I am David Bicbic, a Filipino, retired mentor. I would like to express my appreciation for sending me you daily news. I like the pictures and I read all the features with gusto. Here is a head of state, a world leader and a patriot, making a simple yet profound statement of solidarity, support and determination. Unlike Obama, he doesn’t seize the tragedy to advance an anti-gun agenda or blame the opposition party. He simply acts like a leader, a statesman, and a humble human being who doesn’t need to bluster, lie, or thump his chest. He gives us all hope for a better future.
“All of us are targets. We believe that all people are created in the image of God. ISIS, by contrast, believes that all people who aren’t just like them deserve to die. We will not be terrified into submission. We will fight back. And we will triumph. I have no doubt that those who seek to spread hate and fear will be defeated. Working together we will defeat them even faster. We need to stand united, resolute in the belief that all people regardless of their sexual orientation, regardless of their race, regardless of their ethnicity, all people deserve respect, deserve dignity.”

Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that his campaign is establishing an evangelical executive advisory board, composed of 25 faith leaders who will advise him on issues “important to evangelicals and other people of faith in America,” read the statement.
The announcement stressed that the advisors chosen were not asked to endorse Trump, but to meet his “desire to have access to the wise counsel of such leaders”.
“I have such tremendous respect and admiration for this group and I look forward to continuing to talk about the issues important to evangelicals, and all Americans, and the common sense solutions I will implement when I am President,” Trump said of the new board, which will convene on a “regular basis.”
The announcement was made on the same day that Trump appeared before hundreds of Christian conservatives in New York City in order to court the evangelical vote.
Later this month, the board will launch a larger Faith and Cultural Advisory Committee.
The list of board members includes many prominent evangelical names, including former congresswoman Michele Bachmann; Jerry Falwell Jr., president of the evangelical Liberty University; James Dobson, host of the popular radio program “Family Talk” and founder of Focus on the Family; and Ralph Reed, the founder of the influential lobbying group Faith and Freedom Coalition.
Not all of the figures are pro-Trump. Several, including Dobson and Richard Land, president of the Southern Evangelical Seminary, have spoken out publically in criticism of Trump, who, while very popular among white evangelicals, has also sparked a difficult dilemma among many Christians who question his commitment to Biblical values. Another board member, Kenneth Copeland, had previously proclaimed that former Trump opponent Ted Cruz was “called and anointed to be the next president of the United States”.
Thus far, Trump’s appeal to evangelicals has carried him to the nomination. His new advisory board is a clear attempt to extend that support towards clinching the presidency. With some prominent evangelicals switching sides to endorse Democratic rival Hillary Trump, the outcome remains murky.

Acclaimed international actress Helen Mirren was in Jerusalem this week to serve as master of ceremonies for the annual Genesis Prize event.
During a gathering at the Jerusalem Cinematheque on Wednesday, Mirren said that being invited to emcee the ceremony was the perfect “opportunity to come back to Israel.”
Mirren said that she’s not only a fan of Israel, but “a believer,” calling the Jewish state an “extraordinary country.”
Mirren first became acquainted with Israel in 1967, when she and her boyfriend worked on a local kibbutz during a backpacking trip.

Why are so many major universities, church pension funds and big corporations disinvesting rather than investing in Israel? They are trying to force Israel to give land to the Palestinians that God has given to the Jewish people.
That is plain meshuga (Hebrew for crazy)!
Why? Because in Genesis 12:3, God Himself promises to bless those who bless the Jewish people and curse those who curse Israel. If that were not warning enough, in Obadiah 1:15 (MEV), God says: "For the day of the Lord is near upon all the nations; as you have done, it shall be done to you; your deeds shall return on your own head."
This is a dangerous time for the anti-Semites of the world—they are going against God and bringing themselves under a curse.
On the other hand, those who obey God regarding Israel and the Jewish people are blessed. Remember when Pharaoh told the midwives in Egypt to kill all the male babies at birth? They refused to curse Israel and what did God do? Exodus 1:20-21 (MEV) says: "Therefore God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very mighty. So it happened that because the midwives feared God, He gave them families."
I just read where Liberty University has invested $5 million dollars in Israeli stocks. No wonder that university is so blessed!
Let me give you the same principle from the New Testament. In Matthew 25:40, Jesus says the goat nations and sheep nations will be separated on one issue: "The King will answer, 'Truly I say to you, as you have done it for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, [Jesus says] you have done it for Me.'" What's the difference between a goat and a sheep? A goat has a mind of its own and the sheep follows the shepherd.
"...As you have done it for one of the least of these brothers of Mine ... " The word for "brothers" in the Greek means "from the womb." Jesus is talking about how each nation has treated His physical brethren, the Jewish people.
I believe the dividing line between the true body of believers and the counterfeit in these last days will be on this single issue. Joel 3:2 says,"I will gather all the nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. I will enter into judgment with them there regarding My people and My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up My land." (MEV)
If you don't understand the Jew and Israel from God's perspective, then you will go into further heresy. But if you do understand, watch the favor of God flow in your life!
It is not an accident that the letters USA are found in the center of the name JERUSALEM. As long as we are a blessing to Israel, the USA will prosper.
Sid Roth, a former account executive for Merrill Lynch, was raised in a traditional Jewish home. Yet, religious tradition provided no answers when he hit rock bottom in 1972. With his life out of control and his marriage in shambles, Sid was set free from demonic oppression through a supernatural encounter with Jesus. Immediately, he began to boldly proclaim Jesus as the Jewish Messiah.
