After six months, some good news: Israel seeing “significant decline” in terror attacks. Here’s the latest. by joelcrosenberg (Central Israel) -- After a six-month spate of stabbings, fire-bombing, shootings and other attacks by Palestinian terrorists, there is finally some good news to report. The latest data from Shin Bet, Israel's equivalent of the American FBI, show a "significant decline in the scope of terrorist attacks," Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu noted this week. So far in April, there have been “only” three significant terror attacks. In March, there were 20. Last October, there were 78, reported the Times of Israel. The downward trend is the result of a combination of more effective work by Israeli security services in arresting terror plotters before they strike, fast reaction operations to track down and capture terrorists after they strike, and efforts to convince Palestinian young people that there is no benefit to them by engaging in such violence. It should also be noted that the Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces -- to their credit -- have been working hard to prevent terror attacks, as well. "The Shin Bet said it had foiled a number of attacks, including 25 kidnapping attacks and 15 suicide attacks," the Times reported. "It noted Hamas and other Palestinian terror groups has been trying to carry out such attacks. Alongside activities to stop Palestinian attacks the Shin Bet also focused on countering Jewish terror threats, it said. Over the weekend PA security forces said they foiled a major terror attack by arresting three Palestinians who were heading to Israel carrying grenades and a gun." Here's the latest data on Palestinian attacks against Israeli civilians and security forces: March -- 123 February -- 155 January -- 169 December 2015 -- 246 "Most of the attacks in the tally were fire-bombings, but the data also covered stabbings, car-ramming attacks, gunfire, improvised bombs and grenades as well as projectile fire from the Gaza Strip," AFP reported. The Times of Israel reported this week that over the past six months, "29 Israelis, two Americans, and two others" have been killed. "Over the same time, at least 188 Palestinians have died by Israeli fire. Israel says most were attackers, and the rest died in clashes with security forces." More Islamic Terror Coming: ISIS Has Sent 400 Trained Fighters Into Europe To Conduct Terror Attacks

The recent attacks in Paris and in Brussels were just the tip of the iceberg of a massive wave of Islamic terror that is soon coming to Europe.  As you will see below, the Associated Press is reporting that ISIS has specially trained “at least 400 attackers” and has already sent them into Europe with specific instructions to conduct terror operations.  

So Barack Obama may not think that we have anything to be concerned about, but the facts on the ground tell us a completely different story.  Thanks to Europe’s openness to “war refugees” from Syria, it is very easy for radical jihadists to get into countries such as France, Belgium and Germany.  And once they are on European soil, there are plenty of other disgruntled Islamic refugees that they can recruit to their cause.  Europe stands on the precipice of the greatest terror crisis that it has ever known, and the attacks that are coming next are likely to be far more deadly than anything we have seen so far.

As I mentioned above, the Associated Press is reporting that ISIS has already sent “at least 400″ trained fighters into Europe for the purpose of conducting terror attacks…

Security officials have told The Associated Press that the Islamic State group has trained at least 400 attackers and sent them into Europe for terror attacks.
The network of interlocking, agile and semiautonomous cells shows the reach of the extremist group in Europe even as it loses ground in Syria. The officials, including European and Iraqi intelligence officials and a French lawmaker who follows the jihadi networks, describe camps designed specifically to train for attacks against the West.

And just in case you were tempted to think that this threat was not real, you may want to consider what happened in France on Thursday.

According to NBC News, police in Paris were able to foil a terror attack that was in “the advanced stages” of planning…

Raids in northwest Paris have foiled a terrorist attack, French officials said late Thursday.
French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve gave a press conference in Paris announcing there was an operation underway in Argenteuil, a commune in the northwest suburbs of Paris.
One man was arrested Thursday morning Cazeneuve said, adding that the operation thwarted a potential attack. Police were raiding his home again laterThursday evening.
The suspect was a French national who was in “the advanced stages” of a terror plot, the minister said, calling it a “major arrest.”

Of course much of the rest of the world is already solidly in the grip of Islamic terror.  The number of people killed by Islamic terror attacks has been increasing year after year, but the western media only seems to get excited when an attack happens in North America or Europe.

For instance, did you even hear about the horrific Islamic terror attack that happened in the Ivory Coast earlier this month?  Gunmen opened fire on a very crowded beach in a key resort area on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb claimed responsibility for the bloodshed.  The following comes from the New York Times…

Gunmen opened fire on picnickers and swimmers enjoying a perfect day at three beach resort hotels near the Ivory Coast’s capital on Sunday, killing 16 people and leaving bodies strewn across the bloodstained sand. It was the third major attack in West Africa since November, and verified fears that the spread of terrorism across the region was far from over.
The attack, on the first sunny Sunday in weeks, took place in Grand-Bassam, a popular palm tree-lined getaway for Ivorians and foreigners. Fourteen civilians and two members of the country’s special forces were killed, as well as six gunmen, according to a spokeswoman for the president.

