As we come to the end of September, many prophetic writers and prophets are inquiring of the Lord what He is saying for the new year. The Hebrew calendar starts roughly two months before our Gregorian Calendar.

So this year, we are entering the Hebrew year 5778, so when you read these revelations, please understand that the word for the year is for BOTH calendars at the same time.

I asked Bob Jones one time which calendar is the one God operates on. He said, "Oh, God operates on MANY calendars."

As you read this conjoined word by Ryan LeStrange and Jason Armstrong, try to learn something new that you may have never known about prophecy, dreams or visions. 5778 (2018) is going to be a year of apostolic authority, sending and supernatural moves of glory! There is a convergence of glory and the apostolic happening in the realm of the spirit, bringing the glory of God together with governing authority and a rising apostolic paradigm. It is a year of the apostolos—a year of the sent and the sending! The gates and walls of authority are being re-established in the earth. There will be an increased emphasis on the apostolic office and anointing. It is marked in Heaven as an apostolic year!

The Coming Glory Storms

Recently I (Ryan) had a profound encounter with the Lord as He revealed to me new depths of His glory. As I was lying down to go to sleep, I suddenly had an inner-vision. I saw a tremendously large glory cloud coming into gatherings. I could see that as the cloud was moving and manifesting, the atmosphere and authority of Heaven was crashing down. As I looked into the cloud, I saw storm systems and then storms bursting forth from the cloud.

"There are storms coming, storms of glory, that will change the spiritual climate over regions."

I saw amazing rainstorms carrying the rains of refreshing, renewal and revival. The Lord is sending these storms to soak the ground and transform the territory! I heard the Lord saying to me that sudden flash floods of revival are coming forth from the cloud. Dry places are about to be soaked!

"All the people perceived the thunder and the lightning flashes and the sound of the trumpet and the mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled and stood at a distance." Exodus 20:18

Next, I saw violent eruptions of lightning and realms of power coming forth. The Lord showed me that there will be lightning strikes, igniting wildfires of revival! The lightning also represents flashes and bursts of revelation. Every move is fueled by revelation. 

There is coming forth sudden insights and heavenly impartations from the midst of the cloud. The lightnings of God shall strike and knock down sickness and disease. The lightnings shall electrify people and regions with infusions of divine power. The lightnings shall burst forth with power for mega deliverance.

"Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God." Revelation 4:5

After this vision, I fell asleep and had a series of dreams about the glory storms and the cloud of His presence. In the first dream, I was ministering in a church, and the Lord asked me to share about the glory storms. The church was convinced that they knew and understood the glory realm. They were singing songs about the glory but it was out of ritual and routine. They had the language but not the presence. 

I told them that they needed to worship in the cloud, follow the cloud and get caught up in the cloud. They refused, so the Lord released me from that group. The Lord showed me that they were out of alignment and blinded by routine. 

The message here is that to move in the glory storms, it takes much more than the right language. It takes radical pursuit and obedience!

Then I had a second dream where I was at another church preparing to speak in a meeting after a well-known prophetic leader. After that leader spoke, I got up to share for a few moments on the glory storms and the cloud. People began a mass exit, totally uninterested in what I had to say. I was stunned! I inquired of the Lord about what was happening. He revealed to me that they were more interested in getting a prophetic word and receiving insight or information than hosting His presence.

I believe that this picture exposes some of the current prophetic movement...many want the revelation, the information, but are uninterested in His presence! The message of the cloud and the storms is one of presence and personal pursuit. There is a refocusing of prophetic ministry to be presence-based!

In the same dream, there was a group following a particular person but they were very out of order and rebellious. I was so grieved that they would not listen. They ignored every instruction and refused any level of submission. The Lord began to show me that there was a breach of order in their alignment with the agenda and the person they were following. They were in the right place but not in the right order! 

It is absolutely vital that we are in the right position and the right office. There are breaches of office and grace taking place that hinder the move of God.

There are glory storms of fierce winds coming forth. These are winds of refreshing, winds of transition and winds of shift. These are the whirlwinds of Heaven that will supernaturally pick people up and place them in the proper ministry and geographical location! "Then the LORD will appear over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning; and the Lord GOD will blow the trumpet, and will march in the storm winds of the south." Zechariah 9:14

The glory storms will unlock dimensions of power! The glory storms bring sudden reordering and restructuring. As the rain comes forth, the seed is watered and divine growth occurs! Seed that has been lying dormant springs to life.

