GREAT GOD Part II - Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

GREAT GOD
Part II
Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

Psalm 139:1-14

1 O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.

2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

One page is definitely not enough to praise this great God, neither are all the pages of this book sufficient to extol His Names. This God is greater than the greatest.

Think of anything great that anyone has ever done; my God has surely done greater. In mathematics, He is the greatest. He perfectly calculated the distance needed between all the elements of the universe and their velocities, so that they move together and are just at the right distances apart to maintain a balance. He is also bigger that the biggest, so much so that He uses the whole earth as His footstool (Isaiah 66:1). For someone’s feet to be so big that He needs a footstool as large as the earth, you can be sure that He is indeed a very big fellow. No other entity is as big as this. In like manner, He is richer than the richest. My God has never gone broke, and He can never be broke.

The whole earth and its fullness are His: all the natural resources and precious stones, known and unknown to man, belong to Him. He is the God that has money everywhere, even in the belly of a fish (Matthew 17:24-27). A Bible scholar once explained his take on what Jesus meant when He said He would do whatever we ask in His Name (John 14:13-14). He explained that the literal translation of that scripture to English from Greek is that even if we ask Him for anything that does not exist; He will create it and give it to us. He is so rich that He even possesses things that are not yet in existence! He can therefore never be stranded. He will show Himself through you as one who is richer than the richest in Jesus’ Name.

My God can do all things. He not only raised the dead, He also raised up dry bones and transformed them into a mighty army (Ezekiel 37:1-10). Psalm 139 says my God knows all things, and nothing is hidden from Him. He is everywhere, and so he sees everything.

You can’t run away from His presence. Furthermore, He can heal all sicknesses and diseases. In Matthew 8:3, Jesus touched a man with leprosy. Not only did He not get infected with the disease, the man was also healed instantly.

During one of our Holy Ghost Services in Nigeria, God instructed that all those who had incurable diseases should come to the front of the alter, and I should just walk in front of them with my prayer staff. As I did as instructed, they were getting healed. Those whose healing required surgery just fell and slept while God performed the needed operation on them with invisible hands. After that night, several people testified of getting healed of incurable diseases.

Who is God to you? Is He your doctor or your provider? Is He your helper and your friend? A popular saying goes, “show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.” If you make Jesus your friend, He will also give you the ability to do all that He can do.

Come to the winning side today and surrender your life to this great God.

May God Bless you all.

OUR GREAT GOD - Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

OUR GREAT GOD
 Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

"Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven." Psalm 148:13

READ: Job 38: 3-12

3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.

4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?

6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;

7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

9 When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,

10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,

11 And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

MESSAGE

A name is not just a label; more importantly, it is an identity. Names are very important to God, and this is why it is important to search the scriptures to discover more about God’s identity through His Names. Those who know his Names and praise Him with these names are dear to God’s heart.

In Revelations 1:8, He Himself revealed some of his Name to us saying: “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”

Furthermore, in God’s dialogue with Job in Job Chapter 38, He asked him some frightening questions which reveal that He truly is the Alpha and the Omega. It goes without saying that He is the one who made the mountains, the oceans and all the other big and small things we see in nature. We also understand that He is older that the oldest because by Him were all things created. He saw the beginning of everything on earth, good and bad, and He will also see their end because He is the Omega. He will end every bad experience in your life as you praise Him today as Alpha and Omega in Jesus’ Name.

In 1 Samuel 1:3, the Almighty is called the Lord of Host. In the past, I used to think this name that He is the Lord of Hosts’ means the Lord of all hosts, whether in heaven, hell, the earth, the seas, underneath the earth, and even other galaxies in the universe. Nobody can oppress His children because one command from Him can make life unbearable for even the greatest king on earth. If you don’t believe me, ask Pharaoh (Exodus 5-11).

According to Proverbs 21:1, my God has the heart of kings in His hands, and He turns their heart wherever He pleases. If He has control over the commanders-in-chief of all armed forces, then He can also direct the armed forces of different nations as He pleases.

Isaiah 9:6 calls Him the Prince of Peace. The first thing a person experiences after giving his or her life to Christ is peace, because the Prince of Peace now lives within. My God can calm every storm, and I mean any storm. He calmed several storms when He was here on earth (Mark 4:39, Matthew 14:24-32), and there is no storm in your life that He cannot calm.