So why do we get so bent out of shape when there is an attack in France or Belgium, but not when there is an attack in the Ivory Coast?

And what does that say about us?

As ISIS and other Islamic terror groups conduct more attacks in North America and Europe, the pressure to conduct military action in the Middle East is going to become very intense.  For a long time I have been warning about the potential for World War III to erupt in Syria, and U.S. troops are already taking on a more prominent role in Iraq.

In fact, the International Business Times is reporting that U.S. marines are now “on the front line” in the fight against the Islamic State…

The Islamic State group is trying to retake control of the oil fields it lost two years ago in the semi-autonomous region of Iraqi Kurdistan by launching rockets at Kurdish and Iraqi soldiers. In an attempt to earn back the massive amount of cash it used to fund its international terrorism in 2014, the group has focused its resources on attacking Makhmur, a city just 75 miles miles from the oil-rich city of Kirkuk. So far, the group, also known as ISIS, has succeeded in outgunning the Iraqi forces in the city, but a new contingent of American Marines might change the outcome on the ground.
“Several weeks ago, thousands of Iraqi troops began occupying a tactical assembly area in Makhmur. This is part of the force generation associated with the liberation of Mosul,” Col. Steve Warren, spokesman for the fight against ISIS in Iraq and Syria, said in a press briefing this week. Mosul is the de facto ISIS headquarters in Iraq. “These Iraqi forces, along with their coalition advisers, require force protection,” Warren said. “So we constructed a small fire base to do just that.”
The U.S. Marines in Iraq are on the front line and have been tasked with protecting Iraqi units in Makhmur — a scenario President Barack Obama wanted to avoid as long as possible during his time in office.

And what happens when ISIS or another terror group is able to set off a chemical, biological or nuclear weapon in a major western city?

That would change the world literally overnight.

As I have been warning, most people have no idea how incredibly fragile our society truly is.  Humanity has created weapons that are frighteningly powerful, and it is only a matter of time before terrorists acquire these weapons and begin using them.

The free and open society that we are all enjoying today is on borrowed time.

All it is going to take is the detonation of a single weapon of mass destruction in a major western city and everything will change.