"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves." 2 Corinthians 4:7

The Lord is raising up people who carry the atmosphere of the cloud with them! As they speak what they have heard and seen, the dimension of glory will come forth in power and demonstration. They are literally speaking from another dimension. Their language is different because it came from the glory! They will carry an unusual atmosphere around them. These are the glory carriers!

The Days of Noah and the Storms of Glory

There are storms coming, storms of glory, that will change the spiritual climate over regions. A climate is generally defined as the weather conditions that prevail in an area over a long period. As the glory comes, we will see places and regions that had a climate of barrenness become regions of birthing. Places that have been like a desert will become places of refreshing and renewal. As the storms come, there will be lightnings of deliverance released. In the glory, deliverance is not a process, it is immediate. There is an acceleration in the glory.

As Jesus saw satan fall like lightning from Heaven, we will see the captives set free speedily in the glory (Luke 10:18). We must be prepared to steward the glory. We must prepare our hearts to receive the light of the knowledge of the glory in the face of Jesus. There is great grace for great glory that is being released in this hour.

I (Jason) believe this grace is an apostolic grace (divine empowerment) to build, pioneer, and father in the glory. We will see strategies and structures built that can steward these storms of glory to bring transformation to a region (Gen. 6:15). It is time for the apostolic fathers to rise up and release sons that will help build, guide, and govern in the glory. Among the earliest uses of the term "apostle" or "apostolos" were the Greek historians, who used it to describe an admiral over a fleet of ships sent out by his king to establish his government in new territories.

As we look at the word picture associated with this upcoming Hebraic year of 5778 (Ayin Chet), we will see that it is a picture of a wall or fence. Walls and fences are structures that are built-up to protect what is inside. There is a building up of apostolic houses and centers that will govern, guide and guard the glory that is being released in the glory storms. These centers will be places of justice in the sight of injustice. They will be places of righteousness in the midst of unrighteousness. Mercy will be the currency and truth will be the constitution (Ps. 89:14).

The hammer that was used for building will become the gavel that is used to govern and guard in the glory. Chet is the 8th letter of the Hebrew alphabet and carries the numerical value of eight. The letter Chet is used to form the Hebrew word Chen which means Grace. This word is used in the Scriptures when Noah found grace (chen) in the sight of the Lord (Gen. 6:8). Noah is a picture of an Old Testament apostle. He was the first admiral of a ship. Some key attributes of the apostolic advance are building, pioneering and fathering. Noah did all three. He built an ark and an altar, he pioneered in the outpouring, and he did it with his sons (Gen. 6:9, 14. Gen. 8:20).

As we look at the days of Noah we can glean insight into the days ahead. We are in the days of Noah.

"But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be." Matthew 24:37-39

In the days of Noah, the land was filled with violence and injustice (heb. chamac "hamas", Gen. 6:11). In the days of Noah, they were busy with routine (Mt. 24:38). In the days of Noah, they couldn't discern the time (Mt. 24:39). In the days of Noah, the deluge came to destroy all flesh (Gen. 6:13). In the days of Noah, the waters lifted up the ark (Gen. 7:17). In the days of Noah, he walked faithfully with God (Gen. 6:9).

The Lord is raising up the Noahs in this hour that will be able to steward the storms of glory that are coming. The land is to be filled with the knowledge of the glory as the waters cover the sea (Hab. 2:14). When a land is filled with violence, it is void of glory.

The Noahs will be able to discern the time and the seasons, to release strategies, and build by faith when no one else will build. They will walk in obedience and endure the mockers and scoffers who say it is foolish to prepare for an outpouring of glory. The glory storms will separate and elevate the Noahs. The Noahs will come out from among the old wineskin structures to build vessels that can steward the glory. They will be separated from those who walk after the flesh and are not lead by the Spirit. Just as the waters lifted up the ark, the glory will elevate true Kingdom vessels. Noah's name means rest. In the glory, we can build, pray and see miracles happen without striving. There is a resting that is released in the glory. All needs are met in the glory. The clouds are rolling in, the sounds of thunder are clapping, and lightning is flashing across the horizon. There are storms coming, storms of glory, and it is time to prepare!

