may reflect Yeshua back to their own people as a Jewish faith.
Restoration and Reconnection
If you are willing to accept it, Israel's restoration has begun. But God needs our help to complete it, as we have a most crucial role to play. So we must be willing to make adjustments for this time, just as the Jewish believers did when the Gentiles first started to come in. "Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins" (Rom. 11:25-27; Deut. 30:4-6; Ezek. 36:22-27).

As this happens, God will not take anything away from the Gentile church but rather bring us into the fullness of the harvest through the unveiling of this mystery that is happening before our very eyes, as His covenants toward Israel are fulfilled. This is a key element here to our understanding in God's end-times glory plan and the two are intricately linked together.
This is why we must now spiritually reconnect to our roots and heritage, as we will never fulfill our end time call as a church operating as a separate entity away from Israel. Nor have we replaced them, but rather are a part of them (Eph. 2:19,20). It may have been permissible to act this way during the "time of the Gentiles," but as we move into this season of fulfillment, we need to reconnect spiritually as family in order for this spiritual transaction to properly work through us.
Unity Through Diversity
When the apostle Paul wrote about the unity of The One New Man (Galatians 3:28,29), he never meant to eliminate the distinction between Jew and Gentile.
When the church was first formed, the Gentiles coming in were naturally associated to its Jewish roots and expression without having to follow the law. However, when Rome took over the church it looked to eliminate this influence and set it apart and so its link to Israel was severed. The unfortunate influence of these successionist teachings have affected the church for some 1,600 years and now need to be broken off of us.
Just look at how Paul behaved when he returned to Jerusalem and how apparent it was that the apostles living there were still following Jewish customs (Acts 20:20-26). This is why he used the example of a man and a woman in the same text. As Jewish and Gentile believers, and as men and women, we are now one through Messiah/Christ in the Spirit through our salvation and are now co-heirs; however, we still perform different roles and have different expressions.
This has become apparent through the Messianic movement and their differing expressions of the faith. Gentiles were not called to practice exactly the same way Jews do, which was seen through the Church in Jerusalem, but also now in the way in which Messianic believers worship and celebrate. Yet we are called to be one in Spirit with Israel's Remnant; to love one another as Messiah loves His church. Especially now so our Lord can return to us, we must be re-united as one family; to be able to freely bless each other from within the unity of the one new man.
Our Father in heaven is longing for this reconnection. It is His design and footprint for this time and the very heart of Jesus' prayer in John 17, that His end-times power would be unleashed upon His church through the unity of Jew and Gentile.
We are entering a new day in the Spirit, and He is beginning to draw His body together back into the fullness of the one new man so greater unity and power will flow through us to reach a lost and dying world. In this light, there is a huge need for prayer and intercession to help bring this about, not only for Israel's salvation, but also to awaken the church into this end-times role.