Here’s the latest. by joelcrosenberg (Central Israel) -- An American tourist is dead, his wife is badly wounded, an Israeli man has been critically wounded, and many more have been injured in a fresh wave of terror attacks in Jerusalem, the port city of Jaffa near Tel Aviv, and the West Bank in the last 48 hours. The American has been identified as Taylor Force, a 29 year old graduate student at Vanderbuilt University, a U.S. Army veteran who graduated from West Point, and a native of Lubbock, Texas. Taylor's wife, who was visiting Israel with him, was also reportedly severely wounded in the stabbing attack in Jaffa. Please be praying for the Lord to restore calm and order, for healing and comfort for the victims and their families, and wisdom for Israeli and Arab leaders. Please also share this article with others and mobilize them to pray, as well. "In all, twenty-nine Israelis and four foreign nationals have been killed in a wave of Palestinian terrorism and violence since October," reported the Times of Israel. "Some 180 Palestinians have also been killed, around two-thirds of them while attacking Israelis, and the rest during clashes with troops, according to the Israeli army." After a severe wave of terror attacks across Israel and the West Bank last Fall, things have actually been noticeably quieter here in recent months. But these attacks have suddenly shattered the relative calm. See below for the latest developments. The brutal attacks coincide with the arrival of Vice President Joe Biden in Israel on Tuesday afternoon in a bid to re-start peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians. The VP met with former Israeli President Shimon Peres late Tuesday afternoon, just blocks from where the attack on the American tourist was occurring. Today, the VP is meeting in Jerusalem with Prime Minister Netanyahu and later with Israeli President Reuven Rivlin. Later today, Biden will head to Ramallah to meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas. Tomorrow, Biden heads to Jordan to meet with King Abdullah II. On Monday, the VP was in the United Arab Emirates. THE FIRST ATTACK ON WEDNESDAY: "The first attack took place on Golda Meir Boulevard in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Ramot where shots were fired on an Egged bus," the Jerusalem Post reported. "Passengers reported seeing two men in a car who opened fire on the bus. A citizen, noticing the commotion, exited his car and ran towards the scene and fired his weapon. The terrorists fled the scene. Three people were lightly injured in the attack and were transferred to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Several people were treated for shock at the scene." THE SECOND ATTACK ON WEDNESDAY: "Shortly following the bus attack, an additional shooting attack was reported near the New Gate in Jerusalem's Old City," reported the Post. "MDA paramedics at the scene treated a man in his 50s who was listed in critical condition with bullet wounds to his upper body. The victim was evacuated to Hadassa University Medical Center on Jerusalem's Mount Scopus. Two terrorists were shot and killed by security forces." THE THIRD ATTACK ON WEDNESDAY: "In the third attack of the morning, a terrorist attempted to stab a soldier at the Salfit checkpoint near the settlement of Ariel in the West Bank according to the IDF spokesperson," the Post added. THE TERROR ATTACKS IN JAFFA ON TUESDAY: "An American tourist was killed and at least 10 people were injured Tuesday evening when a Palestinian man carried out a stabbing spree in Jaffa," reported the Times of Israel. "Five of the injured were described as being in critical condition. The terrorist stabbed his victims in at least three locations in an attack that lasted some 20 minutes." "The American fatality was later identified as 29-year-old Taylor Force, from Lubbock, Texas, a graduate student at Vanderbilt University," the Times reported. "Tel Aviv’s Ichilov Hospital said it received six victims, one in critical condition, two in moderate condition and two suffering from lighter wounds. The hospital’s medical director confirmed that one of the victims was a pregnant woman. Another of the victims was an Arab Israeli — Jaffa is a mixed city with a sizable Arab population — and one a Palestinian man who was residing in Israel illegally, police reported." "It was the third serious attack of the day, coming on the heels of a stabbing in Petah Tikva and a shooting in Jerusalem," the Times noted, adding that "the Hamas terror group released a statement praising the attacks as 'heroic operations' and saying they prove that the wave of violence that began in October has not ended." “Hamas celebrates the martyrs that have ascended through these operations, and confirms that their pure blood will, God willing, be the fuel for escalating the intifada,” the group wrote on its website. The terror attacks in Paris and San Bernadino are being used by God to tear a veil of witchcraft off of the liberal secularized minds of Europe and the United States. The country is beginning to see how out of touch liberals are with reality. Knowing nothing about the cause of the California shootings the first thing they called for was tighter gun control. This is a problem- but it is NOT the issue with Islamic terror activity. Paris and California already have strict gun policies - none of which can stop criminals from assembling pipe bombs in their garage. The real issue is killers with weapons being recruited and activated by radical Islam through social media. Spiritual warfare is getting very tangible and practical. It actually does involve politics. Thats why we need to see things from a new perspective. These attacks are targeting countries that were once the cradle of Christian civilization. They should be Sheep Nations but instead have been evolving into a wierd hybrid moving in the direction of  Goat Nations. Moving from Christ to antiChrist. As Christians backed up from culture these nations evolved into secular strongholds that rejected their reformation roots and religion. Ironically into that spiritual vacuum a religion stepped in - Islam and its radical extremes. With radical disciples willing to become martyrs and seeking to see the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of their Caliphate, a powerful kingdom counterfeit now stalks the earth. Striking at planes, development centers, restaurants and music halls, nobody is safe. What I want you to see is that God is working all this together into a massive political and philosophic shift among faltering Sheep Nations and it will be an opportunity for the kingdom to recover lost territory and even expand - if we are ready! This is not the time to be asleep - which is why we meet in the Night Watch! IT STARTS WITH YOU "OCCUPYING' YOUR SPHERE God is bringing His kingdom presence and government into our personal lives and homes- tangibly.  It is like the ark that went into Obed-edoms house.  "The ark of the LORD remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite for three months, and the LORD blessed him and his entire household." (2 Sam 6:11) That's why I love doing these nightly mini webcasts and prayer sessions. If the devil empowers ISIS to recruit by means of social media, we can recruit and block the enemy by the same technology. We pray together and bind up the works of Hell. God wants your home occupied by His Spirit and then  expanded outwards to the sphere of your work in the seven mountains. Oben-Edom was really a prototype of the last days move of God. It was like Eden being restored and taking up residence in his house. Lets get more specific - the kingdom comes into pockets and places where two or more gather together to legislate the agenda of heaven into their sphere of stewardship. When saints come together in the same sphere they form a "micro church." As the culture gets more babylonian we are becoming like Daniels in Babylon. We are learning how to excercise our spiritual authority in the areas assigned to our stewardship by finding those who can enter agreement with us. In such places God says "there I am in the midst of them."  The blessing of Obed-Edom has entered  your house, church, family or business. The result? Like Daniel, we will end up at the kings gate...in close proximity to the Gates Of Influence that shape nations. Trust me...this is all biblical. It just has never been taught - till now.  DOING BUSINESS SUPERNATURALLY Last year I started reading about Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and saw something different. This was a three generational family business story. These Hebrew patriarchs that were forming a Nation were not wilderness Prophets or temple Priests. They were merchants. he God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the God of  SUPERNATURAL BUSINESSMEN. They ran prosperous businesses and they took territory that eventually  FORMED A NATION! They were the Founding Fathers of Israel. With this set of glasses I reframed the way I saw Abraham. Taking nothing away from his journey of faith I could see a man who ran a supernatural business with seven income streams and 300 employees. GOD IS FINDING FATHERS (and MOTHERS) I heard the Lord speak once that He is in the business of "finding Fathers" who will be new "founding Fathers." I believe they will be men and women carrying the DNA of Abrahams gift for multiplication. I know two believers that are about to become Prime Ministers of emerging Sheep nations. They follow my teaching. These themes, supernatural business expansion and wealth creation, fatherhood, and family connect to the story of nations. In fact I would say that saving America involves a new generation of Patriarchs who are in the Marketplace like Abraham and sons, and in Government, like David.  America is in trouble. We need all these engines firing at the same time to save the Nation. You are alive at exactly the right time in history to play a decisive part. When Goliath taunted Israel God bypassed the spiritually dysfunctional King Saul and sent a young man from a family owned business. David slew the giant. He combined a slingshot and a harp to become a worshiping warrior who expanded the territory of Israel 300% larger than Saul ever did. David did his business supernaturally, connecting his warfare in the field to the presence of God, finding refuge and "rest" in the Tabernacle of David. In this secret place God "force multiplied" Davids strength and gave him divine strategies. LEARN THE ART OF DAVIDIC WARFARE It's time you and I learned this aspect of worship, prayer and strategy to take territory. It's Davidic warfare. The end time church is a restoration of the "Tabernacle Of David"! (Acts 15:16)  We need to combine these powerful ideas together. A divine "convergence" of things is upon us. The Government mountain has had the spirit of Saul for too long. Philistines are openly mocking and retaking ground once occupied by believers. It is time for God to send a deliverer. The spirit of Jezebel seeks to rob the inheritance of the United States. Gods answer is to send the Spirit of Elijah. It is already here but few discern its presence or operation. It comes to break Jezebels hold and protect the inheritance for your sons and daughters. Make no mistake. The continuing mismanagement of American debt will cripple the next generation and your sons and daughters will be slaves to that debt. They will inherit bondage. True Founding Fathers and Mothers are arising now. SUPERNATURAL BUSINESS MODELS New supernatural business models are also arising. There is a window open now for breakthrough. By The Numbers: 1,703 Terror Attacks In Israel Since The Start Of 2015 -II&ET

