Increase Their Joy in Hashem ✡ "Exult in the Holy One of Yisrael" - ISRAEL365

The humble also shall increase their joy in Hashem,
and the neediest among men shall exult in the
Holy One of Yisrael.

Today's Israel Inspiration

Isaiah is teaching an important and timeless lesson of those who are capable of achieving simcha (happiness). One might think that only the haughty or those who have been dealt the better cards are able to reach a level of pure joy. But the prophet is telling us that this is not the case. To achieve full life satisfaction should not be dependent upon particular circumstances or situations; rather who you are and the gifts God has bestowed upon you should be enough to bring you to a level of deep appreciation and contentment. After 228 years dedicating themselves to helping Israel's poor and sick, Colel Chabad can safely say they know true happiness as the smile on a person's face when they are the recipients of a truly unexpected act of kindness. Be a part of one of the most efficient charities in the world!