The Honor God Has Bestowed Upon the End-Times Church

GRANT BERRY  CHARISMA NEWS
Standing With Israel
Nowhere is the relationship between G-d's family, as Jews and Gentile believers, more clearly seen in Scripture than in the story of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32). For a moment, let us reflect upon it, with G-d being the father and the two sons being Jew and Gentile, in order to help us see the changes that we need to make in these times.
Sometimes, when looking at this story, it is hard for us in the church to see ourselves as the older brother, because Israel is the one who came first. However, except for the apostles and many of the first Jewish believers who helped to establish the church in the first century, the rest of the Jewish people have still to come into the New Covenant. This is one of the reasons Jesus said, "So the last will be first, and the first last" (Matt. 20:16).
We must be clear here to hold onto G-d's Word, as salvation only comes through faith in Yeshua (Rom. 11:23). That means apart from the Jewish remnant, Israel is still to experience redemption through Messiah alone. As a result, what was once completely Jewish before the New Covenant was given has been handed over to Gentile believers, who now run and operate our Father's house. So when we read the story of the prodigal son, we can understand how the faithful brother feels. He thought he was being obedient, he did everything he was supposed to do, and part of him was probably happy because he knew he would end up in control. After all, it was his inheritance, and he had worked for it for years.
Now faced with his brother's return, he does not respond like his father, who is full of compassion and mercy, but rather with anger, hostility and jealousy. How dare he even think about returning here! he thinks to himself. His brother, who went his own way, who squandered everything he had and then realized the error of his ways, being truly humbled by life, returned home in the hope he could become one of his father's servants.
On the other hand, the father's response is completely different from that of the elder brother. After all, he was a loving father who stood in the gap for his lost son. He was faithful to love him, despite his rejection. He was grieved and heartbroken that his son walked away from him in the first place, and he never stopped feeling the pain of this separation—he wept and he mourned. But he never lost hope while waiting patiently for his son to return, as he knew it was only a matter of time.
Time as we know it seems endless, but the father said, "I will never give up. I will never surrender until my lost son is properly restored." Then all of a sudden, an incredible thing happens and the fullness of joy sweeps over the father's heart and the love of G-d consumes his soul like a river flowing at springtime. Suddenly, from his rocking chair on his front porch, he can see his lost son at a distance down the path leading up to the front of the house. He immediately knows and understands what has happened, except now his heart is filled with compassion as tears of joy are running down his face as he cries, "My son! My son! My son!"
Full of overwhelming excitement, he runs down the path to greet his son. When they meet, he throws his arms around him and hugs him like a bear, kissing him all over his face. His son humbles himself and seeks his father's forgiveness, even asking to become like one of his servants. Yet none of that seemed to matter now, because today, his son who was lost, his son who was dead has been found and is alive again. His son, whom he never stopped waiting for, whom he never stopped praying for, has returned.
Immediately, and without question, the father restored him to his rightful place as an heir along with the obedient son.
The son's loving father is filled with compassion, his heart filled with mercy and grace. He lovingly embraces him and immediately restores him to his place in his family—something the older brother cannot even fathom or understand, as he asks, "How could you do this to me?"
Yet we know our Father in heaven is full of mercy and grace, and His gospel is the same. He is able to wash away all of our sins, even as He has already done, so we could come into the kingdom in the first place, all as a result of His great love for us. Didn't the veil of sin also blind us before His grace supernaturally lifted it from our souls?
Spoken Prophetically to Gentile Believers
The Father says to the Gentile believers: "For I have promised to restore Israel. I have given My word, I have covenanted with him in the same way I have covenanted with you. And all I have already belongs to you. I am willing to forgive him, the same way I am willing to forgive you. For just as he was unfaithful to Me by rejecting Me, so you have been unfaithful to Me by rejecting them."
So who should we be like in the church? We should be like our Father in heaven. But in reality we are often not, instead having been like the elder brother in this story. It has been impossible for the church to love the Jews in our own humanity without the supernatural love of G-d. Yet they are elected as a result of the patriarchs (Rom. 11:28), which has been a dichotomy for the church.
But because our Father loves Israel and has chosen it, just like He has chosen His other children, He is able to look on them with compassion. Even in their disobedience and resistance, and even in their blindness and deafness, He still loves them because they are His children. And His Word and covenants must be accomplished through them because of His own integrity as a holy and righteous G-d. Look how they have suffered as a result.
And remember, by the time he came home, the prodigal son had truly learned his lesson. It is only in the Father's love that we could even come close to moving in this. However, this is exactly what it will take to get this job done and nothing else short of it will work. So what are we to do? And how should we act to move in this direction, if we believe it to be G-d's Word and call for us?
Search Your Heart
First, we need to be honest with our own hearts and to the Holy Spirit, as well as become honest with the prior actions of our families in past generations that may have affected us without our knowing. Have we felt like the brother in the prodigal story feels toward Israel and the Jews? Have we lacked G-d's mercy toward them? Have we been anti-Semitic toward them? Have we been indifferent or cold, or are we jealous of them? Does the thought of their restoration make us angry or even insecure?
You may be a lover and supporter of Israel, but you know that something is still not right. You may understand Israel in your mind because of the Word of G-d, but your heart still needs to be cleansed because of the past. We also need to come to terms with how the church has sinned against our Jewish brethren from the past. Ultimately, Israel needs to come to terms with its past as well. As already mentioned, cleansing is needed all around (both Jew and Gentile), but it must start with us first! Does not judgment begin in the house?
The moment we confess, the moment we renounce, the moment we repent, G-d is more than able to purify us so that we can receive His heart. I truly believe that the Holy Spirit is waiting eagerly for us to get this right and allow His cleansing healing touch to wash away any past influences. This is so that His unconditional love can pour through us, that He would open our spirits as well as our minds to move into the fullness of His direction and plans in these last days. It would be to fulfill the unique role He has given to us as His other sheep in His spiritual family, to help breathe spiritual life back into them through prayer and intercession. And this is all in order that Israel may fulfill its own unique role in the earth to glorify G-d in fulfilling His Word so that the kingdom can come. For in our Father's end time sovereign plan we are intricately linked and must begin to see ourselves as such, so the end may actually come.
Receiving the Father's Heart
As already discussed, it is simply not possible to fully love the Jewish people in our own strength in light of their continued rejection of Jesus. Without a doubt, G-d's supernatural love is needed to flow through us for this to happen. I call this the Father's heart, and our receiving it is one of the main reasons for me writing The Ezekiel Generation. I believe His heart for His spiritual family will truly change us and give us what we need to help Him achieve His plans through us in order to redeem Israel and restore His kingdom.
I also believe this calling of the end-time generations of the church have a unique and distinct role to play to assist G-d to rebirth Israel spiritually, which is why we must not be ignorant about this mystery. We have a major part to play in it, which, up to this point, we have not seen too clearly, with corrections needed in our theology, because the ancestral acts of our lineage, most of which has not even been repented of, have blinded us to G-d's end-time plan. In good conscience how could G-d give the church the fullness of His end-time plans theologically regarding Israel and the church, when our ancestry who was called to love them despite their rejection, fell for some despicable plans of the enemy to help persecute and destroy them. Don't we need to fully break off the past first, so we can get it right?
While we may actually love Israel, the bloodline still needs to be cleaned to rid it of any current influence the enemy may still have over us. So breaking of generational anti-Semitism and receiving G-d's heart are vital to our spiritual health and well being concerning Israel and the church and the last days, and it is time for us to address these areas and reconnect as a spiritual family as Jew and Gentile, to help be the catalyst in G-d end time mercy plan to redeem his first born son and our first born brother, so our L-rd can finally return and take dominion of the earth.
That is what is at stake here! What an honor G-d is actually bestowing on His end-time church, to help give life back to Israel spiritually (Ezek. 37:9-11).