FORMAL gov’t report to the High Court shows dramatic rise in terror, demands immediate action to demolish terrorists’ homes

The State of Israel submitted to the High Court for Justice Tuesday responses to nine petitions filed against the confiscation and demolition orders for the homes of six terrorists who killed Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin, Malachi Rosenfeld and Danny Gonen.

The State requested for interim orders to be postponed, in the absence of grounds for the court to intervene.Since the beginning of 2013, it said, there is a continuing trend of worsening security situation and the steady increase in terrorist activity.

This is reflected in an increase in the number of terrorist attacks and the number of Israeli casualties as a result of terrorism, with a steady rise in terror activity since March 2014.

In 2013 there were approximately 1,414 attacks; in 2014 there were about 1,650 terrorist attacks; in 2015 this trend continued, with 1,703 attacks from January until October 18. Of the victims, 35 have been killed – up from zero in 2012.

Of the 1,703 attacks in 2015, a staggering 778 attacks have been launched against Israelis since Rosh Hashana (the Jewish New Year) last month – which killed 11 civilians and injured about a hundred civilians and soldiers.

“The above data indicates a significant change in circumstances and the escalating scope, intensity and level of murderous terrorism, that require knowing that political and security officials are taking measures to deter potential terrorists from carrying out attacks in general, and such as those that recently circulated, in particular,” the report said.

The professional assessment of security officials – also shared by the Prime Minister, Defense Minister, and IDF Chief of Staff – is essential now that the maximum deterrence from committing further attacks, it added – including the High Court issuing a ruling on the demolitions as soon as possible.

The High Court decision to postpone the demolition of seven terrorists’ homes evoked harsh reactions from several politicians, as well as from the terror victims’ families.