Some years ago, I was invited to speak at a United Nations Summit, and I told the delegates there that it was good they were all trying to solve the problems of war around the world. I let them know that if they really wanted peace, the only way they could get it was if they involved the Prince of Peace. In this world of war and turbulence, you can have peace if you surrender to Him indeed.

May the peace of the Lord continually be with you in Jesus’ Name.

DO NOT EAT YOUR DESTINY - Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

DO NOT EAT YOUR DESTINY
Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale
Nigeria

"And Jesus answered him, saying, "It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God." Luke 4:4

Genesis 25:29-34: "And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint. 30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.

31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. 32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. 34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentils; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright."

Food can be very powerful. Adam and Eve lost their life of bliss, peace and abundance, glory and honor to food. It is rather unfortunate that many people today are still losing their great destiny to food. It is amazing that in spite of the abundant food provided by God for Adam and Eve, they still developed an appetite for that which was forbidden.

It is quite easy to look at them now and judge them, but when you look at the world today and see how food is wrecking the lives of many, you will be shocked. To fast is the most difficult thing for some people because their belly has become their master, and even in some cases, their god (Philippians 3:19). When you read the account of how food destroyed Esau’s destiny and consider that the devil also tried to use food to destroy the destiny of our Lord, you will realize that addiction to food can actually devastate a person’s life.

In Genesis 25:29-34, poor Esau had just returned from his hunting expedition with juicy bushmeat. However, instead of settling down to prepare a meal with it, he lusted after Jacob’s pottage, which was ready to eat. Unknown to him, Jacob had been eyeing his privilege as the firstborn. It did not take Jacob mush time to start bargaining with Esau for what he had always desired from birth.

While Esau lusted for food, Jacob lusted for the birthright of the firstborn. Within a few minutes, they struck a bargain: Esau got the food he desired and Jacob went away with the privilege of the firstborn. By the time Esau realized the value of the birthright he sold for food, it was too late (Hebrews 12:16-17).

It may sound unbelievable, but many ladies have sold their pride of virginity for food. Many housewives have become unfaithful to their husbands because of the generosity of a man who comes to their aid when there is no food at home.

A good number of men are now polygamous because they could not control their appetite for delicious meals of strange women.

Beloved, here’s the good news: although the first Adam fell for food, the second Adam triumphed over the temptation of food brought by the same tempter (Luke 4:3-4). As seen from Christ’s example, the only way to avoid falling into the devil’s temptation is to heed the word of God. if you will overcome the devil in the area of food, the end can never justify the means for you.

A stone that is turned into bread will never digest if you happen to eat it; it is just a lie designed by the devil to steal from you. So please, don’t eat your destiny. Rather, be guided by the word of God.

A job you get by sleeping with the personnel manager will not last; it will only bring sorrow and great disappointment to your life. Be wise today.

May God Bless you in Jesus Name.

YOUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD - Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

Pastor Abel Oyewale and his wife Margaret

YOUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD
Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help." Psalm 121:1

READ: 2 Kings 6:25-27

25 And there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass's head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove's dung for five pieces of silver.

26 And as the king of Israel was passing by upon the wall, there cried a woman unto him, saying, Help, my lord, O king.

27 And he said, If the LORD do not help thee, whence shall I help thee? Out of the barn floor, or out of the winepress?

MESSAGE

An African adage says that it is not wise to weep in the presence of a person who has no capacity to console you. It is a waste of time and energy to shed your tears at a place where they will not give any help in your favor. The Holy Spirit provides direction to genuine seekers of true help on where to get help. In Psalm 121:2, He says, “My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.”

Those who have been seeking help where there is none will be wise to heed these words. Concerning such people, Isaiah 31:1 says, “Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!”

There was once a serious famine in Samaria, such that women started killing their own children for food. As the king of Israel walked by on the wall of the city on a certain day, a woman saw him and cried out to him for help. The king’s response to her is a great lesson you must take to heart today. In 2 Kings 6:27b, he said,  “If the LORD do not help thee, whence shall I help thee? ”

What an eternal truth this is! Beloved, in your Christian walk, you must develop to a point where you can say, “My God is more than able to help me; if He will not help me, nobody else can.” This was the stand taken by the three Hebrew boys in Babylon. In Daniel 3:16b-18, they said to King Nebuchadnezzar, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.”