"Therefore he said unto Judah, Let us build these cities, and make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars, while the land is yet before us; because we have sought the LORD our God, we have sought Him, and He hath given us rest on every side. Prophetic Word: Alignment Is Key for 2016

 Just as last year we saw the wind come and separate, we believe this year will be a year for things to be connected and made secure.

The year 2016 is the Hebrew year of 5776. The two Hebrew letters associated with this number (76) are ayin and vav. The letter ayin gives us a picture of an eye, and vav gives us a picture of a peg, nail or hook. The year 2015 was a year of the whirlwind; things were turned upside down, shaken, moved and shifted! Many things were exposed and sifted.

There was a lot of divine sifting before the shifting! However, this is a year to secure some things, nail some things down. It is a time for the hook to connect things. There is an unfolding of kingdom partnerships for kingdom purposes.

A Time for Alignment, Expansion and a Year to Secure and Tie Things Down

Alignment is a key word this year! Alignment with others for kingdom exploits is critical. The who is every bit as important as the where and when.

It is also a time of expansion. As we think about the peg, we think about the tent; expand the peg and expand the tent. The Father is challenging us to dream radical, God-sized dreams and to pray bold prayers! There is a fresh wind blowing upon the revelation of faith. Faith sees and seizes. It is time to pray "Jabez" prayers again and to ask God to enlarge our territory. This is a time for the children of God to be brave. There will be personal stretching, expansion and promotion along with corporate stretching, moving into new territories and advancing.

It is a year to secure and tie things down. We see all of this mirrored in the natural in the U.S. political system as border security has become a huge debate. We are being urged to secure our borders, to create a physical barrier. This is a true, prophetic picture. It is time to secure the borders of our ministries, families and personal lives. What does that mean? And how do we secure our borders? We put Jesus front and center. We seek to honor and please Him above all else. We also kick the enemy out and use the blood of Jesus as an aggressive weapon.

We need strong prophetic preaching and teaching in this hour to expose the works of hell and to call the people of God back to their first love! I am reminded of the vision that Oral Roberts had of shaking in the last days. He said that the Lord told him there was a need for preachers with fire in their bellies! I say, raise up the Fire Carriers, Lord!

The Lord Must Build the House

We need to make our calling and elections sure (2 Pet. 1:10). This is a time to secure the foundation that our lives and ministries are built upon. All things that are not built on the sure foundation of Jesus will ultimately fail. We must be sure that our identity is found in Him and not in our giftings, talents or anointing. His house is built on the apostolic and prophetic foundation with Jesus Himself being the chief cornerstone (Eph. 2:20). The Psalms tell us that unless the Lord builds the house, those who labor are laboring in vain (Ps. 127:1). Our labor must be about His house and for His kingdom. There is no room for self-promotion or self-exaltation.

"From him comes the cornerstone, and from him the tent peg. From him comes the bow for battle, and from him every ruler goes out, all these together. And they will be as mighty men, who trample down in the muddy streets in battle. They will fight because the Lord is with them, and He will put to shame those riding on horses" (Zechariah 10:4-5, MEV).

"For no one can lay another foundation than that which was laid, which is Jesus Christ" (1 Cor. 3:11, MEV).

"But the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, 'The Lord knows those who are His,' and, 'Let everyone who calls on the name of Christ depart from iniquity'" (2 Tim. 2:19, MEV).

"See, I lay in Zion a stone, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, firmly placed; he who believes shall not act hastily" (Is. 28:16, MEV).

"Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom the entire building, tightly framed together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God through the Spirit" (Eph. 2:19-22, MEV).

"Except the LORD build the house, those who build labor in vain; except the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain" (Ps. 127:1, MEV).

"It shall be, if you will listen to all that I command you and will walk in My ways and do what is right in My sight to keep My statutes and My commandments, as David My servant did, I will be with you and build you a sure house, as I built for David, and will give Israel to you" (1 Kin. 11:38, MEV).

Watch for those who have been secure only in themselves and sure of themselves. The people and ministries that are about self-promotion will be removed while others are set in their place.

