The wake up call - ONE FOR ISRAEL

Dr. Erez Soref, President of ONE FOR ISRAEL
Shalom!

This week, we want to share with you the powerful story of Igal, an Israeli man who should have died, but was saved by a fellow soldier who took his place. He was shocked about how the rabbis dealt with his friend's death, which led him on a road of awakening - to what it was that Yeshua the Messiah had done for him by dying in his place. There is no greater love!

Why is there such a gulf between the rabbis and Jesus?

What if the actual reason why the Rabbis rejected Jesus is being hidden from you? Jesus was the only one who dared to stand up against the religious oppression by breaking down the walls that rabbinical tradition had put up. Jesus opened the door to God for everyone. Continue reading...

Biblical Archaeological Treasures: Signed, Sealed and Delivered!

Hebrew University archaeologist, Eilat Mazar, came across a cave full of treasures during excavations below the Temple Mount's southern wall. The cave contained coins bearing interesting messages, and close by, in the same dig, seals from King Hezekiah and possibly Isaiah the Prophet have been found! Continue reading...

A love that changes lives - ONE FOR ISRAEL

Dr. Erez Soref, President of ONE FOR ISRAEL
Shalom!

Last Thursday we held a praise and worship evening on the third night of Hanukkah, coming before Yeshua together as one in Him. We have been reading about Paul's great love for the Thessalonian believers at the end of 1 Thessalonians 2, where he describes them as his crown! Paul's passion for building up believers in love is a great inspiration to us.

Yeshua coming to us in the flesh is such a clear expression of God's great love for us, and as we grow in love for Yeshua together, we also grow in love for one another. This is the love that changes lives.

It is wonderful at this special holiday time to focus on our savior, Yeshua, and celebrate what He has done in our lives. We are so grateful for all he has done for us personally, as a nation, and through this ministry, ONE FOR ISRAEL. At this time of year, we are reminded Yeshua is the best gift the world could ever know. God has given Himself to us, and we, in turn, gladly give our lives to Him.

We are so grateful to you for your support and love for Israel and the Middle East. Thanks to the prayers and gifts of believers from all over the world, the powerful message of the gospel is reaching many Jews and Arabs. Lives are being changed before our eyes!

Why Do Some People Object To Christmas?

December 25th: A joyful day to celebrate the Messiah coming to earth...or a hijacked pagan holiday? Does the date really matter? And how did it become the 25th of December anyway? Some are keen to steer clear of anything approximating idol worship and will avoid such traditions like the plague. However, as we shall see, there are also good reasons to say there is nothing wrong with Christmas decorations and celebrations, or even the very date of December 25thContinue reading...

SHOCKING: The Mayor Of Nazareth Tried To Cancel Christmas In The City!

A few days ago, in true grinch fashion, the Mayor of Nazareth announced that the annual public Christmas festivities and street celebrations in the city of Nazareth were cancelled. The mayor explained to The Times of Israel that his decision was in response to President Donald Trump's recent announcement that the United States officially recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's capital and will move the American embassy to Jerusalem. The mayor told the paper, "The decision [by Donald Trump regarding Jerusalem] has taken away the joy of the holiday, and we will thus cancel the festivities this year." Continue reading...

How we, as Israelis, became captivated with Yeshua

There are rabbis who blame us for grazing in foreign fields, but they are forgetting that Jesus was a Jew who was born in Israel. Two thousand years after Jesus walked in the land of Israel, we, and the entire world, are still talking about him. Jesus divided history into two, as we acknowledge every time we write the date. We don't have a single painting, song, poem, or musical piece by Jesus, yet his life and the words he spoke were the inspiration for more paintings, songs, poems and movies than any other figure in history. What is it about Him that captured our hearts and the hearts of many others? Continue reading...

What the wedding at Cana tells us about creation

There is a miraculous event in the New Testament that is as challenging for many as the creation account in Genesis. And as you will see, the two events are very much related. The event was the making of some very good wine in a small Galilean town called Cana; wine that was not made in days, but in an infinitesimal fraction of time. This wine-making event is a window into the very creation account in Genesis chapter one. Continue reading...