You need to come to terms with two truths today. First and foremost, the Almighty God is the Help that is very much present in the time of need (Psalm 46:1). Secondly, if the Almighty God cannot help you in your adversity, no “mighty man” or devil can help you. When the Lord sees that you consider Him to be your only source of help, He will arise for you speedily.

I pray for you that the Almighty God will help you in the day of adversity, and you shall not be ashamed in Jesus’ Name.

May God bless you all in Jesus Christ Name.
Shalom,

WORLDLINESS DEFINED - Abel Oyewale Nigeria

WORLDLINESS DEFINED
Pastor Abel Oyewale
Nigeria

"As they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away." 1 Corinthians 7:3

READ: 1 John 2:15-17

15 "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."

Worldliness has been misconstrued by some to mean having the good things of life, such as good cars, comfortable houses, decent clothing and the like. This is not true, because some of the heroes of faith that God loved so much were not only very rich, they also lived a good life. Here is Abraham’s servant’s testimony of Abraham’s status in Genesis 24:35:

“And the LORD hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks, and herds, and silver, and gold, and menservants, and maidservants, and camels, and asses.”

The good life Abraham had is evident in the fact that he could afford to entertain three “casual” passersby with a whole calf (Genesis 14:14). In light of these facts, we need to properly define what worldliness is in order to distinguish it from good living.

What then is worldliness if it is not synonymous with being wealthy? Today’s memory verse gives us a hint of God’s view on this subject matter. From this verse of Scripture we understand that things of this world are meant for our use but not for our abuse. According to today’s Bible reading, simply defined, worldliness is “lust”.

“For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.” 1 John 2:16

From the Scripture above, we understand that worldliness is lusting after the following:

1. Things that are not yours and cannot be yours, but which you still desire by all means, such as another man’s wife.

2. Things you do not necessarily need but which you still get for the sake of the pride of life.

3. Things you own that you keep away from those who actually need them.

4. Lack of contentment with what God has made you or given you. For example, a dark person bleaching their skin to become a light person.

Above all, worldliness is denying God what He originally gave you when He demands it. An example of this is manifested when instead of using the blessing God has deposited in your life for the purpose of propagating the gospel, you choose to keep it away from Him because you need to buy the latest car in town, despite the fact that you already have enough cars to take you around. Learn from Joseph of Arimathaea who selflessly volunteered his own expensive tomb for Jesus’ burial (Matthew 27:57-60).

Beloved, a person can be poor and still be worldly if the little he or she has is placed or valued higher than the Almighty God. How highly do you rate your possessions today?

God bless you all as you are reading this message.

THE LABORERS ARE FEW - Pastor Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

Pastor Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

THE LABORERS ARE FEW

"Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me." Isaiah 6:8

Luke 10:1-9, "After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.

4 Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.

5 And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.

6 And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

8 And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:

9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you."

Prophet Isaiah had the rare privilege of having a vision where he witnessed what was going on in the palace of the Almighty God (Isaiah 6:1-8). The setting he observed was a kind of conference with the hosts of heaven in attendance. God threw a simple question to the multitudes present, which should ordinarily not be much of a challenge to them.

The Lord asked, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” The seemingly little hesitation that followed God’s question before Isaiah responded was not an act of rebellion by angels or the host of heaven; rather, there was hesitation because this question was not meant for them.

If angel were supposed to take up the assignment, it would have come as a command instead of a question. The privilege of disseminating the good news of the kingdom and propagating the gospel has been expressly assigned to human beings by God. the term ‘evangelism’ therefore refers to spreading the gospel, and the one doing this work is called an ‘evangelist’.

The duty of an evangelist is to function as spokesperson for the Church in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. Just as God was searching for someone to take up the assignment in today’s memory verse, He is still searching for faithful people who will relentlessly participate in spreading the gospel today. Will you say yes to him?

The need for evangelists today is further amplified by these words of the Lord in Luke 10:2b:

“The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.”

The gospel is needed more than ever before in this world of sin, where immorality pervades everywhere and the pursuit of worldly pleasures is taking over the Church of God. god expects us to walk worthy of our calling and election as children of God (Ephesians 4:1-12). He has endowed each individual in the body of Christ with gifts to function in at least one of several offices, as apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers.

