The Roar of the Lion of Judah

Over the past few days I have been feeling a sense of urgency over the United States, and an excitement in my spirit that the King of Glory is stepping in (as I released in a previous word). As I have leaned into the Lord to seek His heart concerning this, I had an encounter with the Lord where I saw the Lion of Judah positioned over the United States. He was HUGE. With each one of His paws placed on the four corners of the United States, He was covering the entire nation.

As He was positioned over the nation, He opened His mouth and out came a LOUD roar. It was a roar of Joel 3:16: "The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the Lord will be a refuge for His people, a stronghold for the people of Israel."

"United States, accelerate further into your new day!"

It was the ROAR of God releasing the FEAR of God across the nation. It was the roar of His authority that decreed: "NOTHING can stand against My power and who I am."

As this roar of the Lion of Judah was released I saw John 3:16 exploding all around declaring, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

His roar was being released, demonstrating His power and His authority; but the roar of His heart was releasing the sound of the Gospel louder than before. This was happening so that the world would know His great love and His power and a greater unlocking to prepare the nation for a MIGHTY HARVEST of souls.

Swing Wide Ancient Gates!

As I heard the Lord roar loudly, I could also hear the LAUGH of God. It was so loud it shook EVERYTHING. Nothing could stand against the roar and laugh of God. Instantly, I heard the verse declared in the spirit from Psalm 2:4: "He who sits in the heavens laughs..."

As soon as I heard this Scripture the Lord spoke to me:

"Psalm 2:4 and Psalm 24:7-9 are keys right now for the United States. NOTHING will stand against My plans and what I am decreeing and establishing within the United States. I am releasing My laugh of VICTORY over the nation. I am stepping in! I am stepping in! Decree it with Me: The King of Glory is stepping in! I am the One who will have the last laugh, for nothing stands against My plans and purposes! I am Yahweh." (Photo via Wikimedia)

I then heard the Lord roar loudly again, and this time as He roared, I heard the declaration being made in the spirit: "All delays broken! All delays broken, NOW. I decree: ACCELERATE!"

As the Lord roared over the nation, I watched as His power and justice flowed from His mouth. All delays that were attempting to hinder the mighty extension of His Kingdom and plans were suddenly falling. They were suddenly crumbling. They were suddenly coming to nothing.

He spoke again: "Where there has been a battle of delay, in some ways, I now declare: United States, accelerate further into your new day! United States, accelerate further into your new day!"

I could feel it in the atmosphere: the joyful expectation of the power of God being demonstrated in such significant ways across the nation...BREAKING DELAY!

There's a Breaking Open of the Wells – Releasing Fire and Water!

As the Lord was roaring over the nation I could hear the loud sound of intercession from the saints, flowing with His ROAR. I heard Him say:

"His roar was being released, demonstrating His power and His authority; but the roar of His heart was releasing the sound of the Gospel louder than before."

"Many have heard My ROAR. Many have heard the rhythm of My roar and are interceding what My heart is decreeing. It is changing a nation from the inside out. It is changing the nation from the inside out."

I watched as hard ground was suddenly being broken open by His roar. In the "breaking open," hidden things were being exposed in greater ways and the victory and justice of the Lord was being released. There was a mighty move of the Spirit of God breaking chains of the "hidden things" that have been rooted for so long.

These chains in the hidden things had attempted to cause delay in the United States, but were now suddenly breaking, and I watched as wells were opening up. These wells were breaking open; but the thing that struck me was this: out of the wells exploded FIRE and WATER!

The Lord spoke again: "IT'S TIME FOR FIRE AND WATER! It's time for the fire of My presence, My love, My purification, My revival and the waters of My Spirit to cleanse and flood the nation. It's time for the fire and the water! The time has arrived! The United States will be marked by fire and water! There's a new day of divine marking and commissioning upon the United States."

A New Day of Commissioning

The Lord showed me that there is a new day of commissioning upon the United States. There is another threshold that is about to be crossed over, and that is why the Lord is brooding heavily upon His people right now to intercede and to partner with Him to see the birthing of that which He has decreed.

This new day of commissioning upon the United States is about to burst forth and in this new commissioning I saw a MIGHTY decree being stamped upon the nation: "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! THE NATION THAT CARRIES THE JUSTICE OF THE LORD!"

The Lord then spoke to me again: "There shall be MIGHTY demonstrations of My divine justice upon the nation like never before. The roar of My justice that is being released over the nation, is not only breaking delay but it is releasing divine impartations of My justice into the land by My spoken Word. It is going to be carried in the nation and released into other nations by the decree of My people.

"Many words have been spoken in and over the nation that have decreed injustice. Where words have been used to release injustice, I am now decreeing that the United States of America shall be known as a nation of MY justice as My people continue to rise up, grab hold of what I am saying and decree it. There is a MIGHTY birthing of My justice taking place and it will not be stopped. It will not be hindered. The roar of My justice is being released and the world will hear it! The sound of My justice being released will RESOUND! (Photo via Unsplash)

"As My people seek My heart, hear My voice and align with My roar of justice that is going to be mightily demonstrated, there shall be a tidal wave of My justice that will flow INTO and FROM the nation!"

"As My Roar of Justice is Released There Will Be a Greater Acceleration of Restoration"

As I continued to watch the Lord roaring over the nation I heard the Him say: "There shall be NO MORE delay in greater breakthroughs of restoration! As My roar of justice is released there will be a greater acceleration of restoration.

