MK Glick on Attending Trump Inauguration: We Are Living in a Biblical Era By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz BREAKING ISRAEL NEWS

MK Glick on Attending Trump Inauguration: We Are Living in a Biblical Era

“Be strong and of good courage; for thou shalt cause this people to inherit the land which I swore unto their fathers to give them.” Joshua 1:6 (The Israel Bible™)
In an historic first, a delegation of Israeli parliament members attended an American president’s inauguration last week, signaling a decided change in both the political and spiritual relationships between Americans and Israelis, and Jews and Christians.
The delegation to President Donald Trump’s inauguration last Friday, including two Likud members of Knesset, Rabbi Yehudah Glick, an advocate for universal prayer on the Temple Mount, and Sharren Haskel, was organized by Hayovela non-profit organization which brings Christian volunteers to Israel. Also in attendance, though not part of the Hayovel delegation, was settler leader Oded Revivi, mayor of Efrat and chief foreign envoy of the Yesha (Judea and Samaria) Council.
“If we want to stand with Israel, we have to start out this administration correctly,” Tommy Waller, founder of Hayovel, told Breaking Israel News, explaining the intention behind forming the delegation. “We have to acknowledge Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and everything that means.”

It's a new era in Jewish evangelism! - ONE FOR ISRAEL

Dr Erez Soref President of  ONE FOR ISRAEL
Shalom!

We are overwhelmed when we take stock of what God is doing among us in these days. It is truly unprecedented.

We receive messages on a daily basis of Jewish people finding the truth about Yeshua the Messiah, and wanting to know more. Of course, we are delighted to help them find answers to all their questions!

"You
will seek Me and find Me, when you will search for Me with all your heart.

Then I will be found by you," says the Lord. (Jer 29:13-14)

Millions of Israelis are watching our videos explaining the truth about Yeshua. Would you like to know what are they are all watching? Here's an example of one of the videos we've made, explaining why God is not "religious" and does not wear a yarmulke :) If you prefer to read it as an article, click here.

HELPING HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS

Like any major city, our city has areas where there are many living below the poverty line, many of whom survived the Holocaust. Our staff team regularly go and visit these people to take food and supplies, seeking not only to give practical help, but also to bring some comfort, encouragement, and love in the name of the Lord.

ANGELINA UPDATE
Thank you to all those who have been joining us in prayer for Angelina Korotki, the daughter of our dear faculty member, Dr. Oleg Korotky, who was in a very serious car accident. Angelina sustained life threatening injuries, including head injuries. Angelina left Israel to study at Master College in California at the end of the summer. She is a godly young lady who loves to sing. In the past few weeks, Angelina Korotky has made remarkable progress, but she was still not speaking. Then on the first of January, she sang "Jesus Loves Me" and said "Happy New Year!" We, as well as the Korotky family, are so deeply thankful to our Lord and Savior!

A NEW ERA IN JEWISH EVANGELISM - MILLIONS WATCHED OUR EVANGELISTIC VIDEOS IN 2016!

We feel incredibly privileged to be directly involved in this wave of revival that is happening in Israel.
Many others serving in Jewish mission are in agreement that we are in the throes of a serious move of God among the Jewish people.
Time after time, if you ask these new Israeli believers what brought them to faith, they will mention our materials that they came across while searching for answers on the internet. Continue reading...

ZINZENDORF THE MESSIANIC TRAILBLAZER

He stood transfixed before the painting of Yeshua, whipped and crowned with thorns, with the words, "This have I suffered for you; now what will you do for me?" Zinzendorf would be forever changed from that moment. His response was to offer his life and all that he owned in return, and so God (never one to turn down an offer like that!) used him to launch one of the most influential movements in history.

Count Zinzendorf and the Moravians not only restarted the defunct engine of world mission and initiated their famous 100 years of continuous prayer, but they also were world pioneers for the Messianic movement way back in the early eighteenth century. Here's what happened. Continue reading...