Shebna was a servant who was trying to promote himself in the kingdom. He did this by building a tomb for himself like those of the kings in his day had. When one tries to promote himself, the act becomes dead works, and the only thing they are actually building is a tomb. Due to his self-promotion, Shebna "the peg that was fastened in a secure place" was removed from his position and another "peg" (Eliakim) was set in.

 "Thus says the Lord God of Hosts: 'Come, go to this treasurer, even to Shebna, who is over the royal household, and say: "What right do you have here? And whom do you have here that you have dug out for yourself a tomb here, as he who hews out for himself a tomb on high, and who cuts a habitation for himself in a rock?'" (Is. 22:15-16, MEV).

"I will fasten him as a nail in a firm place, and he shall become a glorious throne to his father's house" (Is. 22:23, MEV).

Watch for true prophetic voices to become even more secure of their position in Christ, causing a greater boldness to minister a more sure word of prophecy. They must remain in holiness and continue to be moved by the Holy Ghost, and not of themselves. They will carry a sure testimony of Jesus, which is the spirit of prophecy.

"And we have a more reliable word of prophecy, which you would do well to follow, as to a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts" (2 Pet. 1:19, MEV).

"For no prophecy at any time was produced by the will of man, but holy men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God" (2 Pet. 1:21, MEV).

"The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple" (Ps. 19:7, MEV).

"And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said unto me, 'See that you not do that. I am fellow servant, and of your brothers who hold the testimony of Jesus: Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy'" (Rev. 19:10, MEV).

From Judah will come the cornerstone, from him the tent peg, from him the battle bow, from him every ruler. Together they will be like warriors in battle trampling their enemy into the mud of the streets. They will fight because the Lord is with them, and they will put the enemy horsemen to shame. Zechariah 10:4-5

For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:11

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, "The Lord knoweth them that are His." And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 2 Timothy 2:19

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, "Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste." Isaiah 28:16

Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it... Psalm 127:1

And it shall be, if thou wilt hearken unto all that I command thee, and wilt walk in My ways, and do that is right in My sight, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as David My servant did; that I will be with thee, and build thee a sure house, as I built for David, and will give Israel unto thee. 1 Kings 11:38

Watch for those that have been secure only in themselves and sure of themselves. The people and ministries that are about self-promotion will be removed while others are set in their place.

Shebna was a servant who was trying to promote himself in the Kingdom. He did this by building a tomb for himself like those of the kings in his day. When one tries to promote themselves, it becomes dead works, and the only thing they are actually building is a tomb.

"In that day," says the Lord of hosts, "the peg that is fastened in the secure place will be removed and be cut down and fall, and the burden that was on it will be cut off; for the Lord has spoken." Isaiah 22:25

Thus says the Lord God of hosts, "Go, proceed to this steward, to Shebna, who is over the house, and say: 'What have you here, and whom have you here, that you have hewn a sepulcher here, as he who hews himself a sepulcher on high, who carves a tomb for himself in a rock?'" Isaiah 22:15-16

I will fasten him as a peg in a secure place, and he will become a glorious throne to his father's house. Isaiah 22:23

Watch for true prophetic voices to become even more secure of their position in Christ, causing a greater boldness to minister a more sure word of prophecy. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts... 2 Peter 1:19

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. 2 Peter 1:21

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. Psalm 19:7

And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, "See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." Revelation 19:10

8 Prophetic Mandates for 2016: Areas of Ministry to Be Secured

This is not a complete picture but some of the highlights:

• Expressions of the Kingdom that look different.

• HUBS that take on an ekklesia approach above just a typical local church approach.
The Lord is raising up a variety of HUBS to serve as the center for His plans, revival outpouring, training, and equipping in regions. More and more ministries will cross over into a HUB mentality and many new HUBS will be planted.

• Spiritual Families-Apostolic Companies.
People who are serious about the Kingdom will recognize the vital need for proper relationships. They will relocate, travel, and invest in order to walk out the plan with the right people. The next generation of apostolic leaders will place a high value on family, companies, and relationships. The previous generation of apostolic leaders valued exploits, revelation, and accomplishment. The emerging generation of apostolic pioneers maximizes the power of relational ministry to accomplish the exploits. There is a generation that is in between the two that has elements of both.