"I am drawing lines in the sand over the United States and I am decreeing: NO MORE! I am breathing acceleration in the restoration that I have decreed over the United States of America."

As the Lord decree this, I heard the Chris Tomlin song "Our God" in the spirit, being sung all across the nation by the people of God. It was being sung almost as a "song of the season" over the USA. It was a LOUD victory cry. The time for a greater demonstration of the triumph of God has arrived. In greater demonstrations of His power and outstretched arm there shall be a MIGHTY TURNAROUND! My Dream of the Courtroom

I found myself sitting in what can only be described as a frantic "courtroom". I sat and watched as one witness after another presented their evidence.

One came forward and shouted with tears, "Look at this wickedness!" I looked and saw horrific pictures of dead babies and children.

Then another came and shouted, "Look at this greed."

Then another, "Look at this pride."

Then another, "Look at this corruption."

This went on as more and more irrefutable evidence of guilt was given. It got to the point that the courtroom was in a frenzy of outrage. Yet the high Judge just sat and listened until every accusation had been given and all the evidence had been submitted.

Once all this was done He still sat silent. All the people stood and chanted, "Guilty, guilty. Judge them, judge them!"

Finally, with a loud voice the Judge said,"Silence!" Immediately every person became silent and sat down. (Photo via flickr)

The Judge spoke and said, "I have heard all and seen all. The guilt of these lands of the United States of America is indeed great! I have decided judgment is indeed due and right!"

The people cheered, and He commanded them to be silent! "Before I pass My judgment, I have one last witness. Can the Holy Spirit take the stand please?"

An old woman came forward. She was old but not frail in any way. Her eyes shone as she stood in the stand.

The Judge spoke, "Do you have your evidence?"

"I do indeed," and she pointed to the video screen. There appeared an image of a small child on her knees praying, then a teenager and then an adult. Image after image appeared of more and more Believers of every age, class and race falling to their knees in prayer, then the screen went black.

The Judge spoke, "Is this the last of your evidence?"

The old woman responded, "Yes!"

"Please step down," the Judge replied.

All eyes in the room were fixed on Him. "Your evidence is indeed compelling, yet the guilt of this land is indeed great, in fact it grows daily; I have therefore chosen judgment."

The Judge's Verdict

He placed a black cap over His head, took the gavel in His hand and struck the sound block and said, "I find this land worthy of... a great revival, the likes of which has never been seen before or will be seen again!" (Photo via flickr)

As He said this, Blood poured forth from His throne and swept every accuser out of the room. I then saw a map of the United States going up in flames as God began the answer to the prayers of His burning ones.

The Lord spoke and said, "The guilt of this land is indeed great, but My praying Church and My shed Blood is greater! So I grant a great revival that will take every street, town and city. For I will not have the cries of My people unheard.

"This land will arise and she will indeed shine! In what seems to be her darkest hour, she shall shine at her brightest!"

"Who Rules? A Vision Concerning Washington D.C."

The vision God gave me concerning Washington D.C. which healed anger and fear:

It occurred during my morning journaling time as I asked God to show me His heavenly perspective and how HE saw Washington D.C. It was a life-changing experience!

Seeing evil: I looked in my mind's eye at Washington D.C. and all I wascorruption, lack of integrity and ineptness. It made me angry and it made me fearful: Angry because no one would stand up and do the right thing, and fearful because their terrible spending habits could destroy the entire economy.

Feeling evil: I realized that anger and fear were not proper fruit in my life, so I decided to journal about this in my morning devotions. I asked Jesus to show up in the picture of Washington in my mind. What I was viewing did not have Jesus in it, so it obviously was a lie since Jesus is everywhere, and because it was a lie, it was producing some pretty ugly emotions.

Seeing Jesus: I put a smile on my face, relaxed, and asked Jesus to show me where He was in the scene. Into my mind flowed a picture of Jesus enthroned on a throne above Congress and the White House. Hearing Jesus: He spoke, "I rule in Washington D.C."

Reflection: Well, of course He does. He is King of kings and Lord of lords. And yes, I sure don't know why He puts certain people over us, but the Roman government was far worse than our government, and yet Jesus was clear that they had no power other than what God granted them.

So Pilate said to Him, "Do You not know that I have authority to release You, and I have authority to crucify You?" Jesus answered, "You would have no authority over Me, unless it had been given you from above." John 19:10-11

I said, "Yes, but God, they are removing You from all institutions in America!"

God reminds me of His reaction in Scripture to the identical situation...

Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, "Let us tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us!" Psalm 2:1-3

Will God ever be removed? The nations in David's day were also attempting to remove God from their lives – throw off His moral restraints so they would have no cords to bind them, and they could do anything they pleased.

Well, God wasn't too concerned about their puny efforts...

He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; Jehovah shall mock at them. Then He shall speak to them in His anger, and trouble them in His wrath.Psalm 2:4-5

You know, if God can laugh, then I can, too. Laughter is so much better than getting all down in the dumps and getting fearful, angry and depressed. So guess what? I have decided to laugh and set aside my fear, anger and depression, and I highly recommend you do so, too. Taking authority: I can also ask for the nations to become the Lord's, which I do!

Ask of Me, and I shall give the nations for Your inheritance; and the uttermost parts of the earth for Your possession. Psalm 2:8

Church, let's rise up with a victory shout and declare the truth: The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof (Psalm 24:1). and the Most High is Ruler over the realm of mankind (Daniel 4:17)!

There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace! Isaiah 9:7