Israelis Rally For Syrian Civil War Victims - Israel Today

Israelis Rally For Syrian Civil War Victims

Monday, December 19, 2016 |  Israel Today Staff
Syrians see themselves as officially at war with Israel. But that didn’t stop Israelis from rallying on behalf of Syrian civil war victims on Sunday.
Most Israelis don’t believe Yeshua is the their Messiah. And yet, they tend to follow some of his teaching far more dutifully than most Christians.
For example, the teaching to love your enemies.
Israelis are in a constant battle for survival. Still, as a matter of policy (there are of course bad apples in every society) Israel has no hatred for its sworn enemies.
Hundreds of Israelis demonstrated that when they gathered outside the Russian and US embassies in Tel Aviv to protest the international community’s failure to stop the reported massacre of civilians in the Syrian city of Aleppo.
“I’m here doing the only thing I can, because I feel powerless in this ordeal,” one protester told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA). “There are people who are suffering, so we have to do something.”
Another protester, Rabbi Hananel Rosen, explained why Israeli Jews would take up the cause of even their most intractable enemies:
“God created the world and everybody in it in the image of God, and if we’re not willing to put our foot down about that then we’ll find ourselves religiously and morally wanting.”

POLL: Israelis Certain Trump Will Be Pro-Israel - Israel Today

POLL: Israelis Certain Trump Will Be Pro-Israel

Tuesday, December 06, 2016 |  Israel Today Staff

A new survey confirms that a solid majority of Israelis believe Donald Trump will enact pro-Israel policies as the next president of the United States.
Commissioned by the Ruderman Family Foundation, the poll revealed that an overwhelming 83 percent of Israelis anticipate Trump will be a “pro-Israel president.”
That is a far different result than when Israelis were asked the same question following the election of Barack Obama in 2008.
But that doesn’t mean they think he’ll bring peace.
Just 45 percent of respondents believe Trump can succeed in negotiating a final status peace agreement between Israel and the Arabs.
Unlike with past presidents, a whopping 75 percent of the Israelis questioned said Trump won’t let the lack of a peace agreement stop him from moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem.
Regarding Iran, a 45 percent plurality of respondents said there is a possible-to-good chance Trump will tear up the Obama-brokered nuclear agreement. Israel views that agreement as a threat to its long-term security.

Huge answer to prayer! - ONE FOR ISRAEL

Dr Erez Soref President of  ONE FOR ISRAEL
Shalom!

It's been an exciting week in Israel. The rain has finally come to water our dry land, and also we have seen an absolutely amazing response to our latest evangelistic video. Almost 200,000 Israelis have watched it in less than a week, close to 1000 have shared it, and we have had several people writing in, wanting to take the next steps towards Yeshua. Praise God - rain is falling both physically and spiritually!

ISRAEL COLLEGE OF THE BIBLE:
BUILDING UP BELIEVERS IN ISRAEL

As well as reaching Jewish and Arab Israelis with the gospel, we are passionately committed to building up the body of Messiah, by investing in leaders and providing good theological training in the Hebrew language.

Students from all kinds of backgrounds come to study for their bachelors, masters, doctorate or other qualifications with us. We not only focus on academic development, but we also love to see the students grow spiritually on a personal level, so that they can go on to serve others well.

We regularly get out of the classroom and go on field trips to explore the land of the Bible together. In November we took a trip to Mareshah, which is mentioned in the Bible several times.

Here, King Asa defeated an army of a million men, after he called on God for help as told in 2 Chronicles 14
"Adonai, there is no one like You to help in battle between the mighty and the powerless. Help us, Adonai Eloheinu, for we rely on You and in Your Name we have come against this multitude. You are Adonai Eloheinu! Let no man prevail against You."

God is still the same yesterday, today and forever. He is always ready to respond when we call upon him.

REPRESENTING ONE FOR ISRAEL INTERNATIONALLY

The 68th Evangelical Theological Society conference was attended by some 2500 seminary/Bible college professors and students. Three of our own professors presented papers on topics related to Jewish ministry and the Hebrew Bible which were extremely well received.

Moreover, we had opportunities to share with many people there about what God is doing among us in Israel, particularly at Israel College of the Bible, among the Jewish and Arab people. Thank you to all those who have prayed for this important conference.

THE BIBLICAL IMPORTANCE OF RAIN

God creates the need for faith where there is none necessary in the ordinary. God has placed his people in a dry and dusty land with no reliable source of water so that they must look up to the skies, and to the one who can make it rain. He did it on purpose. Continue reading...

IS REVIVAL STARTING IN ISRAEL?

These are truly amazing times. God's Spirit is being poured out like never before here in the Middle East, bringing in a harvest of new believers at a pace that is hard to keep up with. Not only that, but we are also seeing God draw Jewish and Arab pastors together in precious unity that feels completely new, right here in Israel today! Is God is fixing his broken nets to prepare for a miraculous catch of fish?