• The quest for truth.
This generation of young people is on a quest to know and understand. They have been raised in the information age and they deeply desire to comprehend the "whys." Teaching will be a well-regarded gift in this generation. Ministries that offer explanation and insight will expand and enlarge.

• Apostolic and Prophetic foundations.
A large part of the Body of Christ is opening up to the reality of these two foundational gifts and ministries. There will be tremendous apostolic and prophetic synergy to uncover the plans of the Father for His people along with divine strategy. These two gifts will lock arms in an unprecedented way in order to pioneer dynamic Kingdom expression.

• Power Ministry.
There is a strong prophetic word of the Lord about the rising tide of healing ministry and supernatural demonstration. Apostles of power will rise and lead a charge back to the supernatural. Start believing for Acts 19:11 special miracles! The Lord is ready to turn up the heat of healing power. He is simply looking for a people that will press and believe.

As I was preaching recently, the Lord brought the blue flame before me. He showed me a blue-flame level of revival coming forth. This has many implications, but one of the most simple is a higher temperature of burning and a more pure flame. 

I began to see in my spirit creative miracles and power gifts coming forth on a level that I have personally never witnessed. I sense the Father urging a generation to contend for higher levels of miracles and to carry greater mantles. (Photo via Pixabay)

The wells of healing and power will be dug once again. There is something unusual and marked by God in the spring of this year as the nation descends on California for Lou Engle's The Call Azusa Street. There is the re-digging of a massive well of revival and miracles that will be marked by that event. There is potential for the Body of Christ to ride the wave that will be generated from the shockwaves of those prayers, to see a rising tide of miracle ministry and a new era of healing power like we have not seen in our generation. Even now many are being prepared to carry the healing mantle of the Lord in a profound way.

• A divine marriage between prayer rooms, healing rooms, and HUBS.
There is a link between these three ministries. The Lord showed me that Revival HUBS are to be the prophetic nerve center of territories. I was preaching at a HUB that was on the Main Street of a city right in the heart of the downtown, and the Lord told me that this is a natural picture of a prophetic reality. He is raising up prophetic-apostolic ministries to speak into the heart of cities and regions. They must partner with the laid-down lovers who will bathe the word and the plans in prayer. Prayer rooms are places of intercession and longing. The healing rooms are gateways to the healing power of God that is to be displayed in this hour. These three ministries working together have potential for explosive results in the Spirit.

• Renegade prophetic voices will receive apostolic rebuke.
Those that shun the correction will drift further away from the heart of God and into their own religious delusion. Those who receive correction will be sharpened and both their gift and character will rise much higher.

Both cleaning and clarity are coming to the prophetic ministry. There is an urgent need for CLEAR prophetic voices that shun nonsense and give out the unfiltered word of the Lord. And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment. 1 Chronicles 12:32

The Lord told me that this is a season for His people to contend for clarity! The more clear the word is, the more precise the leading. We do not have time for unnecessary rabbit trails.

A Jubilee Year: A Time of Divine Release From Unfruitful Relationships, Offense, and Bondages

This year is also a Jubilee year! There is tremendous opportunity to grab the promise of Jubilee and receive breakthrough. It will come to those who discern the Kairos and move in it. Jubilee is a time of divine release! This is a significant Kairos for us. It is time to be released from wrong people and unfruitful relationships. It is time to release our own hearts from offense and walk in love and forgiveness.

There is absolutely no time to waste on bitterness.

It is a Genesis 13 moment! Lot and Abraham were beginning to experience strife because the land could not provide for them both. Abraham chose the low road and released himself from strife by giving Lot first choice of the land. The blessing of God came mightily upon Abraham. When we release people from offense and let go of strife in our heart, we align with a commanded blessing! Forgiving means "letting it go." It does not mean that we keep aligning or walking where we do not agree. Our alignments are critical.

Jubilee is a time of release from bondages! It is time to enjoy the freedom that Jesus paid for at Calvary. There is an invitation to take off the shackles and live in the freedom of the Lord! It is also a season of supernatural favor (see Psalm 5:12) and debt cancellation. I know that this is controversial to many, but the fact is that part of Jubilee is the removal of debt. We need to seize the moment and put our faith to work in that area so that we can be free to obey God without the weight of financial bondages.