Therefore, it is not only pastors and altar ministers that are called to work in God’s vineyard. Everyone who is genuinely born again is called to do the work of an evangelist by spreading the good news of the gospel all over the world (2 Timothy 4:5). Understanding this fact is very necessary if we desire to please God, fulfill our purpose on earth and receive the best from God. winning lost souls and making them disciples is the whole essence of Christianity.

How many souls have you won to Christ this year? Open your mouth and allow God to fill it with words to those that are perishing.

May God bless you all as you are reading this message.

Shalom,

MORE THAN ENOUGH MANSION - Pastor Abel Oyewale Nigeria

MORE THAN ENOUGH MANSION
Pastor Abel Oyewale
Nigeria

"For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God,an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens." 2 Corinthians 5:1

John 14:1-3, "1Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

Our Lord Jesus Christ in today’s Bible reading assured us of His second coming. Indeed, He is coming to take us to be with Him, so that we may be where He is. The size of our heavenly home is so large that it has taken over two thousand years to complete it, as the number of saints is increasing continually. Considering the Omnipotent power of the Most High to do all things, this may sound ridiculous; however, the ways of the Lord are unsearchable, and the prerogative of mysteries belongs to Him alone. When dealing with mysteries such as this, all we need to do is believe and take Him by His word.

Isn’t it wonderful that our Lord Jesus Christ in John 14:2 said: “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.”

In other words, He does not want us to see our present place of abode here on earth as our final destination. He wants us to be mindful of a better place being prepared for us. Those who are busy killing, stealing and embezzling funds in order to amass “mansions” for themselves here on earth are being foolish. Such people do not have an understanding of what is ultimately good for them.

Also, those who would not want to be born again because of the material things of this world do not know what they stand to lose in eternity. The truth is that there is enough room for everyone who is born again in the Kingdom of God. Those who teach that there is no heaven anywhere and that our heavenly mansions will be here on earth lack spiritual understanding of the Scriptures.

Jesus said if what He declared to us about our heavenly mansion was not true He would have told us so. Aside from the fact that He cannot lie, He has no reason to tell a lie about this. Faith in this promise led Paul to pen the words of today’s memory verse, where he referred to the anticipated replacement of our physical bodies and temporal place of abode with celestial bodies and heavenly mansions respectively.

Unfortunately, those who miss out on the heavenly mansions being prepared by Jesus Christ will have their place in the devil’s abode, which is the lake of fire. There is no middle-way about it.

My prayer for you today is that you will not miss your celestial body and heavenly mansion in Jesus’ Name. Your portion will not be in the lake of fire in Jesus’ Name. For this prayer to be answered, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and make sure you do not live or die with and unconfessed sin in your life.

God bless you all.

Pastor Abel

THE PATHWAY TO SUCCESS - Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

THE PATHWAY TO SUCCESS
Pastor Sunday Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

Joshua 1:8, "This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shalt make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success."

When Joshua took over the mantel of leadership, God gave him strategy for winning in life. The same you will find in the new testament as the pattern for salvation in any situation.

The first here is utterance, the process whereby we hear the word, by it faith is ignited in our heart. This is done through our mouth. We release the seed of faith through our confession. The word in our mouth first before our heart. If it is not in your mouth it cannot be in your heart.

No matter what is preached to you, unless you put it in your heart, through the power of meditation, you missed the power from it. The same way faith comes through this process is the same way fear comes. God told Joshua to pay attention to what Moses preached through meditation in order to experience good success.

Paul told Timothy the same thing: 1 Timothy 4:14, "Neglect not the gift that is in you, which was given you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that your profiting may appear to all."

No matter how powerful the prophecy or the prophetic word spoken, if you don't take time to meditate on it, the expected changes will not be seen. Even when negative words are spoken in prophecy against you, you must counter it through your confession, holding God's word in your mouth set a new course different from the negative. The same way you set in motion the positive ones.

Today, take time to meditate on the testimonies of Jesus and speak the same over your life and family.

God bless you in Jesus Christ Name.

RECOGNISED AND REGARDED LEADERS - Pastor Abel Oyewale, Nigeria

RECOGNISED AND REGARDED LEADERS (JOHN 3:1-21 )
Pastor Abel Oyewale
Nigeria

Jesus answered and said to him , "Are you the teacher of Israel , and do not know these things " (v10)

Even though Nicodemus came to Jesus at night (a sign of hunger for Jesus and fear of Jews) Jesus still acknowledged his leadership status. He does not need to taunt anyone before He gets him hooked. Jesus humbly responded to Nicodemus questions despite Nicodemus shrinking and quaking before Him. Jesus understood his spiritual deficiency and thirst. He was ready to help him out.

Heaven is every man's ultimate, and Jesus came for that purpose. So, Jesus desire is that all men accept Him, so that the can enjoy His provision. This made Him relates with them in love. In other to impress the truth upon their hearts, while still honoring them for their status, Jesus visited and dined with some of them. Jesus lived an open and loving life. He loved all sincerely and equally.

READY TO FULFILL RIGHTEOUSNESS (MATT.3:1-17)

Then Jesus came from Galileo to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. Obedience is a trait of loyalty. Jesus agreed with His father to come down and live with man, so that mankind can enjoy the fullness of God's grace through Him. (John 1:16)

He first practiced what He was to preach by humbly going down to Jordan to be baptized by John the Baptist. What a humble way to fulfill all righteousness. Today's leaders have a lesson to learn from Jesus humility  In order for them to justify the confidence  that the people repose in themf they must experience divine elevation. Jesus came for an assignment whose success is hinged on fulfilling all righteousness.

Every leader must meet God's expectation before they can succeed.

May God help us all.

THE LOVING GOD FOUND NOAH (GENESIS 6:1-12) Pastor Abel Oyewale Nigeria, West Africa

Pastor Abel Oyewale

THE LOVING GOD FOUND NOAH (GENESIS 6:1-12)
Pastor Abel Oyewale  Nigeria, West Africa
March 23, 2018

A. THE WORLD WAS DEPRAVED ( Genesis 6:1-7 )

Though God's eyes can not behold evil, yet, in the midst of wickedness, His eyes can, and do spot the righteous. If we keep ourselves for God. He would identify with us and favour us in this world of wickedness.

"Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the heart, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."

One may wonder why God would allow man to continue to multiply on the face of the earth fulfillmentnt of His earlier blessing, despite man's fall.and waywardness. God's love truly in action.

This increased tempo of man's wickedness notwithstanding, God's eternal redemptive programme has remained intact. His undying love has kept Him intervening .

Most saddening and discouraging is the fact that the Lord saw that the world was now evil - not what He had intended it to be. Yet He still had compassion on the dying man.

God was grieved (filled with pain) that the people He had created and loved became so sinful, and no longer loved Him. The grief here can be compared to that of a father who finds his most beloved son misbehaving, with impunity. I hope you are not still one of those grieving Him today.

This divine decision didn't come from bitterness or hatred against humanity. Rather, God's love wanted to purify the earth and make it more conductive to live in for the righteous.

Christ is our righteousness. In Him we trade our depravity for His restoration and life. Accept His Lordship now.

B.THE LORD SAW NOAH. (Genesis 6:8-12 )

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Noah had chosen to work with God, a thing that was obviously made possible by God's enablement. God's grace and love equipped him to represent God's righteousness. Are you praying for such a grace?

The grace of God enabled Noah to live differently from others. Grace found him as he deliberately obeyed God.  This was God's love and grace in action.

How can any man walk with God if God does not bring him closer to Himself. God's love located just Noah, bringing him closer to fulfil the essence of God's love.

Be conscious of your new status in Christ and do away with earthly entanglements so as to keep enjoying the love of God.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL IN JESUS CHRIST NAME.

SHALOM.

Our school kids in Nigeria

It will be my joy if you, as a son or daughter of God, would allow the Holy Spirit to always control your steps. If possible, please, for the sake of God's Kingdom here in Nigeria, donate Bibles for distribution FREE to those who can not buy a copy as a result of poverty. We would want them in bulk for the big revival/conference we are planning.

Please contact Pastor Abel at his contact information, or the USA office for Love For Your People in the Charlotte, North Carolina addresses given below.

Contact us further if you have Bibles that we can send to Pastor Abel and his team in Nigeria for free distribution:
